За свои деньги хороший отель. Номер нормальный, чисто, минибар пополняют. По запросу дали второе одеяло. У нас был вид на пустующий соседний участок, на юг, 4 этаж. Вид не самый лучший, внизу неэстетичные хозпомещения, но зато тихо, не слышно шум с трассы. Территория отеля зеленая, ухоженная, компактная, ходят милые животные. Красивая зеленая зона бассейна, прекрасный вид на горы. Бассейн очень чистый, большой, вода приятная, хлоркой не пахнет. Еда приличная, достаточно вкусная, изо дня в день не сильно меняется, но выбор всегда есть, была форель, баранина, дорада. Очень вкусная рыба в баре у пляжа. Алкоголь местный, коктейли мешают на глаз, поэтому качество плавает, но в целом некоторые коктейли я сочла вкусными, лучше, чем в других отелях. У главного ресторана есть приятная зона на улице под навесом для тех кто на отдыхе любит есть на открытых верандах (для меня это важно). Вечерняя анимация хорошая, кроме вечеров караоке и танца живота. Свет, звук, оформление - все прекрасно. Аниматоры приятные. Есть диско бар у пляжа с музыкой аля-Сочи. Слабым местом отеля считаю море и пляж. Пирс - громоздкий, бетонный, изогнутый, закрывает всю правую половину пляжа, блокирует горизонт и вид на морскую гладь. Это очень неудачная идея. Пирс был закрыт и в плачевном состоянии - бетон местами разрушался, ржавые опоры. Левая половина пляжа зажата между тем же пирсом и бетонными блоками канала. Во время нашего пребывания на пляже с левой стороны по вечерам и ночью работал трактор, подсыпая и разравнивая ковшом песок из огромной кучи, наваленной у канала. Такая получилась урбанистика - техника, бетон и следы от колес трактора, как в поле, и ноль вечерней романтики на пляже. Это необходимые работы, нам просто не повезло. Море - когда есть волна к берегу приносит измельченный бытовой мусор с яхт, пакеты, пену, в воде появляется взвесь. В штиль - нормальная чистая прозрачная вода. 2 дня из 5 мы не купались по причине грязного моря, я брезглива в этом плане, плавали в бассейне. Навесы на пляже дают нормальную тень, в общем все симпатично, с пляжа хороший вид на горы. Лежаков хватало. В общем, рекомендую, отличный вариант на несколько дней при условии разумной ценовой политики. Надеюсь, отель придумает что-нибудь с пирсом, отремонтирует/демонтирует его или украсит.

We were with a child in economy from May 14 to 21, we managed to get a room here for 50 dollars/day. For this money - well, just great) In general, everything is good. On the beach, looking around at the neighboring beaches, you almost feel like a king - a lot of sun loungers and not shoulder to shoulder. Otherwise, everything is as written earlier: in economy rooms with air conditioning it’s cold, without it you can’t breathe, okay in May you can sleep with the door wide open and even then it won’t suit everyone, but then? Children are bored, the pool is not comfortable to use, the territory is small, there are no slides, few children, a lot of people 50+. In general, I can recommend both the city and the hotel

The location is perfect, beautiful mountains and the sea and wonderful Sun. The place like a paradise, like cuddled in. It is near to Antalya centre, where you can visit The Sealife zoo, walk through long streets of bazaar, big market and plenty of nice cafes and restaurants, feel the touch of Turkish life. there is also show of dolphins in Antalya and Kemer. You can book any tour with the Pegus travel agent at Crystal Flora hotel or arrange the trip yourself. You can use a public transport or taxi, depends on your choice. You can visit The Land of Legends, another beautiful place you shall visit with your children and teenagers. The hotel and all facilities are very clean, the staff is very polite, kind and helpful, cleaning is conducted and maintained constantly inside and outside. The facilities are very clean, the rooms and bedding are changed every day, so the fridge inside the room is refilled every day. Staff speaks in three or more languages and if needed a guidance or help, you will get it straightaway. The food and drinks are served non stop. Variety of food and desserts is great, beyond the expectations. Everything from the meal and drinks is fresh and delicious, started with domestic meals, burgers, pizza, lachmachun, kebabs, barbecue, and different fish, including Mexican dinner, you can enjoy in the outside restaurant near the sea, prebooked option. For those who are awaken till the sunrise, have the option to have meal on the beach bar, late night or early morning like 1-3AM. you can choose burger with chips, spaghetti, salad and any drinks of your wish, including nice tea with biscuits. there are different activities arranged by staff in the morning and day time for adults and children, every evening there is show and live performance, and you can dance while watching the band performance on the stage, the songs are in a different languages and different time, to entertain every audience. You prefer disco, there is another facility for dancing near the reception, a bit hidden and inside. We would like to have a disco outside on the same place where the band was, but we presume disco place is arranged inside to avoid disruption for the hotel residents at night. I think, disco would be better outside, the near building could be sound insulated and hosted by young generation, who loves dancing and the loud music, but I believe this option probably been checked, but have many obstacles to make disco outside. You will not have time to be bored in Crystal Flora Resort. There is a big market outside the hotel which works till midnight. If its too hot walking in the day, you can go shopping after 8PM and enjoy walking around and do shopping of clothes or food, pakhlava, Turkish delight, different type of tea and many other things. The place is very good indeed and I myself and all my family are going to visit Crystal Flora again. I recommend this place out of other places in that area, as it has facilities, including massive water slides for children that no other have, food and drinks are served 24 hours, that you will not find in other places, the amount of food and drinks is great and more important that everything is fresh and tasty, tea lovers can enjoy tea time in café inside and outside, with different type of desserts and plenty of ice creams for children. I truly enjoyed my holiday and so my children and relatives from other country. Crystal Flora is perfect place for holiday.

We stayed with two friends for 5 days. The facilities and activities were adequate. The food was very good and the staff was very attentive. I can go again.

Компактный, стильный и очень гостеприимный отель. Радушное приветствие и работа персонала на высоте от официантов до высшего персонала. Вот прямо стараются от души. Питание отличное…. без засилия салатов ненужных как в обычных 5 звезд. Небольшой и отличный выбор блюд. Нет очередей, чистый/новый зал. Территория небольшая, но современная и ухоженная. В барах коктейли и вино, пиво в бутылках, но особо не пользовались. Пляж небольшой с пирса, лежаков достаточно и всё свежее. Отель для любителей компактности, отсутствия анимации и минимум детей. Шумно от соседних отелей, но можно попросить дальние номера. Безупречный персонал сглаживает все нюансы. Цена/качество очень соответствует.

Отличный отель. Сегодня только выехала из него. Однозначно рекомендую. Я в полном восторге от пребывания в Euronova Hotels & Suites! С самых первых минут чувствуется невероятное гостеприимство и дружелюбная атмосфера. Хозяин отеля лично встречает и провожает гостей — это настолько приятно и ценно! Сразу видно, что здесь искренне заботятся о каждом посетителе. Отдельно хочется отметить просто шикарное, мега-удобное расположение: До моря близко, буквально минут пять-семь, а по дороге как раз находится Migros. Поэтому отлично можно купить холодные напитки и спокойно идти на пляж. Всё под рукой: при желании рядом и супермаркет Carrefour, так что купить можно вообще всё. Отличная транспортная доступность: если нужно куда-то поехать, автобусные остановки везде рядышком. Для меня стало невероятной неожиданностью — это очень хороший бассейн с чистейшей водой, который эстетически очень красивый, и приятно купаться в нём. Номера очень современные, очень чистые. Техника, сантехника в отличном рабочем состоянии. Всё работает идеально. Прекрасное место, где чувствуешь себя как дома. Однозначно рекомендую!

Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel. It's a great choice for families. The staff are understanding, friendly, solution-oriented, and efficient. The only thing is that the meat dishes could be a bit more varied.
