"This hotel is outstanding, overlooking the Bosphorus, very clean, and the service is excellent. They even upgraded my room when the air conditioning stopped working for 10 minutes. I highly recommend it; a comfortable and wonderful stay with very helpful staff."
"I have booked stays at Radisson Blu Bosphorus Hotel for my guests many times, and the experience has consistently been excellent. The hotel offers a fantastic location along the Bosphorus with beautiful views, comfortable rooms, and high standards of cleanliness. The staff are professional, welcoming, and always helpful, making both the booking process and guest experience smooth and hassle-free. My guests frequently compliment the quality of service, the breakfast selection, and the overall comfort of their stay. Based on my repeated bookings and the positive feedback I continue to receive, I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers visiting Istanbul."
"The stay was okay overall. The hotel has a convenient location near Taksim, and everything was generally normal for a short stay. The staff were fine and the room was acceptable.
However, the air conditioning was not working properly, and the fridge was also not working. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room/bathroom. The toilet and bathroom were quite small and narrow.
Overall, it was an average stay. The location is good, but the hotel could improve the room facilities, especially the air conditioning, fridge, cleanliness and bathroom."
"The photo of the room corresponds to the reality, furniture is new, good, location is convenient, nearby cafes and shops, friendly and responsive staff. There are only two minus: 1. Not very clean. Of course, there are no such horrors that were described here, but of the four towels two were with spots, such a feeling that they were poorly washed, the cleaning in the room was not, for the cleanliness I would put 7 out of 10.2. No elevator and staircase in the rooms quite high, lift hard.
However, overall, if you plan to stay in the area for two or three nights, it 's a great option."
"The hotel is up the hill but very near the jetty, Ortakoy mosque and very near to the main street. The receptionist carried my bag to my room which I really appreciated. My room was at the basement but i get to open the window most of the time to let air flow in. Would love to stay there again if I have the chance."
"Wonderful hotel. The location is super convenient, on a beautiful street. The room was clean and matched the photos on the website perfectly. The staff were excellent and friendly. We originally booked for one night but ended up extending for another because everything was so good! 👍🏼"

Great
XXiaowen31Pros:
1. The breakfast offers a mix of traditional Turkish breakfast and Western options, with a great variety of cheeses and plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.
2. Although the room is small, it's very tidy and clean. It gets cleaned daily, and the bed sheets are changed every day.
3. The location is excellent. It's within walking distance of Yedikule Fortress and Marble Tower, and only an 8-minute walk to the sea.
4. The surrounding area is a residential neighborhood with schools, making it very quiet.
5. The hotel's Wi-Fi is super fast and never lags.
Areas for improvement:
1. It would be great if there was an airport shuttle service.
AAndreeva NataliaWonderful location. It's tough with luggage going up and down the stairs, so a transfer is definitely needed. The view from the restaurant terrace is stunning, especially in the evening. We booked this hotel specifically for that view. The pool is small, and a swim cap is mandatory; you'll have to buy one if you don't have one. I wasn't a fan of the massage; it was given by a man, and the price was steep. The sauna and hammam were a nice bonus. The pillows and bed were very comfortable – perfect for relaxing after a day of walking around. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend!
GGuest UserWe stayed for one night, but even for such a short stay, it was fantastic. The receptionist was amazing; despite our early arrival at 8 AM, they did everything possible to expedite our check-in, and by 9:30 AM, our rooms were ready. I'm very particular about cleanliness and was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were quite clean, cozy, and, importantly, spacious, with clean bathrooms. Everything we needed was in the room. I must also mention the wonderful breakfast 🍳; we were with four teenage children, and everyone found something delicious to eat. Everything was very aesthetically pleasing and neat! I confidently give it a 5 out of 5. The location is great, close to the port, Galata Tower… Thank you for a wonderful day!
BBenpaoshengcaiThis hotel, with its century-old history, offers rooms that aren't huge, but they are immaculately clean and well-maintained. The service experience is top-notch; the staff are incredibly friendly and you can easily communicate with them using a translation app. It definitely meets a five-star standard, even exuding a touch of old-money charm, so you can check in with confidence. Its biggest advantage is the location – it's very close to the Blue Mosque and Basilica Cistern, both easily reachable on foot. The surrounding commercial area is well-developed, and there's even a Lanzhou Lamian restaurant a few hundred meters away, which is a great option for varying your meals during your trip.
TterentiusMixed feelings for this accommodation. While it is located fairly conveniently near Taksim Square, Istiklal Street, and the metro station, this place, like many guesthouses around, is located in an area with narrow streets making car pick ups and drop offs (eg, to and from airport) a little inconvenient. Walking to the hotel also involves a hilly stretch- to be borne in mind if you have elderly in your travel party.
Staff at front desk were professional, responded to requests quickly. There was ni room service provided in the 4 nights we stayed, though place is generally clean. Some amenities were broken - large cracks in toilet bowl, hairdryer would always go off halfway. And the worst part about room 102 which we booked was that it was adjacent to the reception desk and staff toilet, meaning every interaction and use of toilet could be heard loud and clear in the room - the be considered if you are a light sleeper or don't like noise.
No breakfast offered but a lot of eateries in the area offering breakfast.
GGuest UserThis hotel was truly in a fantastic location. My wife and I had a quick holiday getaway, and the staff's attitude was wonderful. It's within walking distance to the ferry terminal and the high-speed train station. I would genuinely recommend it to everyone I know, and it's definitely my top choice for all my future Istanbul trips.
GGuest UserLocated about 20 kilometers from the airport, the room had windows on three sides with unobstructed sea views. The service was excellent; they even called in Chinese in the morning to remind us to have breakfast. The Turkish people are very hospitable.
