"The stay was okay overall. The hotel has a convenient location near Taksim, and everything was generally normal for a short stay. The staff were fine and the room was acceptable. However, the air conditioning was not working properly, and the fridge was also not working. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room/bathroom. The toilet and bathroom were quite small and narrow. Overall, it was an average stay. The location is good, but the hotel could improve the room facilities, especially the air conditioning, fridge, cleanliness and bathroom."

"The photo of the room corresponds to the reality, furniture is new, good, location is convenient, nearby cafes and shops, friendly and responsive staff. There are only two minus: 1. Not very clean. Of course, there are no such horrors that were described here, but of the four towels two were with spots, such a feeling that they were poorly washed,the cleaning in the room was not, for the cleanliness I would put 7 out of 10.2. No elevator and staircase in the rooms quite high,lift hard. However, overall, if you plan to stay in the area for two or three nights, it 's a great option."

"The hotel is up the hill but very near the jetty, Ortakoy mosque and very near to the main street. The receptionist carried my bag to my room which I really appreciated. My room was at the basement but i get to open the window most of the time to let air flow in. Would love to stay there again if I have the chance."
