The location of the hotel, the rooms and the view were very nice. Everything was nice at the hotel. It is a hotel that I would like to go back to. But there was only one problem, most of the staff were indifferent and uninterested. The most controversial hotel we've ever seen. At first, we were delighted: They gave us a room with a sea view for free and it's really wonderful, the view is incredible, most of the rooms overlook the courtyard with a swimming pool. The hotel grounds are very large, you get around by bus. The room itself looks nice. There's a bar in the pool with drinks and ice cream. That's all the pros. There were more disappointments. The girl was extremely stressed because the curtain in the toilet became transparent at night and you could see everything in the toilet from the room. I'm attaching a photo. The food wasn't very good, a C, usually you want to try everything in an all-inclusive package, but here you didn't want to. But at least there was something to eat in the main building at the reception! There were no seats in the dining room, an employee came up to us, showed us to a free seat and offered us a paid menu, which was confusing. There was also no tea/coffee in the dining room. We were in the far building and in the morning we didn't want to go to the bus to have breakfast and we went to the "local" canteen, just a disappointment, I have never seen worse food anywhere, the only thing that was edible was pancakes, they were taken apart in 2 minutes and they didn't add more. At night the toilet started humming and at 1:50 the alarm went on, hissed, as if someone wanted to say something, but nothing was said and the hissing stopped. All this prevented me from sleeping, but not catastrophically. Somehow it is customary that when you go to bed, there is a master key by the bed, you press it and everything turns off, here there is no such thing, you walk around the room turning off each light separately. The air conditioner does not have a remote control and it is impossible to leave it overnight, since in the "drying" mode at the lowest speed and at +26 it is very cold. All the pools are children's, deep, at least 1.5 meters. The staff is not the friendliest. While we were standing at the reception, nothing was decided in favor of the guest. Good manners are when the hotel allows you to eat or enjoy the hotel's amenities on the day of departure, for example, lie on the beach. Here, you will not even be allowed to drink, there is no talk of any food. The suitcase is at the entrance near the reception and you yourself cannot go further than the sofa... By the way, what finished it off was that even the sun curtain does not retract, the length of the curtain is only enough for half the window, and in the morning at 8 o'clock on our sunny side it was very bright. All this may not be very catastrophic for someone, but you do not expect this when you take a hotel for 10k. We took better hotels, half the price.

There is a restaurant in the lobby and on the beach. The dinner is delicious. The front restaurant has shawarma, and the back restaurant has barbecue, roast chicken and roast pigeon. It costs $15/person to upgrade to all-inclusive. Lunch is generally not recommended. Service: Very enthusiastic. Maybe there are fewer Asians. If you meet them on the road, you will chat with them. The guy who makes omelets for breakfast is also very enthusiastic, and you can see that he is really enthusiastic and not fake polite. Facilities: The room has normal facilities, the water pressure is very high, the bedding is clean but pilling, which is acceptable, and there is a clothes drying rack on the balcony, which is good.

Only my husband is a big fan of beach volleyball, it is not in the hotel, and I did not see the animation, or rather it was 🥴, but so sluggish that you can say nothing 🥱. Sharma I did a lot of research before going and people generally complained about the food. This hotel was great, there is no food we complained about, all are perfect, you can eat all the food like the normal Turkish cuisine we are used to.
