This hotel gave me a great convenience. Good location, service, cleaness etc. I was so satisfied with that. If I go to Xi'an again, I will take this hotel.

Big room with everything a traveller needs. Welcome desk friendly and helpful

Th hotel is just 2 to 3 min walk from the metro station. Very convenient to go other parts of the city. There is a row of local eateries across the street and shopping centres around walking distance from the hotel. The room is clean and of good size. Highly recommended

Location was great, right next to the metro and close enough to main attractions. There is also a very nice spa on the second floor. But when we arrived the lady at the front desk was cold and not very welcoming. She seemed annoyed that she had to process a passport. Also the breakfast was a bit lacking and there was nothing aside from milk to drink.

Very clean hotel and super convenient location with subway station, convenience store, fruit stand and quick restaurants only steps away. If you forget your charger, you get 5 minutes use for free, then pay for more use. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Xi’An!

Very satisfied with the stay. First of all, the hotel is in a great location. It's only 1 minute away from the subway entrance, making it very convenient to get to the Bell Tower, Yongning Gate, or Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Cars going to the Terracotta Warriors will also pick up people here. 6 minutes’ bike ride to Yongxingfang. Facilities: The hotel lobby is spacious, and the room facilities and hygiene are very good (only the towels are a bit old), but I usually bring my own. Xiaodu voice control and robot food delivery. It's very quiet at night with the windows closed, and you can hardly hear the traffic outside. Service: It was less than 2 o'clock on the day we arrived and the room type was not available yet, so the customer service directly upgraded our check-in. The rest of the time I'm basically running around outside and there aren't many service needs involved. A hotel that is very worth staying in. Will choose it as my first choice next time.

The address is good, there is a subway line just outside, the hotel is ok, the facilities are average, they only give one cup of coffee for 4 days, they are always reluctant to ask for more, they are also reluctant to ask for two bottles of water, they just don't have what I want, the most unsatisfactory thing is the round trip bus to the Terracotta Warriors and Huaqing Palace provided by the hotel, I confirmed with the hotel front desk many times whether it is the hotel's own project, the hotel said yes, and finally pushed it to the travel agency, they started to sell all kinds of things when I got on the bus

A family came to travel and booked two rooms. The first impression was that the lobby was very grand and the rooms were clean and well-lit. I changed one room immediately if I was not satisfied with it. The most important thing is that the transportation is convenient, and the subway entrance is right next to it. It is more convenient to go to any attraction, so I don’t plan to change. I will stay here during my visit.
