Location is fantastic, just 2minute walk from Namba Nankai staion, very easy to get to the airport. Room is very clean and has all complimentary you needed.

The hotel is in a very convenience location just across the road from namba station. Lots of local restaurants around. The room is not too big but it’s ok for a short stay. Each room comes with a foot massage machine which is very thoughtful of the hotel. Enjoy it so much after a long day walking around in Osaka.

Its location is definitely the biggest highlight. As soon as you exit the Nankai Line, the hotel is right across the street. There are also several eateries nearby for quick meals, including a Burger King right on the street corner outside the hotel. It's a five-minute walk to the Takashimaya shopping district, making shopping incredibly convenient. The service was excellent, very warm and accommodating. The front desk staff were also able to communicate in English. The hotel breakfast was very good, offering both Japanese and Western options. Although the dining area was small, there was a good variety of food. It was exquisite and delicious; we were thoroughly impressed. The biggest downside was the hotel room. In the triple room, the third 'bed' was a mattress directly on the floor. The room was really small, just big enough to sleep in. The bathroom and toilet were separate, which is a plus for cleanliness. However, the bathroom had a traditional Japanese setup, with a small stool and mirror for showering, which some guests might find unfamiliar. Overall, this hotel is a high-value choice for families visiting Osaka, especially among hotels under 1500 that include breakfast.

The hotel's location is excellent. Right across the street, you'll find Nankai Electric Railway, Takashimaya, and Shinsaibashi, making it incredibly convenient for travel and shopping. The room was admittedly a little on the small side, but it was spotlessly clean. However, the bathroom's exhaust fan sometimes brought in unpleasant odors, and it could be a bit smelly. We reported this to Ctrip on our first day of stay, and they promptly offered a complimentary breakfast for three people, which was a huge plus. However, the promised small gift wasn't provided.

This place is perfect for anyone who easily gets lost! It's right outside the Nankai Line exit, with a mall and Takashimaya department store directly across. Namba Yasaka Shrine (the 'Lion Head Shrine') is just a 5-minute walk away – go early in the morning for a peaceful visit with no crowds. The Glico Man sign is also only 10 minutes away, and if you visit early, you can take photos freely without anyone else in the shot. Most local shops and eateries don't open until around 11 AM, which makes the early morning ideal for diligent travelers to explore the city at a relaxed pace. It's fascinating to observe the quiet streets and catch glimpses of local life, like office workers heading to their jobs or homemakers starting their day. The hotel itself is typical for its class. Both buildings seemed to be mostly occupied by Chinese guests, to the point where English was barely even needed.

Very recommended! The hotel is situated across the Namba station and around 5 min to the Shinsaibashi area and Don Quijote (which opens until 4 a.m.). I booked a 3-people room, which is a little tight in size and doesn't have a bathtub. However, the room is clean and service is excellent. The highlight of the room is the foot massage machine. You will need it for sure. If you have a late flight, you can store your luggage in the lobby. The Rapit train to Kansai Airport is just across the road. It takes 40 min to reach the airport with around 4 stops. Very helpful, especially if you have an early flight.

Went for the expo and you can see signs and designs everywhere around Osaka that is related to the Expo

So convenient. There are plenty of restaurants nearby hotel. Closed to train station, made it easier for us to go to places. There’s a restaurant inside the hotel called Li Biyori. We had a brunch there when it was raining one morning. FOC treats available too. Room was a bit small but still OK for us as we booked a family room with futon bed.

The hotel located just nearby the Nankai Namba train station, many famous restaurants around too. Hotel is amazing and comfortable, looks very new and cozy. The welcome drinks and foods are so delicious, love the vibe here.

The design of basin out the toilet provide more space to put your toiletries. Only issue is the placement of tv and bed location

The location of this hotel is really good. Just walk over then it’s nankai line. And it’s short walking distance to Namba subway station about 3-5min depend on how fast u walk. Generally the hotel room size is good for 2 persons. 3 persons in a twinroom abit small. For traveller with big luggages taking subway to hotel at namba station. May take exit 5 which has escalator. Or walk towards to nankai line station which will have lift and escalator and closer to hotel.

Near to Nankai Namba Station which is easy to travel to/from Kansai Airport. Facility is clean and breakfast is very delicious which is available until 1pm (so you can have brunch instead).
