The location is absolutely fantastic, right next to 81 Tower, so you can check it out as soon as you step outside! The customer service speaks Chinese and offers bilingual communication, and they are incredibly thoughtful, resolving any issues immediately. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The hotel was very clean, conveniently located, and the rooms were beautiful. The staff were warm, responsive, and very friendly. Check-in was simple and convenient, the facilities were complete, and the environment was quiet and comfortable. This was a very good stay, and I will definitely come again!

This was my first time staying at an Autograph Collection hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The hotel service was excellent, and the staff spoke very good English. The lounge offerings were decent, and breakfast was very rich. The rooms were well-maintained and nicely decorated. The soundproofing was exceptional; I wasn't disturbed by any noise at any time. Trip.com's international service is also as reliable as ever.

My biggest fear when staying somewhere is that the place itself is fine, but there are always little things that annoy you. This place didn't have any of those issues. The water temperature was normal, the air conditioning wasn't noisy, and the room wasn't dirty. It's not an 'outstanding' kind of good, but it's the kind of good that makes you feel comfortable.

This was my first stay at the Luxury Royal Landmark 81 and I really can't say enough about this hotel. From the time that I checked in until I checked out the friendly and courteous staff were a pleasure to deal with. The fitness center is excellent as is the pool. My room was large and clean with excellent furnishings and I enjoyed the buffet there. I really can't think of anything to complain about, I have to give them excellent marks on everything.

It’s a relatively new listing so just want to give some info about my stay. The location is a little tricky to locate on google maps but the address is easy to find on the Grab app, so there’s no issue to get around. A 10 min ride from the Thao Dien shopping area so it’s really convenient for shopping in the city.
The rooms are huge and spacious and all the furniture are on the newer side. Bathrooms are big too even though you might run into some faulty sinks or showers which you can contact the reception to fix. It genuinely felt like staying in a villa from the 90s but the limited number of rooms really helps to make the place feel like it’s your own home.
You can sit on the chair by the balcony with a book to end your night. Very peaceful.
There is no reception so make sure to contact the hotline when you arrive. You just need to get the code to the keybox and you can enter your room already.
10/10 recommend for anyone looking to stay around and relax. There’s a couple of coffee spots nearby so it’s really nice to immerse with the locals in the morning for breakfast. For the size of the room and relatively new furnishings, the price is a steal.

The overall experience at the hotel was great, and the staff were very attentive. They actively helped with any issues we had, and everyone's English was excellent, so foreigners don't need to worry! However, I do hope the hotel could provide disposable indoor slippers; it would be more hygienic.

Ssunny1029The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas Eve! The room wasn't huge, but it was well-equipped, clean, and the service was excellent – great value for money. The entire hotel has a French-inspired architectural style, with a warm and romantic white main theme. Because of this, I've even booked MGallery hotels for my upcoming trip to Australia. My only minor regret was being assigned a lower floor. I hope my trips to Melbourne and Sydney go well!

While the rooms aren't brand new, they are very comfortable. I booked a king room and the bed was huge!
The hotel breakfast was delightful, see the pictures below. The freshly made pho and baguettes were both delicious.
The location is excellent, you can walk everywhere.

VVictor HankIs very 5 star hotel and service is very high class. The room is also very clean. However, the room is abit squeezy but overall is good experience. One night SGD 160 is quite reasonable. The concierge team is very experience and friendly in helping us find a 24 hour clinic. The view at floor 25 is really good. They have an infinity pool at the rooftop which can see the whole of HCMC cityview.

VVilMy stay at Rivergate Central was fairly straightforward, though the check-in process was a little unconventional compared to typical hotels. Instead of a front desk, I had to WhatsApp the provided number, and a staff member came down to meet me at the lobby. That said, the response was quick and efficient, so it didn’t feel inconvenient.
One thing to note is their rule regarding luggage — if you’re carrying any, you’re required to use the service lift. It’s a bit unusual, so it’s good to be aware of this beforehand to avoid any confusion.
The room itself was simple and cosy, equipped with basic amenities like a microwave, fridge, and sink. It’s not luxurious, but it does the job for a short stay. Cleanliness was decent overall, though nothing particularly standout.
Checkout was very fuss-free. All I had to do was take a photo of the key and send it to the group chat they added me to, and that was it.
Overall, a no-frills stay with a unique system — suitable if you’re looking for something simple and efficient.

In the room one night we left a half eaten bag of biscuits on the bed side table and found it covered with small bugs in the morning, as well as a cockroach on the floor. As well, the sheets had what appeared to be blood stains from the previous visitors, which wasn’t great. Finally, a small thing was the room was quite dark, as the curtain couldn’t be opened.
The location of the hotel however was great.
