"I like it very much. The lobby is warm, the rooms are comfortable, the service is attentive, and the location is great. The Colosseum, Piazza Venezia, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, and Travi Fountain are all within walking distance. I will stay here again next time I come to Rome."

"It’s been almost a month since I stayed at this hotel. I just brushed my teeth and suddenly remembered this thing. I think I belong to people who don’t basically comment, unless I encounter a “special” thing. This hotel is the last stop on my trip to Italy. I booked it on the train before arriving in Rome. The price in June is very expensive. The price I booked is a deluxe room. My request is a little closer to Chanel + a sofa bed. It was already seven or eight o'clock at night when we arrived at the hotel. We were very tired... at the front desk was told that our hotel room had the last one and there was no sofa bed (the front desk told me I needed to call to make an appointment in advance, but it was clearly marked on xc) After several negotiations, we were given a room with a balcony (a deluxe room appointed by the hotel) I was really tired and it was the last night. Arriving at the room was really amazing! The room may not be as large as the domestic five-star hotel toilet, the mirror is broken and there is no maintenance, there is a strong ”scent” balcony in the house, I went to take a look at it, it was a balcony and someone moved to the flower bed to come in Rome. It was really unsafe. Sorry I didn't take pictures! But what makes me interesting is that I also like this hotel so I want to comment! This hotel is definitely low cost, but the location is really good! It may be five minutes to walk to Chanel! It means a paradise for shopping! very convenient! And it may take half an hour to walk to the Vatican. The hotel will keep your luggage properly and help you quickly call a taxi when you are out! very convenient! If there is a next time to Rome... I will be very entangled whether to stay at this hotel again, there is a high probability that I will not like the room too much, but I am 100% negative, I think it is still a flash. If you are struggling to book, my suggestion is that if the price is right, you can try it because the attractions near the wishing pool are difficult to take a taxi and can walk very close."

"I LOVED my stay at Hotel Monte Cenci. I was choosing between 2 hotels and I am sooo glad I went with Monte Cenci! It really made my trip. First of all, the location is perfect. It is tucked away on a quiet side street, walkable distance to some famous sights such as Pantheon, Trevi Fountain etc, but also right across the river from hipper neighborhoods like Trastevare. The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable, it was such a treat to come home to the beautiful room in between sightseeing and to be able to rest comfortably. The AC was perfect, the bedding was perfect, bathroom/ bathtub beautiful. And to top it all off, the staff at the hotel were just amazing. Every request of mine was met easily and happily - and even with more difficult requests, they were able to go above and beyond to help me. In a casual conversation with Paolo, the manager, he gave us his personal recommendation for his favorite Amatriciana, Rome's specialty and even helped us book a table last minute! I also had misplaced a necklace at the hotel and they were really helpful in locating it and updating me after my stay. The staff really showed that they cared about their guests before, during and after the stay and for that I am so grateful. It really felt like a home away from home and I cannot wait to come back to Rome just to stay here again. It really made my trip and I miss it so much! The breakfast on the rooftop was also a nice touch!!! My only complaint is that sound insulation wasn't great, and we had some noisy neighbors that slammed their doors quite hard in the morning. But not the hotel's fault at all."

"Breakfast is simpler and coffee is good. The location is close to the Vatican and the security is good! Castle-style room for those who have a dream of living in a European castle. The service is quite good. The taxi that the hotel helped to call quickly was very formal. Come to Rome for a hotel to choose from!"

"It is about 10 minutes' walk from the central train station, and the main attractions (except the Vatican) can basically be reached within 15 minutes' walk. The hotel service is indeed as others have commented, very warm and meticulous, the room is cleaned every day, the items in the mini bar can be tasted for free, and new ones are added every day. The daily breakfast is mainly a variety of desserts, and the service staff are very enthusiastic. When they see children, they will specially send special desserts. If it happens to be a birthday, they will also enthusiastically send cakes. There are 6 of us, and two of them have birthdays for two consecutive days. We stayed for 3 days and ate cakes for 2 days. The hotel also has a gym and a spa, but we did not experience them. This is the hotel with the best service on this trip, no doubt about it"

"The breakfast was great, there was free afternoon tea, and the front desk and restaurant service were very friendly and attentive. Especially the restaurant, small but very chic, the breakfast is also very complete. The hotel rooms in the Roman city are relatively small, but they are still very clean and tidy. The only thing that is lacking is that the air conditioning in the room is a bit rudimentary."

GGuest UserThe experience that we had at Fabulous Village was Mixed this time we stayed. We have stayed there before in the past and there were a few instances this time that made the stay not that pleasant. Negatives: First of all, Some of the staff were not helpful and very blunt whenever they were engaging with us, it was not all staff mind you as some of them were quite friendly but we also experienced staff members ignoring us in favour of talking to other native residents and being sometimes rude with how they spoke to us. They also had a habit of not stomping out bad situations that made us uncomfortable. One instance came when we decided to go to the restaurant for some evening food, there was a big table of children and adults sat near us two who repeatedly said racist comments, mocking us and taking the piss while we were eating. the adults were no better, seeing the children behaving in such as manner and not intervening and instead staring at us as though we were doing something wrong. Numerous time the staff came over and saw this play out and not once did anyone offer to help or assist us with this situation which left us annoyed and frustrated with the staff and the residents. Another encounter had us trying to explain to the staff that we had a discount for the buffet breakfast, Instead they insisted that we had to pay the different amount and said the reason was because they changed it recently without notifying residents. As much as we tried to talk to them in a understanding manner, they were blunt and refused to consider our position, even going to far as to not even look at the evidence that I was showing them and just kept refusing. we have since emailed them about this situation when we came back from the trip but so far, we have not received any reply from them at all and are assuming they won't. We couldn't help but feel that when we were there we were singled out and treated differently since we were foreigners and also because my partner is asian so there were other instances where at the swimming pool area the older boys would splash water at us and throw balls towards us for no reason, whereas other residents didnt have this experience at the time, again the staff did nothing to help with this. Finally in terms of the facilities we had a shower head that was spraying out water at different pressures instead of the normal pressure you would be accustomed too so it ment that it was sometimes painful to have a shower. Furthermore, some of the plug sockets in our accommodation were broken already and just not usable throughout our stay there.  Positives: The security guard and the Infopoint staff were very polite, respectful and helpful during our stay which we appreciated after having other experiences with staff that were unpleasant. The accommodation was reasonably clean and spacious enough for two people and the bed was lovely and comfortable.  the swimming pool was lovely apart from the experiences we had mentioned above and the food was very delicious and tasty too.  Overall we did have some positive aspects of this stay but they were overshadowed by the staffs rude and ignorant behaviour during different situations and the constant feeling of subtle and not so subtle racism that we had to endure during our time there, it really made us feel uncomfortable and to the point were we couldn't wait to leave to go to the city and be away from that environment.

YYuen NgaThe Unbeatable Gateway: Why This Hotel is My New Travel Holy Grail Just stumbled upon a hotel so perfectly positioned, it feels like discovering a secret cheat code for seamless travel. Forget everything you know about compromise – this place delivers *everything* without the premium price tag. Its location isn't just good; it’s **utterly transformative** for any traveler, especially weary souls like me arriving from long-haul flights. **The Transport Trifecta: Your Effortless Escape Hatch** Stepping out the lobby door feels like holding a master key to the city. Directly downstairs? **Airport buses**! No frantic taxi hunts or confusing shuttle transfers. After a 14-hour journey, seeing that bus stop literally steps away, offering a smooth, affordable ride back to the terminals, was pure bliss. It’s the kind of stress-eraser you only appreciate after dragging luggage across multiple blocks elsewhere. But it gets better. A stone's throw away lies the **central train station**. Not some distant suburban outpost, but the genuine hub connecting you to *every* district, landmark, and hidden gem. Regional day trips? Easy. Exploring quirky neighborhoods? Done. Late-night returns? No problem. The station's comprehensive network meant I could spontaneously chase a sunset view across town or visit a famed museum district without a single transport worry. Freedom, truly unlocked. **The Heartbeat of the City: Steps, Not Strides** Here’s the magic dust: **walkability**. Forget ”close to the center” meaning a 20-minute trek or an expensive Uber. The vibrant city core – pulsating with main squares, iconic cafes, bustling markets, and those irresistible little boutiques – is a mere **10-15 minute stroll** away. I timed it! Wandering home through charming, illuminated streets after dinner, gelato in hand, soaking in the atmosphere without racing for transport… that’s the authentic travel experience we crave. You’re *in* the city, not just near it. **Beyond Logistics: The Pulse of Convenience** The immediate neighborhood isn’t just a transit zone; it’s alive! Need a midnight snack? Corner store open late. Craving authentic local breakfast? Charming bakery two doors down. Forgot your adaptor? Electronics shop around the corner. Pharmacies, casual eateries, coffee spots – it’s all there, woven into the fabric outside your door, making daily needs effortless and adding genuine local flavor. **The Jaw-Dropper: Value That Feels Like a Steal** Given this prime location and unparalleled connectivity, you’d expect a premium price, right? Prepare for a shock. The rates are **remarkably affordable**. It’s not just ”budget-friendly”; it’s **outrageous value**. I kept double-checking, convinced there must be a catch. Clean, comfortable room, essential amenities, friendly staff, *and* this location? For this price? It feels less like paying for a hotel and more like investing in a seamless, enriching travel experience. **The Verdict: Don't Hesitate, Just Book** Honestly? This hotel isn't just a place to sleep; it's the ultimate **strategic basecamp** that elevates your entire trip. The unbeatable combo of instant airport access, total city-wide rail connectivity, effortless walkability to the core, vibrant local amenities, *and* genuine affordability is simply unmatched. It removes friction, saves precious time and money, and lets you focus purely on experiencing the destination. After raving about it to fellow travelers at breakfast, I watched them immediately pull out their phones to check availability. It’s that obvious. This isn't just *a* good option; **it’s the smartest choice you can make**. Book it before everyone else discovers this golden spot – you’ll thank yourself from the moment you step off the plane until your final, effortless journey back to the airport. An absolute traveler's triumph!

PPhillipsBenjaminWe stayed here for four nights in June of 2025. The location of the hotel is generally good for getting to some of the more noteworthy site (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.). There's a metro station around 8 minutes walk away, which opens up most of the rest of the city pretty well. We walked from here to the Vatican, which took around 35 minutes, but would be less than half that by cab. The surrounding area is great for clothing shops, but the food we found nearby was mostly so-so, and frequently over-priced tourist fare, though I'm sure if you walk a little farther from the hotel you can find some good options. The room itself was booked for a family of four, and was comfortable. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure, and the AC worked just fine. Some of the sheets were not quite clean, but we just didn't use the one we found slightly dirty. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The room and hotel have little to no facilities, so you're really just paying for room and the location. The exterior entrance is not well marked, and we actually walked past it on the street several times. If you're thinking of booking here, I'd recommend just looking for the GAP store which is directly across the street, much easier to find. Our interactions with the hotel staff were limited. We received a number of automated messages, some of which were contradictory, or had out of date information. After booking and paying for the room (a non-refundable booking) we were told there was an extra ”city tax” not included which would need to be paid before checking in which amounted to around an extra $90 or so, and the offered price of an airport transfer service went up as soon as we requested it (from 85 euros to 95). The hotel arranged the transfer service for us, but the driver left the airport before we could get out of the passport control due to another booking. The driver service showed up at the hotel at the time the flight was supposed to arrive, even though the flight was late, and you'd expect them to know that going through passport control takes easily an hour, so this seems to be quite poor planning on behalf of either the hotel or the service. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was also slightly over half the price of the transfer service, so I'd recommend skipping their service, it seems like a rip-off. Taxis from the airport to the city center seem to be subsidized by the government, and were a fixed price of 55 euros (for a normal size car big enough for 4 people) at the time we visited. The train from the airport is also not a bad idea if you're comfortable using the metro, as the train station is just 3-4 metro stops from the nearest metro station to the hotel (Spagna). Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but felt like we mostly paid for the location.

AAobfoodieWe got here at 11h and check is was only at 3pm ; without even asking they decided to upgrade our room so we would have 2 rooms as we were tra Eli g with our kids AND the upgraded room was ready immediately ! There is a lobby to check in but the hotel room was actually a few streets away. The bellman walked with us to our room and showed us where everything was super nicely. - the mini fridge was stocked with Coca Cola, juice water beer and wine (2 of everything !) we were there 3 days and used everything. Surprisingly the extra charge was only 15 euro ! - great location about 50meters (exactly 80 seconde walk) from the trevi fountain. - the street is really buisy with all the restaurants and merchants and shops but being on the 3rd floor we heard nothing and felt very safe. Would recommend 100% and would go back here if we came to Roma again.

GGuest UserTitle: A Comfortable Stay at Hotel.Paris in Rome: Convenient Location and Helpful Staff Introduction: During my recent trip to Rome, I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel.Paris for four days. The overall experience was comfortable, thanks to its convenient location, helpful staff, and pleasant atmosphere. However, the repetitive breakfast menu may become monotonous for guests planning an extended stay. Location and Accessibility: Hotel.Paris is situated in a prime location, just a 10-minute walk from Termini, making it extremely convenient for travelers arriving by train or using public transportation. The hotel's proximity to many major attractions was a significant advantage, allowing guests to easily explore the city's landmarks and cultural sites without spending excessive time on commuting. Comfortable Stay and Helpful Staff: The hotel provided a comfortable stay with clean and well-maintained rooms. The ambiance was pleasant, contributing to a relaxing atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. The staff members were exceptionally helpful, offering prompt assistance and providing useful recommendations for nearby attractions and dining options. Their attentive and friendly service added to the overall positive experience. Breakfast Experience: One area where Hotel.Paris could improve is the breakfast menu. While the quality of the food was satisfactory, the fixed breakfast menu for all days became somewhat monotonous for guests planning to stay for more than a day. Having a limited selection of dishes might disappoint those who prefer variety or have specific dietary requirements. Introducing some variety or offering alternatives for guests staying multiple days would greatly enhance the breakfast experience. Conclusion: Hotel.Paris in Rome offers a comfortable and convenient stay, with its prime location and helpful staff being notable highlights. The proximity to Termini and major attractions makes it an excellent choice for travelers looking to explore the city with ease. However, the fixed breakfast menu may become monotonous for guests staying for an extended period. With a little improvement in this area, Hotel.Paris has the potential to enhance the overall guest experience and become an even more popular choice among travelers visiting Rome.
