All the mattresses in the rooms are with double cushion which come from a famous brand called Hong Kong Yalan. The rooms have refreshing high-density sheets, velvet quilts and plush pillows. In addition, lobby is on the 5th floor of the building, the 19th floor is equipped with a gym and self-service laundry room. However, the front desk staff's attitude and professionalism were severely lacking. During check-in, I vaguely remembered some complimentary perks with my booking (having made multiple reservations, the details were a bit fuzzy) and inquired about them. I was told there were none. Later, around 7 PM, I discovered my reservation *did* include afternoon tea. Upon approaching the front desk again, their response was extremely unhelpful and brusque, insisting I go to the bar counter myself to sort it out. This was something that could easily have been handled with a quick phone call from their end. Once at the bar, I found most of the advertised items were unavailable. Despite being advertised as a 'choice of six,' there was practically nothing to choose from. If the hotel isn't genuinely prepared to offer afternoon tea, it would be better not to advertise it at all, saving both guests and staff unnecessary hassle.
