This is the best hotel I've stayed at in London, and I've visited many times! This hotel just opened in 2026, and I boldly booked it because I'd previously stayed at another hotel from the same brand in Hangzhou. The hotel environment is exceptionally good – it's only about a 5-minute walk to a subway station, and there's a huge shopping mall and supermarket nearby! All sorts of restaurants are also available!

The room was super clean and comfortable! I highly recommend it! Even if you want to visit major attractions, it's only a few subway stops away!

All the front desk staff were young, vibrant, and very friendly! Since my flight was at 6 or 7 PM, I asked if I could have a late check-out. The hotel staff kindly extended my check-out until 2 PM, and my children and I had a wonderful stay here!

I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in London!

This was our last night in the UK, and our group booked one king room and two twin rooms. Finding hotels with twin rooms in Europe can be a challenge, so we appreciated that. This chain hotel has a modern design, is very clean, tidy, and quiet. The rooms come with a Nespresso machine, complimentary bottled water, a kettle, and a tea bar, along with thin disposable slippers. The room size isn't small by European standards, and the bathroom is quite spacious with a walk-in shower. The bed and bedding were also comfortable. The breakfast service was good, a semi-buffet with an à la carte option. While the variety wasn't extensive, it was generally sufficient. A unique touch was the room numbers, which were designed as clock faces with the hands indicating the room number. We checked in on a Friday, and the lobby offered complimentary champagne and fruit drinks. There's a bus stop right across the street from the hotel, making it very convenient to get to places like the British Museum and St. Paul's Cathedral.

Great location, really close to Chinatown. It can get a bit noisy during the day because of the plaza downstairs, but it's fine at night, so you can get a good night's sleep. They also allow service dogs without an extra charge, and check-in was super quick.

The room was very spacious, and it's not far from the train station, Hyde Park, and Kensington Gardens. There are plenty of restaurants downstairs, and a shopping mall and supermarket are also very close by, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient.

First of all, the hotel reception is really nice. Everyone is very warm and friendly. I feel full of love. The room is very large and clean, with a palace-style bed, I love it. Mineral water is available every day, and snacks are also free to eat, which is charged in other hotels... The location is even better, 3/5 minutes walk to Tower Bridge, double subway, and 8/9 minutes walk to Liverpool Street Station... Liverpool Street Station is convenient to major airports... In short, it is a very good experience, and a must-choose hotel next time you come to London

The location is very convenient, close to Earl's Palace subway station! However, I specifically booked a room with a window, but due to the lack of available rooms upon check-in, I was given a windowless room on the basement level. This was very unsatisfactory, as windows cannot be opened on the basement level, so the ventilation system had to be on, resulting in significant noise. The breakfast was acceptable, with a variety of English breakfast options.

Ctrip handled the room type issue promptly, and I was satisfied with their service.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were really nice, especially Chrischel and Madison. The room was spacious enough for me.

I like how right the room was in the daytime. In the night, it was a bit dark, they could add some more lights. ￼Most days the room was really cleaned well but there were two days I found the same dirty pillow in my room. After I complained about it one night someone came in, cleaned my room right away. 

The location is a few minutes walk to Main Street. Usually it would be convenient, but there was some construction or something going on so we always had to take a shuttle to the train.

Their luggage storage service is really good.

My wife, our 5-year-old son, and I recently spent 3 memorable nights at Hotel Indigo New York Downtown Wall Street during our family trip to New York City, and it proved to be the perfect home base for exploring the city’s iconic Financial District and beyond. Nestled at the corner of Wall and Water Streets, the hotel’s location is unbeatable—just steps from the New York Stock Exchange, a 5-minute walk to the Wall Street subway station, and within easy reach of attractions like the 9/11 Memorial, South Street Seaport, and Brooklyn Bridge, which were all engaging for our curious little one.
We booked a standard room with two queen beds, which was surprisingly spacious and comfortable for our small family of three. The room was impeccably clean, featuring modern decor that blends classic charm with contemporary style, hardwood floors, and large noise-canceling windows that kept the busy city sounds at bay—a lifesaver for our son, who needs a quiet space to rest after long days of sightseeing. The plush bedding ensured we all slept soundly, and the room was well-equipped with plenty of USB charging ports and free Wi-Fi, which kept our son entertained with his tablet during downtime. We also appreciated the daily housekeeping and complimentary bottled water, small touches that made our stay more convenient.
What impressed us most was how family-friendly the hotel was, even in the heart of the bustling Financial District. The staff was incredibly warm, patient, and attentive—they greeted our son by name after the first day and went out of their way to make him feel welcome. The lobby had a cozy lounge area with free Wi-Fi, where we could relax with our son before heading out, and there were convenient coffee stations for a quick pick-me-up in the morning. The hotel is also pet-friendly, though we didn’t bring our furry friend, it was nice to see the welcoming vibe extended to all families.
The hotel’s amenities were perfectly suited for our family trip. The 24-hour fitness center allowed my wife and I to squeeze in a quick workout while our son napped, and the concierge was extremely helpful—recommending family-friendly restaurants nearby and helping us plan our itinerary to avoid crowds at popular attractions like the One World Observatory, where we even got a 25% discount card through the hotel. We also loved exploring the surrounding neighborhood on foot, with cobblestone streets, historic buildings, and the charming Tin Building just a short walk away.
Overall, our stay at Hotel Indigo New York Downtown Wall Street was fantastic. The hotel’s prime location, comfortable and quiet rooms, thoughtful amenities, and warm, family-focused service made our New York City trip unforgettable. It’s the perfect choice for families traveling with young children who want to be in the heart of the action while still having a peaceful place to retreat. We highly recommend it and would definitely return on our next family trip to NYC.

Room was small, did not provide water bottles had to go down to the concierge to refill or buy from whole foods-7-11. Our Tv broke down half way but luckily the hotel managed to fix it within a few hours. 

To boil hot water had to go down to the concierge to do so. No amenities were provided. It is just a place to sleep.

For the price was not worth it. I accidentally booked 8 nights which the hotel refused to cancel without giving a reason why. Bear in mind after booking I immediately contacted the hotel to mention this typo but they refused to correct it. Luckily trip.com managed to come through to reimburse me a little for the losses.

Overall will not stay again. There are better hotels for the same prices. Only selling point was location was good.

Location is very central, staff nice enough and with service charge of $36 you can have a free breakfast ans a drink a day…but not if u are vegan!!

To be fair for the price range I was expecting something a bit more up class .

The location is right by Shiliupu Dock, which is super convenient for a night cruise on the Bund.
The downside is that being so close, it's quite damp.
There's a spot in the restaurant perfect for photos with the ”Bund Three Treasures” (Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Jin Mao Tower, and Shanghai World Financial Center).
Overall, it's worth staying.

I was very satisfied with the room. Located in Jing'an District, it truly embodied peace and tranquility. I loved the surrounding atmosphere, the hotel's Hollywood movie star vibe, and the large round bathtub. The breakfast was also quite rich. My only minor issue was that the air conditioning vent in the suite was directly above the bed, which was a bit uncomfortable. Everything else was perfect.

It's been over ten years since I last visited Dishui Lake. This year, my birthday happened to fall on a weekend, so I decided to stay at the Indigo Shanghai Dishui Lake in a Deluxe Lake View Room, and the experience far exceeded my expectations. The room directly faces Dishui Lake, offering an expansive, unobstructed view. In the evening, I could enjoy the entire drone show and the spectacular fireworks display right from my balcony, completely avoiding the crowds downstairs.

For dinner, I booked the buffet downstairs. When I mentioned it was my birthday, the staff thoughtfully brought out a bowl of birthday noodles, which was a heartwarming touch. The biggest bonus was that breakfast is served until 12:30 PM, which is perfectly tailored for a vacation – they truly understand the needs of late risers!

The hotel is right across from Dishui Lake, so after breakfast, you can grab a shared bike across the road and cycle around the lake, enjoying the blue skies, white clouds, picturesque lake views, and the sculptures hidden in the green spaces. If you're looking for a place to relax and enjoy the scenery, a lake view room is definitely worth trying.
