Planning a vacation is often thrilling, but sometimes unforeseen circumstances force us to alter our travel plans. If you’ve booked a hotel through Trip.com and find yourself needing to cancel, understanding the refund process is essential. Step 1: Enter the Trip.com app to get Trip.com hotel refund

Start by logging in to your Trip.com account on your mobile device and navigate to "My Trips" section. You'll find all your current bookings here.

Select the specific booking you want to cancel and click on it. This will take you  to the booking details.

Step 3: Request the Trip.com hotel refund

To cancel your hotel reservation, select the "Cancel Booking" option. Be aware that some hotels may have strict non-refundable policies, while others might offer full or partial refunds if you cancel within a designated time frame.

Step 4: Provide a reason for cancellation

Enter the reason  for the cancellation and click on the button "Submit" to confirm your  request.

After submitting your cancellation, click on "View cancellation policy" to review the details of your refund.
