I recently stayed in this hotel room and was pleasantly surprised by how cozy and functional the space was. The bed was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of pillows for a good night's sleep. The room had a modern design, featuring clean lines and a calm color palette that made it feel both warm and professional. There was a nice work desk with a bright lamp, which made it easy to get things done in the evening. The chair was ergonomic and comfortable for long periods. I also appreciated the sitting area by the window with a comfy armchair and small table—great for relaxing or enjoying a cup of coffee. The lighting throughout the room was soft and warm, creating a comfortable ambiance. There was also ample storage space, and the room stayed tidy even with my luggage out. One minor downside was that the curtains didn’t completely block out the light, which might bother light sleepers. But overall, the room was clean, quiet, and well-equipped for both work and rest.

Just had a quick transit stay near Fuzhou Airport, and it was awesome! The hotel is a great deal—plus, they surprised me with complementary airport pickup and drop-off, which was super handy. There are tons of restaurants within 500m walking distance, so you’re covered from breakfast to midnight supper. Big shoutout to the front desk crew—木子, 可可, and 小六—they were really friendly and helpful. If you’re stuck for a transit flight in Fuzhou overnight, definitely book this place!

Location was easy access to all places, quieter street compared to other busy location. Love the smell of the entrance and their shampoos. Staff are very helpful even though we’re communicating in different languages, especially xiao ling the staff are super friendly , helpful and offered help to fit our needs

It was my second time staying in this hotel. They have maintained the excellent standard. Prior to my arrival, I advised them that I don’t eat fruits except for dragon fruit. The dragon fruit was prepared. In my stay, the staff members were quite helpful. They recommended the good place to eat and also helped me to get a taxi as my Alipay didn’t work for transport. It was a pleasant stay.

The location is good. It is near Zhongshan street, a local market and it has a really good view of Gulangyu. The non-smoking floor had no trace of cigarette scent. The staff were helpful with the luggage and promptly resolved an issue with the room. I did request that they helped me with a restaurant reservation but failed to update me on the outcome. Overall, service was good.

Pro: Affordable stay for layovers & free airport transfers. (Trip.com chatbot will say that there's no free airport transfer! 😁) The standard queen bed is comfortable enough. Con: Chatty noise could be from the reception area, which echoed along the corridor until I slept around 3am. Inconsistent hot shower. In spite of FREE airport pickup reservations, one has to call the hotel after arrival & and luggage collection. Thankfully, Trip.com has a free internet call. Had to call the hotel 3x before the driver managed to find us at Pillar #1. STATE IT as the standard pickup/drop-off for relevant international flights from Numbered Pillars (1,2,3,,,) along the e-hailing pickup point i.e., Exit arrival hall, take the lift to basement (-1), R turn, straight on until you see the big entrance/exit.

It’s a new hotel and the room was very clean. The soundproofing wasn’t great, but the staff were excellent. They didn’t speak English, but they helped me receive my parcels from Taobao. Moreover, there’s a free to use washing machine at level 6 but the dryer isn’t very effective. I ran it for two hours, but my clothes still weren’t dry. Anyway, I was quite satisfied with my stay here. Highly recommended! 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

We recently stayed at the Sheraton Xiamen Hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was warmly welcomed with smiles and helpful service.

The hotel service is warm, the hygiene is clean and tidy, the hotel is in a great location, especially the river view room is very beautiful, the lady Tina at the front desk is very enthusiastic and super patient, the whole service is high-quality and professional, this stay experience is very good!

The hotel was really good. The people were nice and the room was very big and comfortable. The only thing was that the room was a bit humid. It did have ac but the humidity still stayed a bit. Overall a very good hotel. Definitely recommend.
