The room was absolutely fantastic! There were two adorable little cats, and the lobby facilities were excellent too, with a laundry room, a gym, and a self-service breakfast area. The surrounding environment was lovely, and the room's cleanliness was top-notch; it was very clean and had large windows.

A very beautiful seaside resort that very suitable for couple especially the room is facing the sea. You can just sit on the bed to vet a very awesome seaview. The staff is very friendly and I got a free upgrade to the big room with both sewview and mountain view room Awesome! The room is very big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast canchoose Chinese style or Western style, its not a buffet but good enough. The taste is good too for Chinese style breakfast. 这家民宿真的是太漂亮了，非常适合打卡旅拍，非常的出片。这里的员工也很友善和有礼貌。我得到免费升级去海景套房，可以有海景和背面的山景，房间非常大，干净，舒适，非常适合情侣，也适合亲子住宿。我们的房间做在床上就有无敌海景了，露台也有个大水池，只可惜私密度比较低，如果可以加个窗帘，那么要私密有私密，要公开也可公开。有机会一定会在住这里。对了早餐也很好吃。

The hotel environment is pretty good. The room was clean, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The entire room features smart voice control, so you can tell 'Xiao Du' to turn on/off the lights or adjust the air conditioning. The bed was just the right firmness, the room was quiet, and drinks were complimentary. The front desk staff were also very attentive, making check-in efficient. Overall, it offers great value for money. I'll choose this place again next time I'm in Nanshan!

The decor is that minimalist yet luxurious style, with warm lighting and wooden tones creating an amazing ambiance. No need for filters when taking photos 📸~ The room was super spacious! The bedding was so soft and fluffy, like sleeping on a cloud ☁️. I fell into a deep sleep in 3 seconds 💤, and woke up the next day with no backaches or sore muscles – a dream come true for a working professional! 🙌 As someone who pays attention to details, I absolutely loved it! 👏 The bathroom had a super clean wet and dry separation, and the toiletries had a citrus scent 🍊. After washing my hair, it was so smooth I could film a commercial! Plus, there were smart curtains and Xiaodu voice control – just say ”turn on the lights” and the whole room brightens up. Full of tech! 💡 What touched me the most was the service!! The front desk lady was as gentle as a best friend 👭, proactively asking if I needed a specific pillow type and even sending welcome fruits 🍇! I left my charger when checking out, and they immediately helped me retrieve it after I called. The rooms are quiet and spacious, with excellent office facilities, meticulously cleaned, and well-maintained. The breakfast offers a wide variety, allowing for a relaxed meal. Xana provides professional and appropriate service, with prompt responses and thorough, detailed attention that balances efficiency with warmth. The hotel is well-managed overall, with every employee demonstrating a strong service ethic and clean, tidy public areas. The entire stay is dignified and comfortable. Whether for personal use or hosting guests, it's an ideal choice, and I highly recommend it.

The room was clean and tidy, spacious, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. The staff were attentive and polite, responding promptly. Overall, it's the usual Ritz-Carlton standard. The CBD night view is fantastic, and the stay felt like a perfect leisure getaway. I will definitely choose this place again next time I visit Shenzhen. Mandarin Oriental Shenzhen truly lives up to its reputation as a service supreme hotel. Not only is it the highest Mandarin Oriental in Shenzhen, but the service throughout my stay was impeccable. I was thrilled to find out on this business trip that I was staying at the same hotel as my idol, Mr. Andy Lau! Enjoying breakfast on the soaring 78th floor felt like being in a fairyland. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating, and the turndown service was as thoughtful as ever. Room service was very responsive. The welcome fruit was fresh and seasonal, and knowing my child enjoyed it, they sent another portion early the next morning. The family-friendly setup was warm and appropriate, and the kids' activities were a lot of fun. Finally, the checkout staff were very polite, escorted me all the way downstairs, and had a record of all my previous requests. I'm sorry I didn't catch their name, but I want to give them a big thumbs up here! It truly is my favorite hotel. While there are many luxury hotels, I particularly adore this one with its oriental charm. Mandarin Oriental will always be my first choice from now on! My only regret this time was that due to limited availability, I couldn't get an upgrade, and also, the welcome music was no longer ”Kangding Love Song.”

What surprised me most during this stay at the Crowne Plaza Gooday Hotel was the Western restaurant's breakfast buffet. The signature Crowne Noodle was a highlight, with rich bone broth and smooth noodles. The staff were responsive, and the overall dining experience was comfortable. It's a top choice for business travelers, highly recommended to all guests. 2. There were also various exclusive seafood porridges, perfect for the Chinese palate. 3. The fresh fruit and vegetable section offered freshly squeezed juices, which was very convenient for early-rising professionals to get their vitamins.

It's very close to the Convention & Exhibition Center subway station, and you can walk to the convention center in just a few minutes, making it super convenient for exhibitions and business. There are many shops and restaurants downstairs in the mall, so you don't have to worry about food, drinks, or transportation. The room was clean and tidy, with a simple yet comfortable setup. The bedding was excellent for sleeping, and the floor-to-ceiling window offered views of the Futian CBD city skyline. The bathroom had great water pressure, and the soundproofing was good. After a busy day, you can really get some good rest here. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were very efficient. The staff were gentle and polite, and they responded quickly to any requests. Overall, the value for money is great. It's my top choice for business travel, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Futian!

The location is absolutely perfect, within walking distance to several attractions, and there's a fantastic food street right downstairs. The price was great too.
