"The hotel's location, slightly removed from the bustling Kadıköy city center, was a plus as it offered peace and quiet. Its proximity to the bus terminal and metro station made it incredibly convenient for exploring various parts of Istanbul via public transport. Overall, the hotel was in good condition, and the staff were friendly."
"Stayed with my friend. The owner of hotel was so kind to us, each request was completed. He advised us the sightseeing tour where we had a good time. Breakfast was so delicious. His mom's strawberry jam stole our hearts. My recommendations 😍"
"This is my second stay here. The location is great, close to tourist attractions and shopping. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe. The staff are friendly and provide good service. The room is clean, and it's conveniently located near a subway station, making it very easy to get to from Sabihane Airport."
"Fashionable area, good hotel. The room has everything you need for your stay. Good service. I recommend going to the bar on the -1st floor, the prices are reasonable. Of the minuses - the hotel does not have breakfast, it is very noisy under the windows until 00:00 and the furniture/walls in the room are damaged (I think that it was damaged by guests - be careful with the rooms!)"
"It was a little far from the port and there were many slopes, so it was a little difficult to go with a suitcase. For those with a lot of luggage, taxi recommendation 🚕 There is no elevator in the hotel, but the kind hotel staff will carry your luggage, so you can rest assured ✨ Is it rare overseas? There was a smoking room and I chose it! The room is cleaner than I had imagined and the temperature adjustment is a little difficult, but you can use the shower properly! The door to the bathroom was not well set up and did not close firmly. However, it was a good hotel in Cospa even in light of various things! I had a fun trip!"
"Pros:
+ convenient location
+ excellent receptionist who immediately resolved all issues
+ cozy rooms
+ simple but tasty breakfast
+ excellent price for such a place in Istanbul given the current exchange rate
+ very friendly staff
Cons:
- wifi worked very poorly in the room, constantly disappeared
- we were warned that the hotel is in a noisy place, but did not expect that the audibility would be so strong. Sometimes it felt like people were shouting in our room, and not behind the wall of the building on the street.
- the rooms were quite cool and the floors were not the cleanest
Overall, I give the hotel 4/5 and I think I would go back there again."
"I'd say this place offers great value for money. The location is excellent, really close to public transport! Affordable! The staff were very helpful (I needed assistance once, and they resolved it relatively quickly and without questioning). We had already decided before our stay not to have breakfast at the hotel, as we primarily wanted to eat out. On our last day, before heading to the airport, we tried the breakfast due to an early flight. It was very fresh and perfectly fine, not many hot options, but overall a good breakfast."
"The room was clean, spacious, and cozy. The armchair and bay window were a delight. Cleaning was done daily, and, thanks for that, they brought bottled water every day. It was lovely to have tea in the courtyard and relax after the bustling streets of Istanbul. I'm glad I stayed at this hotel."
"Stop at the hotel for one night - there was a transplant when it arrived at the new Istanbul airport and with the departure from Sabiha.
The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the Kadykea district, 5 minutes from the metro. Around the hotel there are many bars and similar infrastructure, but the room is not noisy. The hotel itself is combined with Meihan. I stayed in the room without a window, but at the same time there was no - temperature comfortable."
"I stayed at this hotel in October 2025. It's located close (no more than a 10-15-minute walk) to the Kadıköy pier (there's also a HAVAIST bus stop for airport services (390 lira one-way) and the Marmaray train stop on the other side. The area is full of cafes and vintage shops, making wandering the streets a pleasure! Buses stop three minutes away (#12 to the Üsküdar ferry, and #12A to the Kuzkuncuk neighborhood of colorful houses).
My room was small but very cozy, with air conditioning (a refrigerator, kettle, and hairdryer).
The hotel hosts were friendly, attentive, and unobtrusive.
Thank you for your hospitality!"

Great
XXiaowen31Pros:
1. The breakfast offers a mix of traditional Turkish breakfast and Western options, with a great variety of cheeses and plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.
2. Although the room is small, it's very tidy and clean. It gets cleaned daily, and the bed sheets are changed every day.
3. The location is excellent. It's within walking distance of Yedikule Fortress and Marble Tower, and only an 8-minute walk to the sea.
4. The surrounding area is a residential neighborhood with schools, making it very quiet.
5. The hotel's Wi-Fi is super fast and never lags.
Areas for improvement:
1. It would be great if there was an airport shuttle service.
AAndreeva NataliaWonderful location. It's tough with luggage going up and down the stairs, so a transfer is definitely needed. The view from the restaurant terrace is stunning, especially in the evening. We booked this hotel specifically for that view. The pool is small, and a swim cap is mandatory; you'll have to buy one if you don't have one. I wasn't a fan of the massage; it was given by a man, and the price was steep. The sauna and hammam were a nice bonus. The pillows and bed were very comfortable – perfect for relaxing after a day of walking around. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend!
GGuest UserWe stayed for one night, but even for such a short stay, it was fantastic. The receptionist was amazing; despite our early arrival at 8 AM, they did everything possible to expedite our check-in, and by 9:30 AM, our rooms were ready. I'm very particular about cleanliness and was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were quite clean, cozy, and, importantly, spacious, with clean bathrooms. Everything we needed was in the room. I must also mention the wonderful breakfast 🍳; we were with four teenage children, and everyone found something delicious to eat. Everything was very aesthetically pleasing and neat! I confidently give it a 5 out of 5. The location is great, close to the port, Galata Tower… Thank you for a wonderful day!
BBenpaoshengcaiThis hotel, with its century-old history, offers rooms that aren't huge, but they are immaculately clean and well-maintained. The service experience is top-notch; the staff are incredibly friendly and you can easily communicate with them using a translation app. It definitely meets a five-star standard, even exuding a touch of old-money charm, so you can check in with confidence. Its biggest advantage is the location – it's very close to the Blue Mosque and Basilica Cistern, both easily reachable on foot. The surrounding commercial area is well-developed, and there's even a Lanzhou Lamian restaurant a few hundred meters away, which is a great option for varying your meals during your trip.
TterentiusMixed feelings for this accommodation. While it is located fairly conveniently near Taksim Square, Istiklal Street, and the metro station, this place, like many guesthouses around, is located in an area with narrow streets making car pick ups and drop offs (eg, to and from airport) a little inconvenient. Walking to the hotel also involves a hilly stretch- to be borne in mind if you have elderly in your travel party.
Staff at front desk were professional, responded to requests quickly. There was ni room service provided in the 4 nights we stayed, though place is generally clean. Some amenities were broken - large cracks in toilet bowl, hairdryer would always go off halfway. And the worst part about room 102 which we booked was that it was adjacent to the reception desk and staff toilet, meaning every interaction and use of toilet could be heard loud and clear in the room - the be considered if you are a light sleeper or don't like noise.
No breakfast offered but a lot of eateries in the area offering breakfast.
GGuest UserThis hotel was truly in a fantastic location. My wife and I had a quick holiday getaway, and the staff's attitude was wonderful. It's within walking distance to the ferry terminal and the high-speed train station. I would genuinely recommend it to everyone I know, and it's definitely my top choice for all my future Istanbul trips.
GGuest UserLocated about 20 kilometers from the airport, the room had windows on three sides with unobstructed sea views. The service was excellent; they even called in Chinese in the morning to remind us to have breakfast. The Turkish people are very hospitable.
