My wife wanted to control the budget, so she booked this hotel. Well-prepared apartment, good value for money, and the location of the hotel is not bad. But the important point is that check-in and the apartment are not in the same place, and the local public transportation is inconvenient. And this information is not in the confirmation message. In the evening, I took two babies with my luggage, and walked one kilometer to the apartment, only to find that they had to check in at another place two kilometers away, and there was no effective means of transportation. Everyone can make up for the situation and mood at the time. It is hoped that Ctrip will clearly indicate this key information in the hotel's confirmation sheet. But if you know in advance, the most effective way is to take a taxi to check in first, let the taxi wait, and then go to the apartment. The fare is about 20-25 Euros. If you only stay for one night, the price/performance ratio is not good

Не было мыла, бесплатной воды, доп.туалетной бумаги. Душ очень силтно протекал, уборка должна проводиться самими гостями. В последнюю ночь соседи очень шумели и никто не вмешался, хотя в правилах сказано о том, что с 22:00 до 8:00 нельзя шуметь. 
Рядом хороший пляж, до больших супермаркетов и жд станции ~15 минут пешком, также недалеко остановка автобуса, который за 40 минут домчит вас до центра Барселоны.

The garbage needs to be cleaned up every day. If it is not cleaned, there is a clear sign. The garbage cleaning fee of 30 euros is every day. In short, I will stay here in the future.

El servicio recepción un 10, muy amable el chico q nos informó y entregó las llaves, el sitio super tranquilo, cerquita de la playa y del centro, las instalaciones estan bien relación precio, limpio si, el mobiliario antiguo, y todo muy basico, pero nosotros valoramos piscina y terraza y esto muy bien, aire acondicionado super bien por la cual no entendemos las críticas en las valoraciones
Lo q si el edificio tiene problemas d hormigas en la cocina y teniamos q tener todo en la nevera, este fue el único problema, por el resto hemos estado muy bien

Todo genial. Menos el check-in que hay que hacerlo en el hotel que está bastante lejos del apartamento y es un poco incomodo la verdad.

The location is super convenient, with lots of restaurants and great shopping nearby! The only downside was during check-in, the staff's attitude was a bit lackluster, no smiles, and their English wasn't very good. However, the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and a comfortable setting, and the pool was especially beautiful! The gym facilities were top-notch! The service staff were fantastic; the sauna wasn't on, so I informed them I needed the steam room by 11 AM the next day, and they got it ready for me!

This was my first time staying at Sunway Lagoon Hotel. I had requested a king-sized bed in advance, but the hotel couldn't accommodate it. The staff offered two single beds pushed together for my stay. When I got to the room, I checked the floor and found a used feminine hygiene product, which I found absolutely disgusting. I called the reception, but no one answered. I had to go down to the front desk myself to find the hotel manager on duty. They kept apologizing to me, but then the hotel was able to immediately arrange a king-sized bed for me (meaning they had king-sized rooms available but were holding onto them, depending on whether their staff decided to give one to you). I am extremely dissatisfied, disgusted, and very unhappy, especially since I chose this hotel for a competition.

Luxury design of the hotel, convenient to all kinds of hospitality. But the room is separated from a suit, the king bed is made up by 2 single beds and not comfortable at the middle. Considering the price I paid for 3 nights, hard to give out a 5 star.

Great location, with a metro station right downstairs, although we mostly used Grab. Plenty of food and drink options in the mall downstairs, but the famous Wah Yang Ice Room was a bit disappointing. The room was spacious, and the balcony offered views of both the Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower. The room facilities were a bit dated, but overall perfectly functional. Excellent value for money.

The room was decent, and the location is great, with a mall right downstairs which was super convenient. However, the facilities are a bit limited and felt a bit old. While it was clean and tidy, some of the amenities were dated. Otherwise, it was pretty good, especially for a business trip. The front desk even sent me to a tea shop, and I thought the items were pretty good.
