Great staff However, the hotel lacks facility maintenance or regular inspection The shower knob in my room was extremely hard to turn I managed to turn it on but it was stuck on very high temperature - really put me in a harm’s way. I had to pound the knob to the off position using the shower handle because I was burning up and my upper body strength is no match to your malfunctioning shower equipment. Upon reporting to the floor housekeeper, a wonderful lady BTW, a maintenance guy showed up and replaced the entire faucet unit.

My stay this time was fantastic! I was in town for a concert at the nearby Echo Venue. The hotel boasts a sophisticated and upscale ambiance, with a spacious and bright lobby. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, providing thoughtful guidance from the moment I arrived until I was fully checked in. The room was spotless, the bedding was comfortable, and it was equipped with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options and thoughtful service. The location is also incredibly convenient, with nearby shopping districts and attractions all within walking distance. The value for money is outstanding, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip! Highly recommend!

The environment is very good and clean. I arrived very late and the front desk guy prepared milk snacks for me. He also upgraded my room for free. When I left, the girl gave me a small wooden comb. The service attitude was very good.

This hotel is situated in the best place of the area 2 MTR exits (no.1 and 5) both just accross the hotel. Hotel room is nice and complete. Very impressive toilet, huge size, clean and strong water. The hotel itself is very good and nice for me. There’s alot of bottle water at the front desk, so just grab and go. Customer service. This is the thing this hotel lack the most. They are run by a bubch of young kids that for me is not even well trained for customer service, no english at the front and even calling them. They doesnt know the tone for dealing with the customer, they are like just want to get over with you right away and don’t bother them please. I ask to confirmed that my reservation comes with breakfast, what the kid told me if you book with a room with breakfast then you have it!, they dont even bother take a mile to check and reconfirmed. The cleaner just dump the trolley at the hallway making it has a bad smell. I think this hotel serve the locals more than the foreigner. Overall, satisfy with the hotel and specially the wash room, but not the customer service aspect.

Came here for a fair at the Shanghai exhibition centre. The location of hotel is conveniently close by car to the centre. Would stay for work reasons. Positive: location, staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Price is fair for stay. Negative: sound proofing is horrible, pillows are weird, hotel shows it's age quite clearly.

Requested for room with window but the window is quite useless😅 the room quite spacious The location I would say it was not near MRT but near mall which it was not bad so all the trip mostly we called didi The staff was not be able to speak english at all but they all quite helpful. I was at 6 floor the ceiling and bed was really close I can touch the ceiling and every morning next to my window will have renovation around 7-8 am and it was loud. Overall was okay.The lady helped us clean the room everyday but only won’t change the bedsheet for the 4 nights stay. But anyway thanks to her she was a nice lady

The location is excellent, with Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street and the Bund just a stone's throw away. The hotel itself is in a century-old building, and you can feel its historical charm just by going up and down the stairs. Shopping and dining are incredibly convenient, with plenty of options to choose from. The room was a bit small, but that's understandable given the prime location.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to Jing'an Temple. The area is surrounded by shopping malls like Jiuguang and Réel, and there are numerous renowned restaurants nearby. It's also conveniently located not far from the subway station, and a taxi ride to Nanjing Road or The Bund only takes about ten minutes. The hotel's decor is elegant, the rooms are clean, and the design is well-thought-out.
