"The hotel feels outdated and unsafe. The door lock was flimsy, the peephole loose, and it seemed the door could be pried open. The bathroom was worn—the tub was peeling and yellowed, with brown dust in the details. The mattress squeaked whenever I sat down. Soundproofing was terrible: two connecting doors to the next room meant I could hear everything, and someone opened one at midnight. As a woman traveling alone, I didn’t feel safe. I can’t recommend this hotel. Overall, I did not feel safe or comfortable. Management urgently needs to address the door security, replace the bathtub, deep-clean the bathroom, fix or replace the mattress, and properly seal or remove the connecting doors. Until then, I cannot recommend this hotel—especially for solo female travelers. 单独旅行的女性不要选择这家酒店，有卫生问题和安全隐患"

Staff were very friendly and helpful, granted a complimentary late check-out with no fuss. Breakfast was really great, apart from not serving hot chocolate drink. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit Sheffield. Highly recommended"

It was good to have a fridge in the room. Comfy bed's but the shower was really cold in the morning unfortunately. The pool and steam room was a nice way to start the day. Overall we thought it was good value for money."
