"Very nice clean hotel would definitely stay there again. It was also nice getting a free upgrade on the room. Witch had kettle, microwave, and fridge with a small freezer compartment. The room was like your own flat. Only down side to it was the shower was pretty crap. But you can put up with it for few nights."

"The only problem is not to have lifts, for those who come with heavy bags is a problem and door noise hitting all the time, hell! "

"Located in the city center, a five-minute walk from the train station, there are many surrounding living facilities. The rooms are clean and well-equipped and cleaned once a week. There is no air conditioner and the temperature in Britain has been high recently, which is a bit difficult to receive. "The location is convenient and the room is neat and clean! It is after Trip.compaymentyou have to contact the hotel yourself to providea copy of your certificate,and then submit a deposit of 150 pounds, and then the hotel will give you the check-in guide! In the whole process, I called 4 or 5 times, and it was not until more than an hour before check-in that I had to call again to urge me to send me the check-in guide! I have booked so many hotels on Trip.com, and this is the first time I have encountered this situation! Although the room was nice! but never stay again"

"Family travel choice, the hotel is in a good location, 10 minutes walk from the city center, 15 minutes from the train station, you can take the train to and from Bath, Bristol and London every day, the train to London takes 23 minutes, it is a very good hotel apartment. The apartment is clean and spacious. The kitchen facilities are complete and easy to use. The environment is quiet and suitable for travel. Ricky, the staff, enthusiastically helped us to check in, thank you very much. The hotel is cleaned once a week, please pay attention to this need."

"I love the atmosphere and vibe of this hotel. The idea of friendships being formed is lovely, free games to play on site and money off food & drinks is a win. Super comfortable bed, great shower and rooms aren’t small either. You get more than most here."

"Perfect for me as it’s right across from the office but probably not so great if you wanted to be in the city centre although it’s only an £8 taxi ride or £2 bus ride. Opposite a Beefeater which was handy but I would prefer an on-site bar and restaurant. Felt a bit uncomfortable on check-in to be asked if I was a smoker (I’m not) and if anyone would be joining me later 😳. Didn’t like the bed being made up with sheets, blanket and counter pane as it’s quite uncomfortable particularly on one of the hottest days of the year although the mobile air conditioning unit helped (first time I’ve had sheets and blankets for over 30 years since the day I got married despite extensive business (weekly) and leisure travel (4-6 times a year)). Hotel was very clean and the bathroom was well equipped. A bottle of water would have been a welcome addition to the room particularly in such hot weather. Not sure who to recommend the hotel to as it’s neither a corporate hotel with all the amenities or a home from home. Breakfast was on offer for an additional £15 and I decided to wait until I checked in to see. As I wanted to be in the office for 8am and there was no menu available, times of service or visibility of a dining room, other facilities or even other guests, I decided it may be too intimate and opted for a cold sandwich I had stored in the office fridge ‘just in case’. Was similarly priced to the executive room I had in the Novotel last week which had a full buffet breakfast included."

"Stayed temporarily for one night when the rent expired. The location is very good, located in the city center, downstairs is a popular bar, very lively on weekends. The hotel decoration service is interesting and the store also sent beer."

"At 12 o'clock in the evening, I will go to the hotel for a night at the hotel. I will go to other scenic spots tomorrow morning. The bed that I have ever slept in my life should be heard only one meter away from the door. But the basic clean is there. It is also safe, the bathroom is clean, and it doesn't matter for one night!"

"After requesting a quiet room due to having our 11 month old with us we were placed directly above the function suite for a wedding and while testing the sound system the floor below are feet curated and the noise was crazy. The moved us rooms out of the original Manor House we requested and into the furthest room possible from all amenities on offer smaller than our original room, 3rd floor and no lift with a baby in a pram and lots of luggage. The room was also unbearably hot and a crazy sensor/light in the bathroom kept our son (and them us) all night. Not sure if recommended staying here. ."
