The quality level is 3/5 Location is perfect, room looks new, but overall experience 3/5. For 1-2 days OK

Hotel building is so old. Dirty shower room( black mold all over door and in and out side) Spider crawling on the floor. Refrigerator inside so dirty I couldn’t use it. So I asked change room but it is same things. I never never again that hotel.

Excellent location.

The hotel is conveniently located 5 minutes from Termini station. Great staff, especially Mohamed at the reception. We went to a great restaurant on his recommendation. There are two supermarkets nearby. The Colosseum and other attractions are within walking distance. I recommend this hotel.

Although the staff made an effort to make our lives a little more pleasant: 1) The air conditioning didn't work well. It only gave a bit of cold (polar) and no heat in October. We went to ask for extra blankets and there was only one. 2) The room is NOT a double, even though it's marketed as "Economy Double." It's tiny, and the bathroom is even smaller. 3) The bed was like a rock and the springs were noticeable. 4) The hot water was spotty; it didn't always run. 5) Extremely expensive value for money (about 150 euros per night without breakfast for a cramped "hostel"-quality room). A SCAM to attract tourists.

You have to leave your key at the reception desk every time you leave (to prevent loss?). It's close to the station and inexpensive. As is the case everywhere in Rome, you should definitely consider the tourist tax of €6 per person per night. The staff were friendly, and the room was in good condition.

I stayed for three nights. The place was close to the station, which was convenient. However, it felt like a hotel. It was dilapidated and old. There was not enough room to take a shower even if I wanted to stretch my hand. It was so thin that it had black moldy edges. In addition, the sound insulation is also poor. Not bad 👍 I arrived at the airport late at night, and my itinerary changed the next day and I stayed again.

The location is great, close to Termini station. Clean, quiet, windows open, there were no problems with hot water, small packages of shampoo / shower gel and soap were periodically put. The room had a small refrigerator, bath/toilet, TV, table, chair, wardrobe with mirrored doors, a double bed, although the room was single, in general, everything you need. When leaving the hotel, you need to leave the keys, the reception is open around the clock, but if you return very late, after 12 at night, the front door to the hotel may be closed and then you need to ring the bell and wait until the door is opened (it is glass and you can see if there is anyone -something at the counter / whether someone goes to open the door, etc.), I never waited for a long time, but you need to keep in mind. The area is normal, let's say a lot of "non-Italians", but they never said anything and did nothing to make them afraid, well, I'm not Italian either)). You will need to pay a city tax when leaving. I used to avoid this area for living, but experience has shown that everything is fine).
