My wife wanted to control the budget, so she booked this hotel. Well-prepared apartment, good value for money, and the location of the hotel is not bad. But the important point is that check-in and the apartment are not in the same place, and the local public transportation is inconvenient. And this information is not in the confirmation message. In the evening, I took two babies with my luggage, and walked one kilometer to the apartment, only to find that they had to check in at another place two kilometers away, and there was no effective means of transportation. Everyone can make up for the situation and mood at the time. It is hoped that Ctrip will clearly indicate this key information in the hotel's confirmation sheet. But if you know in advance, the most effective way is to take a taxi to check in first, let the taxi wait, and then go to the apartment. The fare is about 20-25 Euros. If you only stay for one night, the price/performance ratio is not good

The room is separated by a cabinet. The sea view is very beautiful, go out to the sea one step. Suitable for travel. Living is very comfortable and should come again. Four-star hotel, almost four-star standard.

Не было мыла, бесплатной воды, доп.туалетной бумаги. Душ очень силтно протекал, уборка должна проводиться самими гостями. В последнюю ночь соседи очень шумели и никто не вмешался, хотя в правилах сказано о том, что с 22:00 до 8:00 нельзя шуметь. 
Рядом хороший пляж, до больших супермаркетов и жд станции ~15 минут пешком, также недалеко остановка автобуса, который за 40 минут домчит вас до центра Барселоны.

I've stayed in Sunway Apartments before and always been satisfied. This recent stay was a little disappointing. The apartment in Sunway Tara really needs a bath replaced as it's rusty and the heavy curtains need washing. Otherwise, nice apartments location and staff.

You can enjoy the beautiful view of the countryside, the sea and the mountains.

Pool und die Anlagen in die Jahre gekommen… im Zimmer Holzverkleidung am Badezimmer aufgequollen, dennoch nettes Appartment - gemütlich. Sollte nur alle 7 Tage Reinignung und Handtücher geben … Danke für die Reinigung am Tag 2. Tür lässt sich manchmal von außen nicht öffnen…

Todo genial. Menos el check-in que hay que hacerlo en el hotel que está bastante lejos del apartamento y es un poco incomodo la verdad.

After staying for a few days, the staff remember me and are really accommodating. Was upgraded with the park view. The room is smaller but the view is great. Breakfast selection is amazing too. Thanks to Zac too for the great service.

The location is excellent, and the room was spacious. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended.

The hotel feels quite dated, and the administration was disappointing. I was entitled to complimentary parking and had already registered my vehicle number before arrival. However, it was never updated in the system, forcing me to walk all the way back from the car park to the reception just to resolve the issue. This should not happen in a hotel of this standard.

The biggest disappointment was the hot water. The heater in my room was not working, and after the technician arrived, I was told that rooms on the lower floors always have this problem and that there was nothing they could do. It’s unacceptable for a hotel to knowingly rent out rooms with a known hot water issue.

After making several complaints, I was finally asked to change rooms—at midnight. Having to pack, move, and settle into another room so late at night completely disrupted my stay.

Love the room as it is spacious and there is a bathtub for my kids, the hotel is linked to the waterpark and Sunway pyramid mall which is very convenient for us. The only disadvantage is there is no auto laundry in the hotel or mall for large families to wash their clothes for long stay.

Oops, I wrote the last review incorrectly 😂 How do I delete it? I got this hotel mixed up with one in Malacca! 🤣

Overall, this hotel is pretty good. There's a mall right downstairs, making it convenient for dining.

The breakfast selection is quite extensive, but it can get crowded.

The swimming pool is outdoors and offers views of both the Petronas Towers and KL Tower.

The hotel's cleanliness is excellent throughout.

My only minor complaint is that we booked two rooms, and on the first night, one was 1842, right next to the elevator. We heard the elevator going up and down all night. Luckily, they moved us to adjacent rooms for the second night.

The hotel's location is pretty good. While it's not in the absolute center of Kuala Lumpur, there's a mall, hotels, and a metro station nearby. Getting to the city center isn't too far, just a 10-minute drive. We were in town to visit universities in KL, and this location was convenient for reaching different parts of the city.
