The hotel is not in the city centre, but that's why we choose it ..... for the tranquility and the quite environment. The establishment is impeccable, we pay around HK$8xx, and have to admit this is very good value (even considering not much facilities). The restaurant team are awesome, very attentive, eagar to assist in a warm and welcoming manner. We went for breadfast daily, and from the second day, they remember our breakfast drink! The spa, much room for improvement...... considering the price, really would not expect ”smelly” bath robe (the price is around 2 to 3 times the price one pay at a spa parlour locally). During my stay, the hotel is under a planned renovation construction (we were told) - work is going on even over the weekends, that was very unfortunate. Especially we are looking for a quite hotel! I really think they should state at the booking portal and let people know! The most disappointing part is, the reception team were recommending car service to us (for our return trip to Danang). The original price quote was US$92. We booked. On the departure day, we were asked to pay, the bill was shown in VND (local currency) and I noticed there are service charge and tax applied. So I ask if the US$92 included the service charge and tax. The reception gentleman was slight agitated and say something like ”every body knows service charge and tax are applied to bills in Vietnam”. We were then checking the bill and tried to figure out if the US$92 were inclusive of the service charge and tax. While we were doing that, the reception gentleman told us, yes, the US$92 were already including the the service charge and tax. We were a bit itimidated then, and not wanting to further ruin our holiday mood, so we paid and leave. The car trip was very pleasant and the driver was very polite and attentive. When we are home, we check the bill again, and find out, we paid around US$112 for the trip. (ie, the originally quote price US$92 is not inclusive of service and tax. More so, the reception gentleman that explained the price to us, was either uncompetent or dishonest!

We booked a 3 days 2 nights stay in a two-bedroom Lagoon View Villa, and it was incredibly spacious and comfortable. A special thank you to Ms. Nhi for her warm hospitality and for surprising me with a beautiful birthday cake. She also generously shared a potent, fresh ginger welcome drink that actually cured my sister’s cough. I highly recommend the spa; I had a Vietnamese massage with cupping that was professional and deeply relaxing. Dinner at Horizon Restaurant was scrumptious, with fresh flavors and a lovely atmosphere overlooking the lagoon. The hotel makes exploring very easy by offering a free shuttle to Hue City. We took advantage of this for a half-day trip which is very convenient.

Perfect vacation spot, away from the city. Takes about 10 min grab ride to the city and attractions. They upgraded us from a one bedroom villa to a two bedroom villa. Rooms r comfortable and clean. It has induction cooker, fridge and freezer, microwave, but no utensils provided (I believe you can ask for them). The private onsen in the apartment is clean and hot spring water is less warm than the public onsen. Would recommend visitors to go for both the public and private onsen to get the full experience. The public onsen (ie. They call it ”luxury onsen”) includes both indoor and outdoor hot spring pools, saunas and a cold bath... Similar to those in Japanese onsen (and even cleaner). Breakfast has a wide variety of choices, both Western and Asian. We took a full board plan (breakfast, lunch dinner) on our 3rd night. To be honest, we think that half board (breakfast and dinner only) is sufficient as the lunch and dinner menu at the Sasa café is the same. The landscape of the resort is pretty and many places to relax and enjoy the scenery. The only feedback I have is that there are ants indoors, in the room and on the cafe tables (unavoidable due to environment where the resort is located). The path leading to the apartment entrance has rocks, so be careful with your luggage. Lastly, service was excellent.

Banyan Tree Lang Co

This is my second time choosing Banyan Tree Lang Co, and once again, it confirmed it was the right decision. The service is impeccably organized: the personal butler is always reachable, responds promptly via messenger, and occasionally delights with small surprises. Very convenient. My stay coincided with Easter, and I was pleasantly surprised that they baked an excellent kulich (Easter bread) for the holiday. It's a small detail, but it leaves a lasting impression. The transfer was flawlessly arranged — an Audi Q8 arrived, and we traveled in complete comfort. The landscapes here are fantastic: a sea breeze, coastal rocks, lush greenery all around — a complete escape from the hustle and bustle. The villa is in good condition, everything works, and the bed is comfortable. Breakfasts are top-notch, with a rich and varied selection. I especially want to highlight the spa — I visited on a complimentary offer and was extremely pleased with the quality of the treatments and the ambiance. The sea is clean and pleasant for swimming. This is truly a place where you can recharge and relax without unnecessary fuss. In my opinion, the value for money is exceptional — this level of service and nature fully justifies every penny. I highly recommend it.

Good value for money. The location is convenient enough that you are not far away from attractions, restaurants and cafes. There are water dispensers on each floor that you can easily fill up your water bottles during the day. Staff are so friendly and kind, they always great you with smiles. The only thing we found a bit unpleasant is they seem to offer swimming trainings to non-hotel guests during the day every day? Whether we were there early in the morning or late at night, there were kids having swimming trainings with a coach.

Upon check-in, there was hair on the floor in the room. After reporting it, they quickly sent someone to clean it up. Both the hotel's exterior and the room itself are beautiful! What's even better is that the plaza outside the hotel has an amusement park with really affordable prices! It's incredibly useful for those traveling with children!

A wonderful resort away from the hustle and bustle. Superb service, delicious breakfast, good food at the à la carte restaurant. The sea is like an ocean, with huge waves and a beautiful, clean beach! Lovely, smiling staff and excellent service. The large swimming pool, however, is in a terrible state! Peeling tiles, mold on the edges, and some parts of the edges are completely missing tiles, probably for a long time now. There's dirt floating in the pool. My child swam underwater once and refused to swim again. Please, fix the pool! Please renew your pool, you need to close it, clean and renew it properly, and then open it to the public. Everything else is perfect. Thanks for the free bicycles!

The building is a bit old, but the views are incredible. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety, and we enjoyed it on the terrace. It's within walking distance to the bustling downtown area, which was great for meals and massages. You can hear music from a nearby club, but that's a matter of personal preference; if you think of it as a lively, developing area, it's not bothersome. The front desk staff were also very helpful.

When we got there, we welcomed so warmly by Han on the receptionist, a very good man who packed our breakfast the next morning because our flight was leaving so early. The staff was really welcoming, the rooms are clean, the pool is amazing and the food was great.

I booked a family room, which was very spacious, consisting of two connected rooms. The first room had a double bed, and the second had two single beds separated by a partition. It also had two bathrooms and a TV. The complimentary breakfast was quite good, offering choices like beef noodle soup, thick noodle soup, or omelets, along with coffee and fruit.
