A fun hotel that worth staying in. Convenient location and clean rooms. However, there is room for improvement for housekeeping service ( there is a banana peel in the toilet bin when we checked in, and the toilet papers were almost used up)

Excellent accommodation, smooth check in and out process, good location. Excellent service from host that helped courier an item I left behind to me. Amazing stay here, highly recommended!

Location is perfect and check-in very easy. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel and will stay here again for our next visit to Lucerne.

This is the smallest room I've ever stayed in during my years of travel! Besides the bed, a small bar, and the toilet, there's barely enough space for a few people to stand. There's a wall to the left of the bed and a window to the right; there's no room for a bedside table. It was clean, though. I guess space is incredibly valuable in the old town. It's a 10-minute walk to the train station, so it's acceptable as a place to stay for one night during a layover.

Four people stayed in the room. The room was spacious and bright, and the sanitation was very good. The single bathroom was a little inconvenient. I emailed them in advance to let them know how to check in. The contactless check-in and check-out were very smooth. Overall, I was very satisfied.

It was clean and in a great location. Everything we needed was available.
