Не было мыла, бесплатной воды, доп.туалетной бумаги. Душ очень силтно протекал, уборка должна проводиться самими гостями. В последнюю ночь соседи очень шумели и никто не вмешался, хотя в правилах сказано о том, что с 22:00 до 8:00 нельзя шуметь. 
Рядом хороший пляж, до больших супермаркетов и жд станции ~15 минут пешком, также недалеко остановка автобуса, который за 40 минут домчит вас до центра Барселоны.

The room is separated by a cabinet. The sea view is very beautiful, go out to the sea one step. Suitable for travel. Living is very comfortable and should come again. Four-star hotel, almost four-star standard.

Pool und die Anlagen in die Jahre gekommen… im Zimmer Holzverkleidung am Badezimmer aufgequollen, dennoch nettes Appartment - gemütlich. Sollte nur alle 7 Tage Reinignung und Handtücher geben … Danke für die Reinigung am Tag 2. Tür lässt sich manchmal von außen nicht öffnen…

I've stayed in Sunway Apartments before and always been satisfied. This recent stay was a little disappointing. The apartment in Sunway Tara really needs a bath replaced as it's rusty and the heavy curtains need washing. Otherwise, nice apartments location and staff.

My wife wanted to control the budget, so she booked this hotel. Well-prepared apartment, good value for money, and the location of the hotel is not bad. But the important point is that check-in and the apartment are not in the same place, and the local public transportation is inconvenient. And this information is not in the confirmation message. In the evening, I took two babies with my luggage, and walked one kilometer to the apartment, only to find that they had to check in at another place two kilometers away, and there was no effective means of transportation. Everyone can make up for the situation and mood at the time. It is hoped that Ctrip will clearly indicate this key information in the hotel's confirmation sheet. But if you know in advance, the most effective way is to take a taxi to check in first, let the taxi wait, and then go to the apartment. The fare is about 20-25 Euros. If you only stay for one night, the price/performance ratio is not good

Todo genial. Menos el check-in que hay que hacerlo en el hotel que está bastante lejos del apartamento y es un poco incomodo la verdad.

Friendly service and comfortable room. Breakfast spread had a wide variety as well. Location was very convenient as it was directly connected to Sunway Pyramid Mall and convention center. Definitely would have a return stay in the future

It doesn't really look like a 4 stars hotel.
Service: inconsistent from different staff. A call from room to reception was either not being answered or picked up then hung up. 
Parking: it is chargeable 😅
Facilities: Gym is small. Swimming pool only opens 7am to 7pm 😱
Hotel lifts don't serve to car park and required to change to another lifts. It is really inconvenient. 
Morning not hot water for shower 😭
Breakfast: variety choices

Overall experience: bad for a 4 stars hotel. Not really worth the fee.

Just got back from Sunway Resort and it was absolutely amazing! 🥳 The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Breakfast was fantastic, with a huge variety of fruits, pastries, and both Western and Asian options – we were spoiled for choice every morning. 🍎🥐

The kids absolutely loved the children's pool with all its slides and water features; it was their personal paradise! 💦 The pool area is really well designed, allowing adults to relax nearby too.

The best part is the direct connection to the shopping mall. It's just a short walk away, making shopping, dining, and entertainment incredibly convenient! 🛍️🎬 It felt like everything was taken care of on this holiday. We'll definitely be back! 💯

Great time here. One of my favourite places to stay for weekend staycation with my partner.The breakfast buffet is great with lots of food varieties. The staff is great. Notes that  check in will have to wait as this hotel is quite busy on weekend. Maybe can Improve on the check in part as only one staff is on duty at first then as the queue is getting longer only then other staff help on the check in process. Can go to the mall for some shopping or just movies chilling with your partner.Overall all is good especially when my partner leg is injured and they offered me to use wheelchair for him.

Overall, my stay was excellent. The hotel's location is great, making it easy to get around, and there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient with both check-in and check-out. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and I slept very well at night. The bathroom had no unpleasant odors, and the hot water was consistent, making for a pleasant shower. The hotel environment was quiet, and the soundproofing was also quite good. All the staff were polite and helpful when assistance was needed. For the price, it offers great value for money. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I'm in the area and would recommend it to friends.
