The breakfast at the hotel is very good, I like it very much, the variety is good, the taste is good. My room was found to have obvious stains on the bed at the night of check-in. Due to the late time, I can only deal with it sloppyly. Serve the little brother, and he said that he immediately handled all the room hygiene, which is very satisfactory.

I don't know why the hotel service staff didn't clean the hotel for a few days.

There is a problem with the electronic lock in the room. The car can be parked in front of the hotel, but it is required to park in a very expensive underground garage. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at INNSiDE by Meliá Madrid Valdebebas. The hotel is very close to Madrid Airport, making it ideal for layovers or early/late flights. The free shuttle to T4 is very convenient. The surrounding area is quiet, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby for easy daily supplies. The room was clean and comfortable, the facilities were relatively new, and it offered good value for money. The only drawback is that it's a bit far from the city center, but as an airport hotel, I highly recommend it.

Good location, convenient travel, and good service attitude, the tip waiter we stayed in the room did not charge, the room was clean and warm, very good.

Nice location, reception could have been more helpful when arranging early check in after a 12h flight. There obviously was a room available of a higher category for a couple $ extra but this was only suggested after 2h of waiting in the lobby (had also contacted in advance weeks prior). Also no room amenities available that you'd expect like toothbrushes, razors, shower caps etc.

Love this window view! Good front desk service, delicious breakfast! Good location, eat at the bar when you go out at night.
