We received a warm welcome from the security staff and bellboy as soon as we arrived. The front desk was friendly, efficient, and provided all the necessary information during check-in. Our room offered a beautiful view with a charming European-style atmosphere. Breakfast featured a wide variety of options, and the restaurant staff were attentive and welcoming. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and we would happily return."

"We live in Bangkok and travel to Khao Yai periodically basically to relax and enjoy the clean air and play golf. Toscana is one of our favorite place. This time we decided to stay at Toscana valley as it gives an excellent opportunity to the Town square amenities and restaurants and easy access to the golf course.  We were again very satisfied with the service starting from reception to room service. Breakfast had a very good spread. The food spread and quality of food both at Town square and the club house is of a high standard."

"Absolutely impressed! The staff provided excellent service, taking great care of us without even having to ask. There were tons of activities available, all free: cycling, yoga, pickleball, swimming, and an ice bath. The tennis court was beautiful; it cost extra, but was totally worth it. The breakfast offered a good selection, and the coffee was delicious. The hotel itself is stunning with lots of greenery and plenty of photo opportunities. I'll definitely be back if I get the chance!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Krimaya Golf Resort. The atmosphere was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature, making it a perfect getaway for couples. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a lovely view. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety of delicious options. The facilities were well maintained, especially the swimming pool and the golf course. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable experience. We would definitely recommend this resort and would love to come back again."

"The Loft room is spacious and clean, and Toscana Valley itself is a beautiful and pleasant place. However, there are a few things that made our stay less than ideal. The room is very dim; the main lighting comes from floor lamps and small wall lights. There are also very few power outlets, almost none on the second floor. Some outlets are occupied by the floor lamps, making it difficult for a family of four to charge phones and tablets simultaneously. We even had to plug in the kettle near the bed and place it on the floor. The air conditioner on the second floor is right next to the bed and quite noisy. Furthermore, there's only one bathroom for the entire Loft. If you're a family of four, it might be more comfortable to book two separate rooms. Aside from these points, everything else was enjoyable: it was clean, spacious, and the grounds are very beautiful. The breakfasts were good."

"The exterior pool villa wasn't particularly impressive, but the room itself was beautiful and exactly as pictured. All the staff were very welcoming. The ability to order food for 14 hours from the back house line was quite good. However, I'd suggest improving the food's taste a bit, and also enhancing the photo opportunities around the property."

"The location is quite into the valley but a nice place for sure. The mall/Square around the establishment have restaurants, cafes, etc. Unique hotel but more preferably for family or travellers who have their own vehicles. Nonetheless, we love the room and the service rendered by the staff. Would love to visit again in the future."
