"Amazing stay in the Philippines! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm smiles and excellent service. The reception team was always helpful, quick to answer my questions and ready to assist with anything I needed. One of the highlights was the security staff – very professional, attentive, and always making sure guests felt safe. They were not only protective but also super friendly and willing to help with directions or even small favors. The overall customer service was outstanding. Every interaction showed care and dedication, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was cozy, the location convenient, and I felt comfortable at all times. I truly appreciated the effort of the whole team and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Philippines. "From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. Check-in was quick and easy, and every staff member I encountered was warm, polite, and always ready to help. The doormen in particular deserve praise for their attentiveness. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom felt luxurious with its rain shower. I appreciated the modern touches and the big windows that gave a great view of the city. The highlight of my stay was definitely the amenities. The infinity pool with the acrylic bottom is both unique and fun, and the I’M Onsen Spa is unlike anything I’ve experienced in Manila — relaxing, clean, and very professional. I also enjoyed the rooftop bar; the jellyfish aquarium is mesmerizing and the skyline views are stunning. Breakfast was good, with a decent variety, though it could be expanded a little for longer stays. Aside from that minor note, everything else was close to perfect. Overall, I’M Hotel delivered comfort, service, and experiences that made my trip to Makati truly memorable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Manila, whether for business or leisure."

"I love staying here especially the rooftop bar,and the swimming pool. I met a nice guy and we had fun swimming in the rain. We were able to talk a lot about family, food and some stuff. Sometimes it’s nice to talk to strangers we meet along the way. I hope he will have a good time in Boracay."

"We had a great experience during our stay. The room was very spacious and comforting, which made it easy to relax. The hotel itself wasn’t crowded, so it felt peaceful throughout our visit. One of the highlights was the pool – very clean and well-maintained. The location is also very convenient, close to everything we needed. The only downside was that the TV in the room wasn’t a smart TV. It would be great if the hotel considers upgrading this in the future to enhance the in-room entertainment experience. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay – would definitely return!"

"We stayed at GemstoneBR Nordic style bedroom facing CBD for 6 nights. Overall it was a pleasant stay. The unit was spacious and clean. The view on the window was entertaining especially at night. When we arrived, there were clean towels, tolet paper and toiletries for each guest to use. There were cooking wares and eating utensils. There were hair dryer and automatic washing machine in the bathroom. The host was also responsive with our queries. I just wish there was a flat iron to iron our clothes, and perhaps an additional tool to hang our newly washed clothes. I also hope for the host to prioritize pest control and cleanliness on the unit as I have seen cockroaches roaming around. Also, please do change your kitchen knife as it was too dull we couldn't cut some stuff. Please also fix your bathroom door knob as it was already broken. With few improvements and more efforts from the host, provided the unit is at a convenient location and the building amenities are great, I would recommend this airBNB to friends and probably will personally come back again."

"The hotel looks great for the price, and the pool and roof deck areas have amazing views of the city. The hallways and elevators do not have aircon and are super hot. The rooms are a great size and they have everything you need to enjoy your stay. The internet is not great and they come around to clean the room at 5pm at night."
