Romantic Hotels in Tokyo

"Location -1 as around 10-15 min walk to Asakusa train station BUT considered very near to Sensoji and +100 points as food location as there are many food options being in Asakusa area. Less than 5 min walk away to Lawson. Very clean and especially spacious room for a hotel located in Tokyo. Can open up wide two luggage bag in the room and in room walkway is ample. Bathroom considered spacious too. Normal decent amenities and you can self request for more hangers for clothes. Has ice and vending machine in the hotel and laundry/ dryer machine (not coin laundry). Has a rooftop view of Asakusa too."

"Great stay overall. The room was a standard size but very clean, and housekeeping provided fresh sets every day. The staff could communicate well in English, which made everything easy. The location is a big plus — right across the street there’s a 24-hour laundromat, and a FamilyMart is literally next door. It’s also within walking distance of the train station with access to several lines, so getting around was super convenient. One small tip when booking: try to request a room that’s not directly opposite the elevator. There’s a grill restaurant downstairs, and the smoke smell can drift up to that side. Other than that, a very pleasant stay !"

"For me the location is the biggest advantage of this apartment. I’ve stayed in this area several times, and this was by far the best-located place of them all. It’s close to the Yamanote Line, metro stations, parks, convenience stores, and everything else you might need. The balcony on the top floor was another standout feature, especially with its view of the top of Tokyo Tower, which was beautiful both during the day and at night. The apartment itself was also comfortable. The room was spacious enoug, the washing machine was very useful, and having a kitchen was a nice extra. Personally, with how cheap and good food is in Tokyo, I don’t see much reason to cook, but for anyone who wants that option, it’s there. The main downside was the service and amenities policy. Having to either clean the apartment yourself or pay a fairly high cleaning fee already felt inconvenient, but having to pay extra to change the towels made it feel even more unreasonable. Even though the towel fee is not very high, it still comes across as poor service. We also had to take the trash out ourselves, which added to the feeling that too much was expected from guests. Overall, this is a nice and well-located apartment, but the approach to cleaning and amenities takes away from the experience. Because of that, I don’t think I would choose it again over a hotel with daily housekeeping."
