"Around 9 AM, a male staff member just opened my door and walked in! He said he was delivering water. I've never experienced anything like this before. What if I had been showering? The Hunger restaurant next door was terrible! I ordered one main dish and it was too sour, so I ordered another and it was super salty. The service was also just okay. They claimed it was a sea view, but only the two rooms at the very end have a decent sea view; the others just look out at boats. It's not suitable for guests looking for convenience to the airport. The surrounding area is very messy and crowded."

"The man at the reception was very friendly and welcoming, which we really appreciated.
However, the cleanliness of the room could be improved. There were someone else’s hairs in the bathroom and on the floor, and the bed sheets and towels did not feel very fresh. The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but there was still a noticeable smell of cigarettes.
We stayed here only for one night during an 11-hour layover. The hotel is about a 20-minute taxi ride from Sabiha Gökçen Airport, which was convenient for a short stop.
For a few hours of rest it is fine, but I probably wouldn’t stay here longer.
The room has a kettle, tea, sugar, water, a fridge and a stove. Toothbrushes are not provided, so bring your own."

"I had to stay in blue sea for a while due to paper work reason, the hotel is very small not big, the stairs are narrow and have no lift, it's 3 floors only.
The receptionist are friendly and respectful (uğur and Mr mehmet), even the cleaning lady she's sweet but the place need alot of renovation. There's bad smell coming from the back side, and bathroom cause it doesn't have a fan nor window. My room had insects so I spoke to them and they changed the room next day. The price is high compare to size and services. Some cafés say that the place is bad but i cant judge, i only hope they took my words in consideration and they will try to change asap, I'm not a hater because i barely know them. But as a customer who will be there in future probably so hope they change and show improvement."

"My mother and I were looking for a nice spa hotel and came across the Radisson Blu in Tuzla. The hotel looked very promising even during booking, and our expectations were fully met upon arrival. Everything looked exactly as it did in the pictures – clean, well-maintained, and high quality.
We especially enjoyed the spa area and were able to fully relax during our stay. The staff was friendly, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant.
Another plus is the location: the hotel is only about a 20-minute taxi ride from the city center, and Sabiha Gökçen Airport is just 10 minutes away.
We felt very comfortable and would book this hotel again anytime. A clear recommendation for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay."

"This hotel is located near another airport in Istanbul. It has excellent facilities, and the front desk staff was very nice, even upgrading our room. You can see planes from the room and the rooftop bar, which offers a great view. However, it's close to the road, so it might be a bit noisy for light sleepers. The breakfast was fantastic, and we even saw some airline crew staying there. The only minor downside to the room was that the shower water was too hot, but thankfully there was also a bathtub with a showerhead, so we ended up showering in the tub."

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is a bit far from the Old Town, and the room was on the small side. However, it was very clean and provided disposable slippers. They offer free parking and the breakfast is purely Western, with limited variety but enough to fill you up. The price isn't particularly cheap.

GGuest UserGreat location (though we constantly got lost in those little streets). The breakfasts were decent, we didn't get tired of them over 5 days. The view was absolutely beautiful. Eating with such a view every day boosts your mood by 100%. We didn't use the pool, but we did visit the sauna – a nice little bonus. As for downsides: it was noisy. I don't know about other rooms, but our window overlooked a shopping street, and we could hear conversations and vendors setting up from early in the morning. The staff were lovely and friendly. Our room was fully equipped, and everything worked.

**Amenities:** The hotel is very new and modern. Although the room is small, it has everything you need, and even a small balcony with a great view. There's also a resident cat NPC always by the entrance!
**Cleanliness:** The room is very clean, and the bedding is excellent.
**Service:** The front desk staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. When our taxi stopped at the metro station at the intersection, someone immediately came out to help us with our luggage. Yigi THAN, one of the staff members, checked us in, showed us the room's facilities, and even saw us off to our car when we left, all without expecting a tip.
Right next to the hotel is the Governor's Office, guarded by armed bodyguards, so safety is absolutely top-notch! The surrounding area has plenty of businesses, and it's within walking distance to all the major attractions and the seaside. Plus, there are two fantastic cafes right outside, perfect for breakfast.

GGuest UserGood day. We stayed at this hotel from July 9th to 12th. We were able to check in an hour earlier than the stated check-in time. The location is excellent; all attractions are within walking distance or a short tram ride away. There's a tram and metro stop nearby, and the Galata Tower is just a three-minute walk. The rooms are clean, cozy, and beautiful. Housekeeping is daily, and the staff are responsive and friendly. The rooms are quiet. Breakfasts are decent, buffet style. I especially want to mention the hotel's Russian-speaking representative (unfortunately, I can't remember her name, she's the only one). She is polite, sincere, and competent with tourists, resolving any issues. Every day, she requests feedback from guests about their stay: if everything is satisfactory, if they have any questions, etc. I definitely recommend this hotel; it's great value for money.

AAnonymous UserVery outdated hotel - the interior felt eerie. We stayed in a non-smoking room that smelled like smoke at night. Our shower drain was clogged and would flood (this was fixed however it is not expected of any hotel, let alone a 5 star). Gym was small and equipment is old. Sauna wasn’t working properly - not hot enough. However, staff were friendly and welcoming, and hotel location was convenient if you want to take the tram to tourist sites or walk around the shops, restaurants, etc.
Overall, I don’t think this is a 5 star hotel. I would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone looking for a 5 star hotel.

GGuest UserThis hotel was truly in a fantastic location. My wife and I had a quick holiday getaway, and the staff's attitude was wonderful. It's within walking distance to the ferry terminal and the high-speed train station. I would genuinely recommend it to everyone I know, and it's definitely my top choice for all my future Istanbul trips.

GGuest UserLocated about 20 kilometers from the airport, the room had windows on three sides with unobstructed sea views. The service was excellent; they even called in Chinese in the morning to remind us to have breakfast. The Turkish people are very hospitable.

AAnonymous UserThe room was nice, but there's a mosque nearby, so it got a bit noisy in the mornings. The breakfast was really bad, but the hygiene and environment were decent. The main issue was that many of the staff didn't speak English, which made communication difficult.
