"It took about 40 minutes and 390 baht to get to the hotel from the airport using a Bolt ride-hailing service. The hotel room was very spacious, with enough room for two double beds. The air conditioning and water pressure were good. The pool wasn't small, and the water was deep enough for adults. Breakfast offered a variety of Chinese, Thai, and Western options, with slight changes daily. The hotel is conveniently located about 50 meters from the beach, making access very easy. It's also just a 2-minute walk to the main street, offering a quiet yet very convenient location.Areas for improvement: The remote-controlled lighting was a bit inconvenient, there were small insects in the room, and the pool closed too early at 6 PM."

"We had a fantastic stay at Panan Krabi Resort during our recent trip to Krabi. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. A special thank you to the resort for the complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The upgraded room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view. We were also truly touched by the thoughtful birthday arrangements. The birthday cake was a lovely surprise, and the birthday room decoration was beautifully done and made the celebration feel very special. It was such a memorable gesture and showed the genuine hospitality of the Panan Krabi team. The staff throughout the resort were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The location is also excellent—very convenient for exploring Ao Nang and nearby attractions. Thank you again to everyone at Panan Krabi Resort for making our birthday trip unforgettable. "The hotel is in a great location, close to the main strip and the beach. It’s clean, and the staff are helpful and friendly. The pool is also a nice feature. However, the beds are very firm, which may not suit everyone. Also, there were no restaurants or bars open due to the low season."

"It was a really good and big room which was clean and had tons of natural light with a good balcony we were almost sad to leave this place it had really nice vibe to it. The only thing that I would like them to improve is to have a smart tv and maybe one more chair in the balcony and I'm sure if I had asked them for a extra chair they would have done it right away but we didn't care as much but overall a great stay and great location would recommend and definitely stay again."

The pool area is stunning, especially with the view — perfect spot to unwind after a day out exploring Ao Nang. The room was spacious, clean, and genuinely comfortable; I slept so well every night. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with recommendations or requests, big or small. It made the whole trip feel effortless. The receptionist and housekeeping staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. However, the first-floor hallway was not very impressive. Since it is an open-air area, it tends to develop an unpleasant smell after it rains. More frequent cleaning and the installation of awnings or additional shelter could significantly improve the guest experience. As for the room, we had requested a king-size bed, but instead, two single beds were pushed together and made up to resemble a king bed. Unfortunately, this was uncomfortable and resulted in hip pain after sleeping. Additionally, there was no water heater, and the shower water temperature was not satisfactory. The Wi-Fi connection was also weak and unreliable. Overall, despite these shortcomings, we had a good stay thanks to the convenient location and the hospitality of the staff."

"This hotel really stands out with its fantastic rooftop pool and the vibrantly colorful, chic street it's on. The lobby has a wonderfully fresh and clean scent. The staff are very welcoming, and there's an in-house cafe. It's not far from Ao Nang Beach, an easy walk away. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven, Starbucks, and Watsons all conveniently located near the hotel. I got an amazing price for my stay here!"

"We had a great stay at the Veranda Hotel. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around. Breakfast was excellent—definitely try the made-to-order pancakes and omelettes, as well as the fried bananas. Check-in was smooth and easy, the room was clean, and the staff kindly held our bags. We also appreciated the ocean view and the complimentary beach towels. A few small points to note: only two channels were available on the TV, the balcony door did not fully seal when closed, and a deposit was required for an additional room key. Pool is shared between hotels. Walkable to monkey trail and great food. Try the Mexican place across the street! They provide toiletries in lobby. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay."
