"The stay was overall average. The room was clean and amenities were standard, nothing particularly notable.
However, the bed was quite stiff and not very comfortable. Another issue was that the hotel operates on limited hours — staff are not available outside those times. Although an emergency contact number was provided, I was unable to reach anyone when needed, which was frustrating.
If you plan to stay here, make sure you won’t require assistance outside their operating hours."
"Walking distance to major shopping malls like Central Festival and Decathlon. Near Bus station terminal 2 and 3. Nice Burmese restaurant called Jade Bar 15 minutes walk. Swimming pool and gym on rooftop/"
"Forgot to take photos, but the room is clean and very good for a budget price. Theres laundry service downstairs. Although, The location of my room is not so good, very exposed to noise of roosters."
"Pros
-free teatime meak (fruits) -only once per room no matter how long you stayed.
-free shutter to airport ( we stayed 5 nights so the hotel provided a free shutter to airport).
- Night market next to the hotel ( Anusarn Market)
- Nice room deco and receptions
-Include breakfast for room booking
- motorbike rental nearby
Cont
-No sound proof ( can hear clearly what next room was talking) if you dont mind then okay to stay
Add on:
1. accident happened to our room, air con water leakage ( heavy leakage ) after told reception then they repaired it immediately
2. Flood in our room when raining ( water goes inside room and caused to floor wet and wet alot)"
"The room was very clean and breakfast was provided. On the first day, I thought the hotel was a bit out of the way, but later I found out that there's Central Festival and a Greenland shopping mall nearby, as well as 7-Eleven, massage parlors, and spas, all just a few minutes' walk away. In the evenings, the small shops nearby sell fruit and BBQ at very cheap prices. It's a very relaxing place for dining and leisure. Most importantly, it's very quiet at night, unlike Nimman Road which can be noisy. Central Festival offers free shuttle buses to the Old City, Nimman Road, and the airport's Central Festival. However, a 3000 baht deposit is required upon check-in, so make sure to prepare cash in advance~"
"Very nice apartment style hotel, with microwave and refrigerator/freezer, TV, dining table, 2 chairs and balcony in the room.
We have stayed here before and decided to return when we came back to Chiang Mai. In the first room that we were given, the AC wasn't working very well and the room stayed warm. The owner came by to take a look and moved us to another room which we appreciated. Very good value and has most of the amenities you need. The rooms are also very clean. It is located next to a mall and is about 20 mins drive from Chiang Mai old city. Service is also very good, the housekeeping staff is very fast, efficient and polite."
"I stayed for one night because i missed a bus and had zo stay an additional night in Chiang Mai. Overall my impression of the hotel is very good. The rooms are nice and clean and have everything you need. Directly across the street you ind a 7-11 and a ton of food vendors. Very neat.
There is only one thing that was kinda awkward. I was in chiang mai because i had a accident and had to go to the hopsital. When the accident happened my phone brke so i couldnt call a taxt so asked at the reception if they could call me an indrive. And they refused that. I tried to explain my situation but hey didnt want to call an taxi for me. Never ever have i experienced that in a hotel before."
"Hotel’s facility is very good and we feel “WOW” for room’s amenities. We have a pleasant stay at the hotel. Staff is very friendly. Recommended this hotel to other."

Outstanding
GGuest UserIt was the best night of our lives.
The owners were incredibly warm, welcoming, loving, and simply adorable—they made our stay truly special.
We spontaneously dropped by in the evening, called ahead, and within minutes the owners arrived, prepared our room, and even cooked for us since we couldn't find a restaurant. As if that weren't extraordinary enough, we released a lantern together as a surprise. We were also allowed to build our own bonfire, which made the evening perfect.
We slept wonderfully; everything was very clean and cozy. The café is simply delicious, and being able to taste their homegrown fruit was a real treat.
The two owners are an incredibly wonderful couple with so much heart. A place you'll never forget, and one we wholeheartedly recommend. 💛
GGuest UserThe owner was very responsible and took great care of us. The environment was lovely and beautiful, though there was a slight musty smell in the room. I think it's probably unavoidable with this type of building. It's also a great place for photos. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time.
GGuest UserThe house is big and clean, and our water runs smoothly. We also got a 500 discount coupon to use at the nearby restaurant. If you rent a car and need space for your stay, this is a great place.
GGuest UserThe most heavenly place, where I keep returning again and again. Perfect people, staff who are always ready to help and solve any problem. My favorite room with immaculate cleanliness. My beloved zoo, where I already have favorite animals, and which is kept very clean. Thank you to the zookeepers. The garden, which is becoming more and more beautiful and well-maintained. The breakfasts are still just as delicious. But the main thing is the feeling of peace and solitude. Thank you to everyone who created such beauty and continues to preserve it. Thank you to the unseen workers who maintain this beautiful garden every day.
RRosTuktaFirst time staying at Kanna Playhouse Poolvilla and we had such a great time! The villa is clean, cozy, and fully equipped. The swimming pool was perfect for relaxing, and we really enjoyed using the BBQ area in the evening.
There’s also a super cute, colorful spot that’s perfect for taking fun photos. The location is peaceful but still close to shopping malls and restaurants.
The host was very kind and always quick to respond whenever we had questions—made everything easy and smooth.
Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a fun, relaxing getaway in Chiang Mai!
SSergei95155Very good and calm experience. Cheap costs of living but of indeed good quality, and there was always a working air conditioner in rooms. The food in the nearby cafe was always fresh, and I was even allowed to make my own food there. Many exotic plants and I loved living in the hotel very much. People are calm and mild and interesting in talking. I could walk to the nearby market several times easily, although it was initially seemed far (~7 km away). Calm rural area, many cows, bananas plants etc. Several times I heard music late and water was turned off one time, and mosquitoes problems. But these were not very annoying considering the overall good quality of my living experience there. I will probably return here in the future. Thank you.
KKairrroGood choice for those who looking for house away from city business. House have all equipment to cook by yourself. Water not too hot. Rooster in the morning will let you know he is wake up. It's a village, so nothing surprised me by this way. About 30 minutes to Chiang Mai.
Bbowwy ccmGood location, easy to travel, near many shopping areas. At night, there are many restaurants near the hotel.
Breakfast is very good. Delivered directly to the room, on time. Most importantly, the food is delicious. 😋
WWanraveeThe accommodation does not have an elevator. If there are elderly people on the trip It is recommended to inform the accommodation.
First, the owner aunt is cute and hospitable. There are many restaurants and coffee shops near the accommodation.
