"excellent service, all the staffs are kind and helpful! the room is clean, the corridor is clean, bright and aesthetic with not too much deco. i'm just a bit unsatisfied with the pool because it's a bit dirty, many bugs in the water, and it doesn't cold enough. the food for breakfast was ok, not too many choices but still good because of their taste. i will recommend this hotel for those who need short transit from the airport because it's near."

"Overall staffs are friendly and helpful, facilities are great for a 3-star hotel. The food variety especially the local Indonesian menu is varied and taste good as well plus very affordable. Room is clean, adequate in size and shower in the bathroom has a good pressure."

"Rekomended hotel yg kids friendly bgt.. kaget bgt pas nginep disini semua staffnya ramah2 poll. Mulai dari satpam di depan lobby sampe semua petugas yg di dalam. Petugas yg jaga di area mini zoo juga ramah bgt kids friendly! Lokasinya strategis banget. Kalo malem buanyakk bgt yg jualan makanan jadi gak perlu bingung. Ini tuh kaya ada di kawasan elit gitu sih menurutku. Walaupun jalananya agak sedikit macet tapi gak kecewa sama sekali selama nginap disini. Ahhh pokoknya mau lagi sih nanti nginap disini lagi. Anakku seneng banget sampe gamau diajak pulang 😅 bismillah semoga dikasih rezeki lagi untuk bisa balik nginap disini lagi.. terimakasih fortuna grande pokoknya best banget pelayanannya🥰"

"Thank you Aston.. we were welcomed by the receptionist, the room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable .. there was carpet, there was a small tablet .. for calling, playing music, etc.. the only downside is that the bathroom floor is dull, for toileters not complete .. there is a hair dryer.. the shower is smooth ... for the food is quite less varied, there are very good smoties ... can be maintained.. for friendly and kind employees.. the swimming pool is very small only for anak2...tdk there is fitness.. The parking lot is outside the building and open so you can get heated and rain.. for the lobby directly to the dining area.. For the overall good, it only needs to be a little bit and improved for the convenience of guests.."

"Stayed at this resort for 5 nites in July 2023. Check-in was smooth. Upon checking in we were given packet of koi food pellets for feeding. Room was super comfy with private balcony & lake view. Breakfast was great. This resort provide laundry service at an affordable price and daily housekeeping. For added convenience, westlake resto is just around e corner less than 5 mins walk. However, it is quite a distance for one to travel to Malioboro. Overall, it's a great experience & great resort for vacation."

"Very fantastic... The facilities are commensurate and I think a little more than the price.. The room size is not that big. But the layout and composition in the room create a comfortable vibes. Moreover, with that price there is already AC and android tv. Can watch full movies to accompany the wife. The location is also in the middle of the city. Very easy to reach and close to everywhere."
