The entire check-in process was thoughtful and attentive, with impeccable attention to detail. They proactively anticipated guests' needs, and their communication was both patient and gentle. Any queries were met with a swift response, and every detail was thoroughly considered, making me feel truly at home. The service felt natural rather than forced, and genuinely sincere, which greatly enhanced the stay. The whole experience was relaxing and reassuring. I'd definitely want Jojo to assist me again next time, highly recommended!

First, let's talk about the pros: the hardware is very new (the air conditioning is a bit noisy, but acceptable), the room design is very functional, and the size is just right. Both the hallways and the rooms have a pleasant scent, the minibar soft drinks are complimentary, the bed is comfortable, and the location is convenient.

However, I suggest more refined and smoother staff training for customer service. During check-in, the staff seemed too busy either attending to guests or working on computers. A young man standing near the front desk just watched as we stepped out of the elevator, looking around to figure out where to check in. He just stood there watching without guiding us to an available agent. The staff at the counter were either busy with guests or staring down at their computers. We stood there for quite a while until we finally spoke up ourselves to say we wanted to check-in before someone assisted us.

As for breakfast, I really loved the freshly cooked noodles and unsweetened yogurt. However, the yogurt fridge was empty for a long time on one of the days and wasn't restocked. When I asked a server, it still wasn't refilled, which was a bit disappointing.

Finally, a compliment to the housekeeping staff—their lovely smiles and warm, friendly attitude were great.

Thanks to Coco and Alax at the front desk. We originally booked a standard king room, but since none were ready for check-in at the moment, they upgraded us to a suite. The room was spacious and very clean, and room service requests were answered promptly. Grand Resort Deck is just across the street, which is super convenient. The hotel breakfast also offered a great variety of choices, though you have to wait in line during peak hours. We had a wonderful two-day stay in Macau!

Staying at Andaz Xiamen, I must give a massive shoutout to Felix! From the moment of arrival, his warm smile set the tone. Check-in was efficient, and throughout the stay, he was always responsive and took care of every little detail impeccably. The Nanyang-style hotel design is stunning, and the pool and breakfast were both fantastic. Felix is professional, genuine, and tactful, making this trip to Xiamen exceptionally pleasant. The hotel's location is convenient, and the overall experience far exceeded expectations. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be back! 👍 A hotel truly worth appreciating.
