Guest UserThis hotel provided an overall excellent experience for my trip, with meticulous attention to detail in every aspect. It truly maximized my stay. The location is great, with smooth traffic networks nearby, and it's not far from both the subway and bus stations. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around, making it easy to find food and go shopping at night. It's perfectly suited for both leisure travel and short business trips.
The room hygiene was very thorough. There were no strange odors upon entering, the floors and surfaces were clean, and the bedding was changed promptly. The bathroom had no standing water or unpleasant smells, and even the nooks and crannies were spotless, making it a very reassuring place to stay daily. The in-room appliances and facilities were well-maintained and looked quite new. The air conditioning provided stable cooling and heating, the TV picture quality was clear, and the whole-room internet signal was stable, making it smooth for both binge-watching and temporary work. There were plenty of power outlets, which was convenient for daily charging.
The mattress had just the right firmness, so I didn't feel any discomfort lying down, and the pillows were at a suitable height. The room had good ventilation and the overall environment was quiet and comfortable, allowing for full relaxation after a busy day. The hotel's soundproofing is excellent; the doors and windows sealed tightly, so I barely heard any outside traffic noise or noise from adjacent rooms, ensuring even light sleepers can get a good night's rest.
The front desk staff were friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was simple and efficient. They patiently answered any questions I had, and room service responded quickly, delivering requested items promptly. The hotel lobby and hallway common areas were tidy and orderly, regularly cleaned and disinfected, with a clean and elegant environment and a spacious and comfortable waiting area.
The breakfast variety was abundant, with a full selection of hot dishes, main courses, fruits, and beverages. The ingredients were fresh and tasted good, and the food items were replenished promptly in the dining area, which was clean and hygienic. The bathroom's wet and dry separation design was reasonable, hot water supply was timely and stable, shower water pressure was moderate, and toiletries were complete, providing a great showering experience.
Overall, the value for money is very high. For this price, to have such service and hardware conditions is incredibly cost-effective. There are no significant shortcomings, and I will definitely consider staying here again next time I visit this city. I also recommend it to all my fellow travelers.

Anonymous UserI left 5-star ratings across all categories as I was informed that staff performance could be affected otherwise.
The staff were helpful, responsive and polite throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was disappointing and not somewhere I would recommend.
I booked this hotel after seeing videos online and noticing it was marketed as a luxury property on Trip.com. The sea view is beautiful, and there are some photo-worthy spots around the property. However, it quickly became apparent that the hotel prioritises aesthetics over the guest experience. There were several signs of cost-cutting, including thin walls and fixtures that felt poorly installed. For example, the sea view from the pool was stunning, but just beyond it was a messy, poorly maintained storage building, which detracted from the luxury atmosphere.
Privacy was one of our biggest frustrations. Our balcony looked directly onto a neighbouring balcony on one side, and the pool area and photo-worthy staircase on the other. We specifically paid more for a room with a balcony and sea view, but barely used it during the day because it felt so exposed. To make matters worse, our neighbour was smoking, making it difficult to enjoy the space at all.
We ended up spending more time at the pool instead, but that was very disappointing. There were several dead insects in the water, including beetles and flies, and only two sun loungers for guests. Every 20 minutes, photoshoots took place around us, making it difficult to relax or enjoy any sense of privacy. It was especially frustrating because we had already avoided using our balcony for the same reason. We were also only informed after check-in that the pool would be closed for maintenance the following day, meaning we couldn’t use it on our final morning.
The biggest issue for us was the noise. There was a recurring loud thumping sound throughout the day and evening. We weren’t sure whether it was coming from hotel operations next door or the ongoing construction beside the property, which also made parts of the hotel feel dusty and unfinished. One issue was resolved after we reported it, but we were later woken around 5am by an extremely loud disturbance that sounded like firecrackers, which staff advised had come from other guests.
Breakfast was also surprisingly limited, with only a Western or local set option and no flexibility to customise or choose individual items.
Once you look beyond the social media appeal, the privacy, noise, facilities and overall build quality fell well short of what we would expect from a luxury hotel. In our opinion, this felt more like a 3-star property with 5-star service. Aside from the pool area, there was very little else within the property for guests to enjoy, making it difficult to justify its “luxury hotel” positioning.

Guest UserAlthough there were a few minor hitches during my stay, the hotel staff handled everything efficiently and responsively, and the issues were resolved quickly and properly. I'd especially like to thank Jennifer for her patient assistance throughout, her gentle and considerate demeanor, and for proactively helping me coordinate various matters – she's very responsible. Overall, the positive aspects far outweighed any negatives; the hotel's emergency service and staff professionalism are commendable. I would choose this hotel again for my next trip, highly recommended!

HengchongzhizhuangdelidabaoThis hotel offers great value for money, and it's within walking distance to Haiya Colorful City. I was really impressed by the hotel's public areas – you can play games, work out, relax, read, do laundry, even get a manicure; they have everything! The breakfast buffet was also quite diverse. During breakfast, I saw a foreign guest ask a server for a baby fork, but the server didn't understand. It would be even better if they could improve their basic English training for handling international guests. Keep up the good work! I'll definitely be back for another stay.

Guest UserI specifically came to Dameisha just to stay at this hotel! After careful selection, I decided to book this place, and it exceeded my expectations.
First off, I have to mention the butler-style service. I initially thought it was just a small guesthouse, but it completely rivals a star-rated hotel. The front desk staff always did their best to meet our needs, replied quickly, and had a very gentle demeanor. There was also a complimentary minibar and even a farewell gift upon check-out.
**Environment:** The guesthouse has its own lobby, it's a standalone building, and the scent was lovely. The common areas were also very appealing.
**Amenities:** The most important thing is that the quality is top-notch and the attention to detail is excellent. The toiletries in the room were quite good, and they weren't the large refillable kind; they were single-use bottles that couldn't be opened once used. The shower pressure was strong, the projector was a 4K laser, and the bathtub was absolutely massive. There's a balcony. The laundry room was very clean and even had a dryer. There's a gym, but unfortunately, no treadmill!!!
**Drawbacks:** As for the downsides, the complimentary drinks were a bit perfunctory, the pool water was shallow, and the landscape area upstairs wasn't always fully watered. There was no body lotion, and the linen supply was a bit scarce. However, these minor flaws don't overshadow the overall experience. I still want to give it a perfect score and would definitely stay here again.

Anonymous UserI wholeheartedly give a perfect score and highly recommend the MGM Shenzhen. Our family's overall experience with our little one was impeccable, and we felt incredibly comfortable and warm throughout our stay! A special and sincere thank you goes to Manager Even ❤️. The check-in process was efficient and smooth. After learning we were traveling with a baby, Even proactively upgraded our room for free and even prepared cute, fun children's souvenirs and an exclusive wooden commemorative room key in advance – the attention to detail was truly thoughtful. Even continued to follow up attentively throughout our two-day stay, specifically informing us that we could flexibly book room cleaning via WeChat to ensure our baby's rest wasn't disturbed. Even also enthusiastically assisted us in booking a hotel restaurant, where the food ingredients were fresh and the taste was palatable, making it perfect for family dining. As it was a peak occupancy period for the hotel, Even thoughtfully arranged for us to enjoy breakfast at the 12th-floor Executive Lounge, perfectly avoiding the long queues during the lobby's breakfast rush. All staff at the Executive Lounge provided gentle and patient service with quick responses. The dining environment was tranquil and elegant, and the variety and quality of the food were excellent. On the day of check-out, Even specifically came to the lobby to politely bid us farewell, a gesture full of ceremony that was especially heartwarming. 🦁 The hotel's boutique shop offers a wide array of creative cultural products; the signature little lion series of dolls are exquisitely crafted, soft, and adorable, making for very meaningful souvenirs. The entire team's service was professional yet warm and meticulous, creating an excellent ambiance. This is definitely the top choice for a family-friendly stay in Shenzhen, and we will certainly choose it again on our next visit!

My stay at this Hyatt Centric property far exceeded my expectations; it's truly a top choice for anyone visiting Nanshan. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right at a subway interchange, and within walking distance of Coastal City and Shenzhen Bay Park, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure. Our room was on a high floor, offering stunning 270-degree panoramic views of Shenzhen Bay and the Qianhai cityscape through its floor-to-ceiling windows. The in-room smart controls were easy to use, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom featured a great wet/dry separation – the cleanliness was impeccable. The public areas have an artistic vibe, with the lobby feeling like an art gallery. The high-altitude outdoor garden is fantastic for sightseeing and photos. The self-service laundry and gym facilities are also well-equipped. The front desk service was efficient and thoughtful, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, it’s a quiet, comfortable, and excellent value-for-money hotel. It's ideal for both short stays and longer visits, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

As the best hotel in Shenzhen, it truly lives up to expectations. Although it opened several years ago, it's incredibly well-maintained. The bedding and bath products are very thoughtfully chosen, and the welcome tea and snacks were a nice touch. The afternoon tea selection might not be huge, but it's very refined and tastes excellent. I particularly want to mention breakfast – the eggs Benedict were perfectly made, and the braised beef noodles were incredibly authentic. The fresh coconuts also met the high standards you'd expect from a luxury hotel.
However, there was a small hiccup during check-in. When we arrived at our room, we found the door wide open and a man sitting on the sofa! Luckily, a staff member was passing by in the hallway. After hearing what happened, they escorted us to the lobby to clarify the situation. Leo, the lobby manager, sincerely apologized for the hotel's error, and the solution he offered was acceptable. For someone who has stayed in many ultra-luxury hotels worldwide, it's quite unacceptable for a Mandarin Oriental to make such a basic mistake. This was truly a first for me, and I hope the hotel takes this seriously!

Five-star rating, absolutely fantastic! The sea-view room I booked was even better than the pictures. The huge floor-to-ceiling windows offered an unobstructed panoramic view of the entire ocean. I could lie in bed and gaze at the blue sea and sky, wake up to the sound of waves and the sunrise in the morning, and watch the sunset over the sea from the balcony in the evening. The ambiance was absolutely perfect.
The room's cleanliness was impeccable; every corner was spotless. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and all the disposable amenities were provided. The appliances were all new and worked great. The owner and housekeeper were warm and attentive, making the check-in and check-out process smooth. They were super quick to respond to any questions I had. It's a short walk to the beach, making it very convenient for getting around. Plus, it's incredibly photogenic! My beach vacation experience was absolutely top-notch. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a sea-view getaway!

DD@99The moment I stepped into the room, I was instantly soothed by the dazzling city lights outside the floor-to-ceiling window. The bedding was clean and soft, and I spent a long time just staring out, lost in thought. The front desk lady's smile when she handed me the room card was even warmer than the night view itself. It really felt like staying right in the middle of a beautiful landscape.
