"We had a pleasant 3 night stay at this hotel. The hotel receptionist (special mention to Thien Lee) assisted us with many things during our stay as language can be a barrier here, including organising a tour for us which ended up being cheaper than hiring DiDi, plus we get to see two sites than the original intended one attraction site only. We're very thankful for that The hotel also provided breakfast and we were served well. Man Ronghua (waitress) accomodated all our food request as we can only have halal food. The ala carte food served was also very delicious. The hotel itself was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We would definitely return again"

"As soon as I entered the door, I was poked by the enthusiasm of the front desk staff. The smile was particularly healing, the tone was gentle and patient, and we also took the initiative to inform us that we can upgrade the room type. This surprise that we didn't expect in advance, instantly made the fatigue of the journey less than half. Entering the room is even brighter: the lighting is so good that you don't need to turn on the lights. When you open the window, you can open the view and you can see the scenery when you look up. The room is cleaned as ”extremely clean”, even the corners of the bed and the corners that are easy to ignore are spotless and comfortable to look at. Although the room is not oversized, the layout is particularly reasonable, the wardrobe, desk, dressing table partition is clear, and it does not feel crowded at all. The most surprising thing is the sound insulation. After closing the door at night, the noise from the outside seems to be isolated. It is very quiet in the bed. Plus the skin-friendly and breathable bedding, you can sleep on the pillow and wake up. The whole person is refreshed. Breakfast did not disappoint! Chinese and Western dishes are full of dishes, Chinese porridge, buns, side dishes are authentic warm stomach, Western bread, coffee, fried eggs are fresh and delicious, whether you like light or prefer strong taste, you can find the heart, eat particularly satisfied. More intimate is the location of the hotel, 5 minutes walk to the food street, want to go shopping at night, buy some local specialties are super convenient. When checking out, the staff also specifically asked about the check-in experience, listened to the feedback carefully, and felt that they really cared about the feelings of the guests. "I seems there is so many fake reviews. But I must say this experience was really top class. It's fairly newly renovated. Right across from the train station. Great Chinese style breakfast. Although limited English they did everything to help me find a driver and guide for our trip. The room was really clean and modern. Thanks to the team."

"A warm hotel. The lobby and room service staff are all very welcoming and are trained in accordance with the service standards of a five-star hotel. The room is large, with welcome fruit snacks and hot milk. Bottles of Qiyi Glacier mineral water are provided in the corridor, which can be taken at any time. "A friend recommended this hotel, and it certainly didn't disappoint. We made a last-minute decision to visit Zhangye, and after booking, we made a phone call and the check-in was smooth and worry-free. The service was incredibly heartwarming: the man who opened the door greeted us with a smile, the front desk lady offered us hot tea, and even helped us check the high-speed rail schedule. Even the cleaning lady we passed in the hallway offered to help us press the elevator button. The friendly smiles throughout the entire journey made the fatigue of going out so much less. The facilities were complete, clean, and the location was very convenient, about a 10-minute walk from the high-speed rail station. The newly opened Aegean Sea Mall is also nearby. An evening stroll there was just in time for the night market, where we could grab a milk tea and slowly walk back to the hotel. It was the perfect place for a relaxing trip. It was a last-minute stay, but the experience was surprisingly comfortable. I've already recommended this hotel to colleagues planning to visit Zhangye, and I'll definitely stay here again."

"This hotel is not outstanding on the outside, but on the inside it is at least the level of a second-tier city. Zhangye is probably only a fifth-tier city, regardless of its city appearance or economic level. Specifically manifested in several aspects: ——There are no fancy and tacky decorations in the lobby and corridors, and there are no such police reminders or political slogans. They are generous, spacious, bright, neat, clean, well-organized, and make people feel comfortable. ——The environment inside and outside is very quiet, the room is fresh and simple, the bed is dry and white, the hot water shower is very powerful, and the atmosphere for rest and sleep is excellent. ——The employees are unpretentious, not professional (fake and slick), simple and direct, making people feel relaxed."

"One of the nicest hotels I got to stay at in China so far despite it being the cheapest. The staff are extremely kind and helpful, from the front desk clerks to the doorman. Beautifully decorated rooms with complementary snacks brought to the room every night (either fruits or an assortment of biscuits). The hotel is only 1000m from Zhangye West Train Station with tons of restaurants just a few meters away. In early April I was able to find a parking spot in the private parking lot in front of the hotel even late at night. Highly recommended experience."

"We stayed at the hotel in late 2025.3 Everything exceeded our expectations. When I book, it seems the location outside the city is a drawback of this hotel, which is compensated by a free pickup. But for a sightseeing trip in ZhangYe and with services the hotel has to offer, the location doesn't matter at all. Not to mention that the hotel's car+driver offer is quite competitive compared to what we have pre-booked. ###Room###: The room was spacious with comfortable beds and lots of amenities. WiFi speed is decent. There is also a public washing & drying machine, where the maid offered to wash our clothes. ###Restaurant###: The breakfast was plenty. The dinner offer a wide variety of local and standard dishes at an accpetable price. We got a free decent late night snack/dessert (with milk for children) delivered to the room at night. ###Staff###: The staff was very attentive. It started with the driver waiting at the train staion exit. Then we were greeted at the hotel by a staff with a good command of English. The staff has good knowledge of sightseeing spots in ZY. At dinner, the staffs made their best to help us understand the menu, patiently expained the food choices, as well as help estimate how much food we should order. (We are traveling with 2 children.) When we arrive back at the hotel in the evening, they enthusiasticly offered to help carry our stuffs. Tips are not expected nor accepted. If I have to comment, a moisturizing lotion and extra blankets in the room would help when the weather is cold. This hotel will definitely be my first choice if we ever come to Zhangye again."
