"Good. The location isn't far from the city center, and there's a Family Mart nearby. There's a sky bar on top of the accommodation and local restaurants around, making it easy to get around, especially if you opt for a Grab motorbike, starting from 15,000 VND. The cleanliness is moderate, with some dust. The room has a river view, but it's not soundproofed, and cigarette smoke from other rooms seeped in, making it hard to breathe. All the staff were very good, polite, humble, and friendly. I'm impressed every time I visit Vietnam."

"The room's facilities are excellent. Both bedrooms are spacious and each has its own shower and washbasin, which makes getting ready and cleaning up after a swim very efficient and comfortable. The living room setup is also convenient for family interactions. The air conditioning is very powerful, which is a crucial factor in a hot city like Saigon. The hotel's location is also great; it's near very local residential areas, making it incredibly convenient to experience local life and culture. Getting to major attractions via Grab taxi is also very easy. The service is excellent, with staff always available 24/7 to assist. The rooftop infinity pool is a huge bonus for panoramic city views."

"The room was beautiful, the service was excellent, and it was spotlessly clean. The staff, especially Nolan, was very attentive to guests and provided me with detailed information. The bed was comfortable, the bedroom was spacious, and there were no musty smells. I will definitely book here again next time I visit. "The staff was very polite and actively helped me solve the problem, that is, the hotel did not have toothbrushes and bottled water. But there are three convenience stores downstairs, which are quite convenient, not far from Fan Wu Lao Street."

"Firstly, I'll state that had a good stay at this Hotel :) Let's start with the bad, and then finish with the good. Was some of the paint peeling off the walls? Yes. Did the refrigerator smell like durian? Yes (only the fridge). Is the decor giving 1970s depression? Yeah, kinda. Is the hotel well-insulated for sound? No. Did the shower have a bit of mould? Yes. HOWEVER, the bed, mattress, and sheets were very clean, smelled clean and the sheets were bright white. The room smelled clean, the toilet was clean, bathroom counter and sink were clean, floor was clean, and the AC unit was clean and with no dust (often an overlooked detail). Also, the staff were lovely, gave helpful advice, can store luggage for you, and there is a safe (it's not nailed down, but there is one nonetheless). I had a room with no window, so I did not hear any street noises, and for sleeping the room was pitch black (a plus for me). Admittedly, the hotel has very thin walls, but I brought my loop earplugs and was able to sleep without issue; I heard noises from guests only on 1 night out of four and they were not that loud --I still slept fine. Value for money was great :D"

"My family and I stayed at Jessica’s soho apartment for 4 nights. The check in was flawless. Jessica’s assistant showed us in and explained how to open the digital lock. The apartment was cozy, clean and well equipped with plates, cutlerys, glasses and cups. Has a small cooker, microwave and an electric kettle. And a plus was providing us 5 litre bottle of drinking water with a faucet. The bed was comfortable and we rested well. The shower was excellent with strong water pressure. The air-con worked well and kept us comfortable. The view of the city from a small balcony was a plus. They were very responsive and helped us with booking a driver to take us around the city for sightseeing. Overall, a super host and a superb apartment to rent if you have a family. And superaffordable!!"

The staff were very kind and helpful, and the reception is available 24/7, which is very convenient if you arrive late or need assistance at any time. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, it’s a good option if you need a simple place to stay overnight."
