Arrived past 10 PM, and from the moment I checked in, I was incredibly satisfied. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy. Breakfast offered both buffet and à la carte options. The air conditioning was super quiet, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. My first impression of London started with this Indigo hotel, highly recommend it! 👍👍👍👍👍 I even extended my stay for another two nights.

This was our last night in the UK, and our group booked one king room and two twin rooms. Finding hotels with twin rooms in Europe can be a challenge, so we appreciated that. This chain hotel has a modern design, is very clean, tidy, and quiet. The rooms come with a Nespresso machine, complimentary bottled water, a kettle, and a tea bar, along with thin disposable slippers. The room size isn't small by European standards, and the bathroom is quite spacious with a walk-in shower. The bed and bedding were also comfortable. The breakfast service was good, a semi-buffet with an à la carte option. While the variety wasn't extensive, it was generally sufficient. A unique touch was the room numbers, which were designed as clock faces with the hands indicating the room number. We checked in on a Friday, and the lobby offered complimentary champagne and fruit drinks. There's a bus stop right across the street from the hotel, making it very convenient to get to places like the British Museum and St. Paul's Cathedral.

Great location, really close to Chinatown. It can get a bit noisy during the day because of the plaza downstairs, but it's fine at night, so you can get a good night's sleep. They also allow service dogs without an extra charge, and check-in was super quick.

Very close to Paddington train station with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel was nice, staff very friendly, and the breakfast was good.

It's very close to the subway station, just a three-minute walk away. There are also many supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and the area feels safe to stroll around in the evening. The hotel breakfast is quite good; you can order set meals as needed, and the staff are very friendly. I booked a family room with two double beds, and although I made a note of it, the front desk still gave me a room on the lower level. Judging from the reviews, it seems that this isn't the usual practice to be very friendly to Chinese guests. Overall, the room was quite nice, and it was cleaned very well every day. Overall, it was a good experience.

The hotel room is very small, much smaller than the photo. The room is on the fifth floor. The elevator is broken. You have to sit on the fourth floor and walk up. The hotel has no chef at noon and evening. The restaurant directly buys food from the Chinese restaurant next to it. Add 20% service fee, lightning protection

The hotel offers convenient shuttle service to and from LGA, making it easy to get there from the airport. The room was decent, nothing special but not bad either. For New York, I was quite satisfied with the price. The location is excellent, very close to various Chinese restaurants. It feels like the best value for money among the nearby hotels.

Conveniently located near Wall Street with easy subway access. There's a great Danish healthy fast food restaurant nearby called Joe and the Juice, definitely worth checking out. You'll also find a pizza place, street-side taco trucks, and ice cream trucks. The hotel is very clean and has good soundproofing. Like most hotels, there's no hot water in the room, but the lobby offers refreshing lemonade and luggage storage, which is a nice touch.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Wall Street and the Charging Bull. We could see Trinity Church right from our window. The room was cleaned daily, and transportation was incredibly convenient with the subway station just a stone's throw away. There's also a supermarket nearby, making it easy to grab groceries and sort out meals. Shopping was a breeze too!

Location is very central, staff nice enough and with service charge of $36 you can have a free breakfast ans a drink a day…but not if u are vegan!!

To be fair for the price range I was expecting something a bit more up class .

My stay was fantastic! Check-in at the front desk was efficient, the room was spotless, and the environment was quiet and comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around. The staff were warm, polite, and responsive. The facilities are well-maintained, making for a very pleasant stay. I highly recommend it!

I highly recommend Indigo Shanghai Jing'an! The hotel is themed around old Shanghai cinema, with a retro-modern lobby and public areas that create a unique atmosphere and are perfect for photos.

The guest rooms are spacious and open, never feeling cramped, with a stylish and tasteful overall design. The room amenities are complete, the mattress firmness is just right, ensuring a comfortable sleep. The bathroom is large, with a separate big bathtub, and the toiletries have a luxurious scent.

The room is clean, with thoughtful details, and a well-stocked minibar. The hotel also features a gym and swimming pool, and the public areas are well-maintained and tidy. Whether for business or leisure, the stay experience is absolutely top-notch.

Dishui Lake is getting livelier. This time, what I was most satisfied with was the service staff at the Indigo Hotel; their attitude was impeccable. I have two points to mention: first, the room had a strong odor when I entered, which improved after ventilating it by opening the balcony. This might be due to the hotel being relatively new. They promptly brought an air purifier when requested. Second, breakfast on Sunday was a bit chaotic. I hadn't realized there would be so many weekend guests and corporate trainees. The large swimming pool was clean and not crowded. Facing the lake, feeling the breeze, and watching planes fly overhead made for a pleasant weekend. My only regret was that there were no fireworks. I hope to visit again sometime.
