Mr. Ben is incredibly accommodating and spoiled us with his hospitality—he even volunteered to be our personal tour guide for the entire stay, showing us the best spots in Bangsaen and treating us to delicious meals outside. What truly sets Ben’s House apart is the little (and big) extras: the fridge is stocked with free Coke, ice cream, bottled water, snacks, and even brown rice—everything you could need is right there, no extra charge. Mr. Ben personally took care of me and my whole team, making sure we were comfortable and happy every day. His warmth and generosity made our trip unforgettable. If you’re looking for a clean, cozy, and welcoming place to stay in Bangsaen with a host who goes above and beyond, Ben’s House Villa is hands down the best choice. I can’t recommend it enough!

We were looking for something close to Bangkok and found this hotel by chance and it turned out that we love everything about this hotel. The breakfast was great, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, the staff was lovely.

We can park car here and with a bath. BUT the water is not hot enough and also ac is not cool enough. The environment is clean and the people here is kindly. I will live here again if I need.

The rooms are clean and can accommodate multiple people. There's an onsen to relax in and a fitness center to work out. The staff provides excellent service.

They allow very noisy renovation in the building to start at 8 in the morning, ruining sleep. The are no proper blackout curtains. The light goes straight from the livingroom into the bedroom. This is so simple to fix... Everything else was decent. Near the beach is a big plus.

The hotel offers great value for money. The location is a bit inconvenient without a car, so driving is the best option. We stayed in a room for 3 people. The room isn't very spacious, but it's comfortable enough for sleeping. The bathroom was clean, and the shower had good water pressure. It was a little narrow as the door almost touched the toilet when opened, but the shower area itself was spacious enough. Shampoo, body wash, and shower caps were provided. Breakfast was simple, consisting of a wrap and a takeaway cup of coffee, but it was convenient and sufficient. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel if you're looking for an affordable place to stay.

This hotel should definitely be a top choice. If you're looking for a place in Bangsaen, it's excellent. Firstly, it's quite close to the beach, and secondly, the surrounding area has incredibly convenient amenities. It feels like you're right in the city center, which is great.

Good service staff The hotel is on the main road, making it quite convenient to travel. But stuck where the bathroom is still not cleaned very well. The interior of the room is clean and tidy.
