AAdriana QuintelaThis was one of the best stays we’ve had throughout our family travels. The hotel is very well located, offering beautiful, modern facilities, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment you arrive. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with all the amenities you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The pools are clean, well maintained, and supervised by lifeguards, which gave us great peace of mind travelling with children. The kids’ club truly exceeded our expectations. Our children (aged 4 and 8) constantly asked to go back! There are two different kids’ club areas and a fantastic range of activities including duckling feeding, football, arts and crafts, musical chairs — and their absolute favourite: marshmallows by the beach. There is also a well-maintained and supervised water park, which was a big highlight. We also loved that bikes are available to rent for the whole family, allowing you to ride along the beachfront path past neighbouring hotels. Our only suggestion would be to offer baby seats for bicycles to accommodate younger children. Breakfast was extraordinary — a huge variety of fresh, high-quality options catering to all tastes. Finally, the hotel’s beachfront location is perfect, with several restaurant options nearby. Overall, a truly memorable stay for our family.

XXixi1569The hotel environment is beautiful, like a royal garden, and the beach is fantastic with very clear water. The hotel's kid's club also offers a rich variety of activities, perfect for families. The downside is that the rooms are a bit dated, and the duvet cover wasn't very clean. When I needed help and messaged the 'what's up' customer service, they first asked for my room number and then told me they couldn't assist, which was disappointing. However, other staff members were all very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast wasn't tasty, and the fruit wasn't very fresh.

GGuest UserWe will never stay with the Stones again as we paid the upgrade for the premium stones suite that was close to $5,000 Australian. apparently this was the best room with roof top pool and nothing better! We were expecting absolute amazing wow factor especially after bragging to the kids how amazing it was going to be. Were were 2 adults 2 children kids had to sleep on couch and a single bed in the lounge no where to put their clothes so had to live out of suitcase room only had 1 toilet they knew we were bringing out kids and never advised of this situation as when we were previously there a couple of months prior on our own without the kids.  were weren’t able to sight the room then as it was occupied! Or would have never didn’t the extra $2500. This was just the start of our terrible experience. The roof top pool had live wires hanging out and detached from pool light all together didn’t work, which they sent some one to fix it but didn’t was still hanging off. Kids couldn’t use the pool at all. them had to come back and redo it as only had used zip ties to keep it together, the tiles around the apartment were dirty, the door to bathroom was jammed and was hard to open and close when they fixed this the floor was left in a mess with plaster all over the floor and a Stanley knife left behind on the floor when we gave young kids. We also mention one of the buttons in the lift was all pushed in with also live wires (dangerous) the showers and taps only trickled with water noooo pressure at all untill plumber came to fix it! After numerous times of telling then the staircase was old and frail and hanging by old rusted screws and that it was dangerous as not secure. They done nothing about it untill my husband held onto ramp one night coming downstairs and the ramp completely snapped off and he fell down the stairs they had their medical team look over him which luckily was on minor ankle sprain. We no longer could use the pool as was under construction. After continuous complaints to the managers down stairs we spoke to about 5 different ones we demanded a full refund and to move hotel only to be offered a refund only on the $2500 which was the upgrade amount and stay in the same room. Also that the refund would have to take 1-2 months when we had paid on the spot. After only after more complaints and stating we were not leaving without the refund they sent it thru the day we got back to Australia. We also were offered airport transfer when we left! As a major 5 star hotel you would think they would be a lot more accommodating to us and or offer a complimentary drink or dinner or lunch or anything? We were spending $500 roughly at the hotel down stairs by the bar for food and drinks every couple of days also. We then decided to not even use hotel at all and just to sleep! What a waste of money and totally false advertising! Do not pay or stay in this room if your expectation ultimate luxury because it was definitely not! We are world travelers , from koi Samui, Maldives Thailand Bali 15  times at least and also in Europe, Portugal Spain and many more country’s and have never once been treated like this!  I have many more photos but this is all I could upload! This is totally unacceptable fir a 5 star hotel as they say they are!

@@@Ron TingEverything was perfect during our stay at Hard Rock Hotel Bali! 🌴☀️ The staff were always friendly, attentive, and ready to help anytime. One thing that really impressed us: Yesterday my son accidentally dropped his sunglasses somewhere in the hotel. To our surprise, the team managed to find it and returned it to us today. 😄🕶️ Really appreciate the honesty and professionalism of the staff here. We were also offered a complimentary late check-out until 3PM as a one-time benefit after registering for their Unity Membership. We changed rooms around 12PM to another room, so the extra few hours made the transition much more comfortable and relaxing for our family. ❤️ Another nice surprise was: 📸 one complimentary paparazzi-style photography session in front of the iconic Hard Rock guitar 🎸 The hotel atmosphere is great for families, the location is convenient, and the overall experience has been very enjoyable so far. Thank you Hard Rock Hotel Bali for making our family trip even more memorable!

HHL- Swiss travel agentVery expensive hotel. Not worth the price you pay. Main Pool closes at....4pm ! ,: reason: they must set up tables for dinner, very strange..You can feel how owner is looking to make money without caring about his guest's needs ! The other 2 pools( far,up the hill) close at 6pm ! Also strange when guests are spending holidays...Check in, never before 1 om ...and check out at 10 am , also very strange when breakfast finishes at 10.30 ! I would never recommend this hotel for its prices ! Even his deck restaurant is selling sunset without sunset at all !!

JJiatingdongliangnvshiAtmosphere: We booked a tower sea view room and got a fantastic location. Although we could still see excavators from the construction site, a quick turn revealed an unbeatable ocean view! It was also very quiet at night, with no disturbances. Facilities: The hotel has many pools, especially the big water slide, which kept the kids happy all day. Adults can enjoy it too! For non-swimmers, remember to bring your own swim rings. Hygiene: The room's hygiene was excellent, and cleaning was prompt. However, ordering food by the pool attracted a swarm of flies 🫣 which was a bit annoying while eating. Service: Ms. Laudy, who checked us in, was wonderful. She had a sweet smile and even gave us lollipops 🍭. During our stay, my child lost their hat, and the concierge staff helped us find it, which we greatly appreciate! Also, the hotel's evening Barong dance performance was truly spectacular! And the Bali BBQ buffet was great 👍

WWooSeaHad an absolutely amazing stay at Sol with my wife and friends. Exactly what you would hope for from a smaller all inclusive resort. The staff were incredible, welcoming and warm every minute of the day. The food was varied enough to stay exciting over a 6 night stay and there were always activities if you wanted to venture away from your lounger. A very special shout out to all of the pool bar-staff who were more than happy to adapt to requests for more/less/or completely different recipes for drinks. And an even specialer thank you to “Ar” who patiently hosted some wonderful art//cocktail activities. We’re all in our 30s and (on average) younger than most other guests but we really had an absolute ball! Thank you Sol ♥️

Right on a main street with countless bars and restaurants nearby. Very convenient for walking around the area. It is a busy street, but every street here is busy, so it’s expected. We felt very safe throughout our stay. Motorbike parking available and 24-hour reception. 2. Check-in / Check-out Experience Smooth and efficient for both check-in and check-out. Staff were friendly and helpful — they assisted us with a SIM card issue at reception. 3. Room Quality & Comfort The room was bright, airy, and very clean. We had a balcony on the 5th floor (top floor) overlooking the pool, which had a beautiful view. Housekeeping was excellent — they made up the room every day. Strong air conditioning, comfortable bed, and good lighting. 4. Bathroom Really clean and well-maintained. Toiletries were provided and water bottles were replenished daily. 5. Staff & Service Very friendly and helpful staff. Quick response at reception and good daily housekeeping. 6. Facilities & Amenities The pool was really nice and well-kept. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi. We didn’t try breakfast. Motorbike parking and 24-hour reception were useful. 7. Value for Money Really good value for money. We got a clean, bright room with a great pool-view balcony in a prime location at a fair price. No complaints. 8. Final Thoughts & Recommendation I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to couples or anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable base with a nice pool. Great spot if you want to be close to restaurants and nightlife.

EElbogdLocation: The ocean and beach are just across the road, the shopping center is about a 10-minute walk, and various street food spots are a 3-minute walk away. Room: I had a wonderful Alam villa – a huge space with an endless woven ceiling and a large terrace. The bathroom was uniquely designed: partly indoors and partly open-air. Everything felt very traditionally Balinese: lush greenery, a stone bathtub, and floral green robes. It was cleaned every day. Staff: The staff were incredibly friendly. I forgot my key a couple of times, and they replaced it. In the mornings, they even let me make traditional flower paintings on the water. I initially booked the hotel for a couple of nights but ended up staying for a whole week!

LLittle snow pinkHotel service: Basically, it‘s very considerate. The reception staff will greet you during the dining process, but suddenly he will enter your room while cleaning the room. I don’t know it because I was in the pool and just forgot to hang a do not disturb sign in the entrance door. Also the staff will regularly calling you, for example, knowing that you are going to check out the next day, he will ask you what arrangements you have on the next day. Also, knew that you booked the spa and they would call you again. But there is a mistake that half of my swimming pool was not filled with water the next day. I didn‘t know how to solve it, so I asked the staff to find someone to deal with it. Then I called a total of three times and saw a worker observing my pool and I was very surprised. Unexpectedly, they didn’t send the staff, that is, the waiter at the front desk, to explain to me that I had made three calls, and my three calls were within half an hour to nine words in total. It was not better than a reasonable time for them to deal with things, although there was no water in the room I rented. It‘s a serious problem. I’m surprised that they don‘t send waiters. It’s because I communicated with that worker. The worker didn‘t know English. He wanted to use a telephone translator to communicate with me. I was just asking him a very simple question, that is, when can I fill up the pool of water? He didn’t seem to understand. I think that since a guest has called three times, he should actually send a staff member. In the end, I saw that the water in the pool was slowly pouring back, but if it was really to the extent of Infinity Pool, I remember that it was after sunset. This is a beautiful thing. Facilities: What surprised me about the facilities is that it has a 24-hour fitness room and a treasure drink. In addition, it has a beach chair with sun umbrellas and a view of the sea by the pool. I appreciate it very much. As for the Spa, I think the price is too expensive. It‘s 10 times different from the price of going out on the street. Food: In terms of food, I really appreciate the different styles of breakfast. Although it is a buffet, every detail will change. One of the selling point of his breakfast that I like is that the color is very colorful. It is really first-class. The nutritional value of the food is very high. It is definitely not an ordinary buffet. There are some cereals, such as oats, dairy, soy milk, and some vegetarians’ favorite sweet potatoes, red bean buns, etc. As for the seaside restaurant, I also tried their pizza and buried beef fillet. Surprised 酒店服務：基本上非常之貼身無論喺用餐嘅過程喺出入reception職員都會問候你，不過有啲突然係佢會喺清潔房間嘅時候行入你間房而我係唔知道嘅因為我喺出邊泳池只係我忘記掛一個請勿打擾的牌，然後職員會定期打電話給你例如係知道你第二日要退房會問你聽日有啲乜嘢安排？即係交通上嗰啲同埋知道你book咗Spa佢又會打電話嚟提你，但係有樣美中不足就係第二日我個泳池啲水冇咗一半，我唔知點解我就叫職員搵人處理，然後我仲打咗總共三次電話先見到有工人喺度觀察我嘅水池而我好驚訝，佢哋竟然冇派到職員即係前台嘅服務生過嚟同我解釋仲要我係打咗三次電話而我嗰三次電話係總共係喺半個鐘頭至九個字之內打嘅自問都唔係比一個好唔合理嘅時間佢哋處理件事，雖然冇池水呢件事喺我租呢一間房間裏便其實都算係一個幾嚴重嘅問題我話驚訝點解佢哋唔派服務生過嚟？係因為我同嗰個工人溝通嗰個工人原來係唔識英文佢要用電話嘅翻譯器去同我溝通我只不過係問佢好簡單嘅問題就係幾時先可以斟返滿啲池水佢都似乎聽唔明我認為既然個客人已經打咗前後三次電話嚟佢其實應該要派個職員過嚟了解一下件事最後我見到啲池水係慢慢斟滿返，但係要真係針到Infinity Pool嘅程度我記得係日落之後嘅事啦呢件算係美中不足嘅一件事。 設施：設施方面令我驚訝就係佢有廿四小時嘅健身室同埋裏面有寶礦力飲另外就係佢有有太陽傘嘅沙灘椅喺池邊仲可以望住過海呢樣嘢我係非常之欣賞至於Spa我就覺得價錢太過貴啦，根本係同出去大街嘅價錢相差10倍 食物：食物方面我非常欣賞佢早餐會轉唔同嘅款式雖然都係自助餐但係佢每個細節都會有變化而佢嘅早餐有個我好鍾意嘅賣點就係個顏色係非常之色彩繽紛用嚟影相打卡真係一流同埋啲食物個營養價值好高，絕對唔係一般嘅自助餐佢係有一啲穀物啦燕麥啦奶類亦都有豆奶啦，亦都有啲素食人士鍾意嘅番薯呀紅豆包啊等等至於海邊餐廳我亦試咗佢哋嘅pizza同埋牛柳水準係合格的至於餐廳嘅食物我認為係夠飽肚的亦都有附送頭盤小食一點令我非常驚訝
