The soundproofing is a little worse.

The actual room you are staying in is hard to find. I walked around several times and came back here to look at the sign. Because there is no sign that I am here.

The hotel has a charming, secluded feel, located near the Zǐténg Road Metro (Mixc City) exit. Follow the hotel's signs once, and you'll easily find your way. The overall design boasts a distinct Hong Kong flair, blending trendy aesthetics with traditional Chinese elements. The staff were all incredibly professional and friendly, and the hotel offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended – I'll definitely be back next time! 👌

Good facilities, good services. Room carpet isn’t clean. It has a lot of dirty stains. We stayed this hotel 3 times in a year. Each room has same problems. Recommend the hotel should change the carpet to keep their 5 starts standards

Kathy greeted me upon arrival and was incredibly polite right from the start!
This is a true hidden gem, wonderfully quiet. It's an apartment-style accommodation, slated to open in 2025, yet it already feels distinctly different from other places. You truly have to stay here to understand; the vibe is absolutely fantastic – a perfect score!
The room comes fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, cutlery, microwave, and an open-plan kitchen. It's nothing like a typical domestic hotel; instead, it feels like the kind of sophisticated apartment a high-flying professional would have in a TV show. It's so peaceful. I'm genuinely impressed and completely won over by it. Plus, it's incredibly photogenic!
I personally stayed in a one-bedroom apartment on the 11th floor. Their boutique studio apartments are also excellent; you can even lie down comfortably to watch TV. It's also worth mentioning that the mirror lighting is fantastic for taking photos! 🌟

KKlisBayThis was probably the worst experience I've had staying at the All Seasons Hotel; there was a problem with the power supply in the room, and it would trip every 15 seconds after the card was inserted. I called the front desk, and they sent a lady who couldn't solve the problem. She told me to wait for the engineering department to come and fix it. So I waited and waited, but the engineering department never showed up. During this time, I called the front desk twice to ask them to come, and then they told me that there was no one in the engineering department. So why should I wait? ! I asked the front desk to change my room again, but because the room was fully booked that day, I could only get a lower-class king-size room. The hotel did not apologize or refund the price difference.

It was kind, friendly, warm, and like a big family. The front desk lady was very cute and patient, and the boss was also very nice, especially the cleaning lady in charge of sanitation. She was busy cleaning every day. The bedding was as comfortable and clean as in the hotel. The lobby was a place for everyone to relax and eat. Movies were often shown to everyone. There was a washing and drying room, a public toilet, a laundry room, and a water dispenser and refrigerator. It was very convenient. Because it felt good, I stayed longer. In addition, there are supermarkets and vegetable markets around, and a few Starbucks that I often go to a little further away, and high-tech companies such as ByteDance also make people feel very Shanghai. It is very convenient to meet customers and friends. By the way, there is also Metro Line 9, which is about 600 meters away. In short, this is a very active and sincere review of mine.
