"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and always went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience!"
"We only stayed one night after moving our son to UCF. We will stay again though. The room was beautiful and clean, there is garage parking, and we enjoyed some delicious drinks and appetizers at their restaurant."
"Stayed in this hotel twice already. The room is clean and they have happy hour drinks. The hotel has facilities. The hotel is located in the downtown area. You can walk to many restaurants and it is not far from the park."
"Not overwhelmingly luxurious, but it has a good bed and a great breakfast. If you're just looking for a good night's sleep and a decent breakfast, like us, then this is truly a perfect choice! Would book this again in a heartbeat!"
"The experience was great! Even though we were by the highway it wasn’t so noisy and busy. Loved the jacuzzi!! They was a little mixed up with the self parking but the manager handled it very calm and swiftly for us. Definitely will be booking again."
"The hotel room is large, the bathroom is clean, and most importantly, the hotel has a free car that can be taken to nearby restaurants. There is a Korean restaurant and a Vietnamese rice noodle restaurant near the hotel, which are very authentic. This is the best meal we have had in Orlando."
"The check-in experience was a little unpleasant as we arrive after 12am due to flight delay and the front desk was empty. Thanks to existing guest coming out hence we were able to be let in to sit and wait for the front desk at the lobby. Turns out the person was away on toilet break. Perhaps a sign would had kept us aware. We later found out the front desk was in the toilet from the security. We have a few other people all waiting for check in or for the valet parking.
What has done well obviously is the locked door that only access card can be let in and also the security making rounds. This had certainly boost my confidence of the security of this hotel.
I am also impressed by the cleanliness and space of the hotel room. All in all, happy with my stay even though online booking photos was artist impression."
"service was nice. everything was good and it was what you would expect from a hotel. the lobby was freezing, however, and our room carpet was slightly stained, but nothing crazy"
"Perfect hotel with good accessibility We take Uber to Universal Studios, Disney Land or Orlando downtown. About 5 minutes walk to a restaurant and about 16 minutes walk to a large shopping center with other restaurants and shops. Very pleasant and helpful staff at the reception. The pool is smaller, but it's first-rate and so is the fitness center. Breakfast buffet with the option to make your own fresh and very good waffles. The only thing missing is vegetables, but we haven't seen that at breakfast in any hotel on the east coast."

Very Good
DDr. PuppioI have already been stayed at this hotel many times.
It’s a cozy place.
There’s a remarkable guy at the front desk.., his name is Sandro. He became a great friend of mine. He’s very kind, helpful and polite.
American standard breakfast.
It’s so close to the Universal City Walk.., in about 15-20 minutes by foot.
I’d stay again for sure…!!
GGuest UserFantastic hotel and wonderful staff. Shuttles to park were frequent. Room was lovely and had everything you could need in a great location. For transparency - we paid for parking per night we were there which is a little expensive given you have already paid for a room BUT you can use their free park transportation system which saves you on theme park parking costs which are more than the hotel charges
GGuest UserHotel was located between both universal and Disney . Free shuttle bus however the shuttle bus is very busy. Hotel breakfast very basic and disappointing. Not many options. Bedrooms are modern decorated however some issues . Bed bugs and ants had to ask to change sheets . They didn’t change and when I asked for room to be cleaned I kept being ignored until eventually had to get senior staff involved . Ant’s definitely a problem in the hotel . Liked that they offered free full size bathroom products this was useful . AC is at one temp and can not be controlled so can get very cold in the room and bedding is thin.
SSataka Sataka SatakaI recently stayed at this hotel and the experience was absolutely fantastic! the room was very clean and beautifully decorated, making it feel both comfortable and cozy.
GGuest UserGot there and found out that my one reservation for 2 rooms was actually 2 reservations, so they charged me 2 security deposits. Then my credit card was $5 short, and they wouldn't take $5 cash. I ended up making an express payment on my card, just to be able to pay the second deposit. The african american lady at the front desk with the ponytail and glasses (never got her name) did not want the cash and wouldn't let me talk to the manager. Room had oil stains on the walls and phone in my room didnt work. Breakfast was ok. Sausage was the only meat. No bacon or anything else. And parking was $110 for 4 nights. Then I wanted to check out a day early and was told by the night shift that as long as I left by 11 am the next morning, I would not be charged. When I tried to check out at 8:30am, once again the same african american woman was working and acted like she had to get permission from the manager. She walked off to call him so I couldn't hear what she said and then came back to say I could only leave early one night on my reservation. I asked to speak to the manager and she said when she called him, he was in the shower and wouldn't be in until 9am. I said I would wait. Then I reminded her about how she said we had 2 separate reservations so we should be able to leave early for both rooms. She finally did it. Also, whenever you called them, before, during, and after my trip, it took about 6 hours of calling back to back before anyone picks up the phone. Even when I was there and my room phone didnt work, I kept calling and had to walk downstairs the first night to tell them about the oil stains on my wall and the phone not working, because I didnt want to be charged for it. She said she knew and that the wallpaper was going to be replaced. I have stayed there 3 times and after this time, I will not be going back. That lady was the only one with a nasty attitude.
GGuest UserFinding the hotel was super easy, excellent location for tourists. Upon check-in, I had some issues that complicated my arrival, especially after how tired I was. Apparently, it's the hotel's policy for residents to pay a $200 refundable deposit upon check-out. The problem wasn't knowing about the deposit, but that it had to be paid in cash only. This annoyed me a lot because I just wanted to get to my room and shower, but instead, I had to go out looking for an ATM. The room was clean and smelled pleasant, even though the sheets had cigarette burn marks everywhere 😂 The shower curtain was in pieces, too small, and all the water kept spilling out 🤦♀️ Aside from that, everything else was fine.
GGuest UserWe liked our stay at this hotel. Liked the location and our room.
Staff are accommodating.
Breakfast was good but hopefully a breakfast buffet will be available too so as to have more options for the free breakfast included.
Definitely would rebook here for future travels and staycations.
GGuest UserMy stay was great. I will book again housekeeping replenish all the room supplies every day you have to pay for breakfast. We had an awesome poolside view. The room is nice and spacious. I will book again.
เเล็กวาThis hotel, good location, the service is also very good, the staff are smiling, the breakfast is considered good at a certain level, the only downside is that the room at the mattress and the bathroom has a small cockroach. Up to the bed as you can see, the hotel has a renewed, but some of them do not finish the room, there is an old part and there are cockroaches living in it.
GGuest UserLorna was kind , courteous, and professional our entire stay. Love how she delegates the front desk and help so many guests at once. Her team made my stay both comfortable and worthwhile.
