Very satisfied! We landed at 9 PM and the hotel's shuttle bus got us there in 10 minutes. There were 3 adults and 1 child, and the two 135cm beds pushed together were perfectly fine. The lady at the front desk provided excellent service. For breakfast, we had local specialty noodles across the street. At 8:30 AM, the shuttle bus took us to Meilan High-Speed Rail Station for Lingshui. The best part? The price was fantastic!

Great hostel! Excellent location, near many restaurants, shops, public transportation, everything you need. Off the main street so actually quiet for sleeping with windows open. Social atmosphere, great place to meet travellers alike. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nice areas in common area to spend time. Kitchen for guests to use was nice to cook group meals together. Would definitely stay again!

To be honest, I rarely leave hotel reviews, but this time, I chose Anlai Hotel for my trip because the platform ratings and reviews were very good, so I decided to try it out. Overall, I had a really good experience. The young man at the front desk, Xiao Chen, was exceptionally polite, professional, sincere, and helpful. When my phone had a setup problem, he patiently helped me troubleshoot it step by step. Another female receptionist was also very attentive and considerate. Overall, my stay was very comfortable, giving me a warm and reassuring feeling, like coming home. I'm very grateful for the dedicated service of both staff members and would recommend it to everyone. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time! The housekeeping lady was also very professional and meticulous. She didn't complain or seem bothered by anything; she was always professional, enthusiastic, smiling, and patient. You can always find fault with a hotel, but this time I was very satisfied. Putting myself in their shoes, I won't nitpick. Thank you so much!

Highly Recommended 100% (even for foreigners) 👏🏻👏🏻🔥: This hotel is one of the best stays I have had since coming to China. At this price, it is simply unbeatable. The owner is exceptional, very kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about his guests. The reception staff are also friendly and professional. Thanks to this experience, Haikou has become my favorite city in China. The owner even lent me his motorcycle for free to move around the city, which shows how generous and welcoming he is. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and well maintained. They are cleaned daily, with amenities renewed every day. The bed is comfortable, the environment is calm and peaceful. The hotel is near of many famous place and restaurants 💯✨. This is truly the best hotel for this price, with an outstanding manager. I had one of my best stay in China here and 100% recommend this hotel 👏🏻👏🏻💯.

Overall, this trip went smoothly. Choosing this place as a transit stop was perfect! The free airport shuttle was incredibly convenient. During my stay, I even managed to have a meal in the village and get a haircut. All in all, it was excellent value for money and a great layover spot before an international flight.

Great location and low price. The room is clean and cozy. There is a TV, air conditioning, kettle and mugs, toothbrush and toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, toilet paper, two towels, garbage bags. The bed linen was clean. Wi fi was fast. I liked everything, will come back here again.

We arrived at the store at two in the morning, the front desk was quick, the room was clean and tidy, there was no noise, and it was not noisy at all. The boss is very enthusiastic to help us ask the car to send the station, and also help to take a taxi to take the luggage. Recommended panda home near the airport. The price is really high. There is a local breakfast shop downstairs. The fried dumplings are also delicious.

The environment of this hotel is really good 😊 The staff service attitude is also very good, the location is especially convenient, super close to the beach, you can take a walk. In addition, the hotel's breakfast is also very suitable for my appetite, the dishes are rich and varied, and the experience is great!

The first picture shows my favorite balcony! The view is absolutely unbeatable – I could see the entire bay, distant mountains, and a panoramic city view. Watching the sunrise in the morning and enjoying a cool drink with the sea breeze in the evening really created the perfect ambiance! The room was a spacious open-plan design with amazing natural light. The bedding was clean and comfortable, making the stay feel completely unconfined and as relaxing as being at home. The bathroom was clean and tidy, with a great separation of wet and dry areas. Anti-slip mats and toiletries were all provided, showing great attention to detail. The mirrors, floors, and furniture in the room were all spotless, with no hidden dirty spots, which made me feel very secure about the cleanliness. The room was well-equipped with a mini-fridge, wardrobe, and a table and chairs. The wrought-iron table and chairs on the balcony had a fantastic texture and were perfect for photos. The hotel's location is also superb; a shopping district is right downstairs, making dining and shopping convenient, and it's super close to the beach. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic and promptly resolved any issues. My overall stay experience was fantastic!

The hotel staff were incredibly kind and proactive, even upgrading me to a king-size bed. There are plenty of great restaurants and a supermarket within a hundred meters in Meilan Village, so dining was never an issue. The free airport shuttle service was also excellent. The only minor drawback was some noise at night, possibly from the air conditioning. However, since I'm an early sleeper and was catching a morning flight, it didn't bother me much.
