This hotel has a unique ambiance, perfect for hosting clients. My friends highly recommended it, especially for those who appreciate Chinese-style decor. The stay was very satisfying, and the surrounding transportation is also convenient.

This hotel is located in the heart of Lujiazui. The overall design style embraces Chinese aesthetics, creating a truly unique and elegant Chinese living atmosphere. The moment you step in, you're captivated by the New Chinese design. The lobby, infused with the scent of wood, blends the Zen tranquility of Suzhou gardens. The space, a collaboration between Zhu & Zhou Design and 'Shang Xia,' perfectly embodies the 'heavenly circle, earthly square' Eastern philosophy, instantly whisking you away from the city's hustle and bustle.

The room is spacious and tidy, with surprising details: a high-quality Dyson hairdryer and Nespresso capsule coffee machine, elegant 'Shang Xia' toiletries, and the added comfort of a smart toilet and floor-to-ceiling windows. The extra-long vanity desk meets all your display needs, and the complimentary first round of the MiniBar is a thoughtful touch.

The service is impeccable. The front desk staff are efficient, patient, and attentive. The welcome tea upon check-in and the Dragon Pearl Pu'er tea souvenir upon departure were incredibly heartwarming. The package also included an afternoon tea, perfect for a relaxing drink with friends or family. I will definitely be returning often.

The room was great, with excellent blackout curtains which really helped with sleep! The front desk service was also good, and it was a nice touch that breakfast could be delivered to the room. The first round of drinks at the bar being free was a bonus! However, I'd suggest offering fewer carb-heavy options and increasing tea selections at breakfast.

The hotel's interior is very modern with new facilities and a large mirror. My check-in experience was great. The best part was the restaurant – delicious food and a beautiful ambiance. I especially loved the noodles! The toppings were fantastic. However, the hotel's cleanliness in some details could be improved. The King Koil mattress, which they boast about, felt rather ordinary. Comfortable, but not amazing. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet spot despite being right next to Liucheng New World, with plenty of great food and drink options nearby. The minibar is refreshed daily with a good variety of drinks.

We chose the Citadines Taikoo Li Chengdu for our trip to Chengdu with our baby, and it was a wonderfully comfortable stay. The location is incredibly convenient; Taikoo Li is right downstairs, making shopping and dining with a child effortless. Rita was incredibly thoughtful; seeing that I had a little one, she proactively upgraded us to a family room and even gave us a toy gift, which made my child so happy. Service was very responsive and they were always ready to assist. The breakfast had a great variety, and my baby loved it. In the evening, there were even late-night snacks, with warm porridge and small dishes – so comforting.

My three-night stay was an incredibly satisfying experience.

The front desk service was professional and efficient: check-in was quick, the staff were friendly and smiling, and they proactively upgraded me to a quiet room on a higher floor, while also providing a detailed overview of the hotel facilities.

The room itself was comfortable and spotless: it was spacious and bright, the mattress was perfectly firm yet soft, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the water pressure was excellent. The mini-bar was restocked daily, and the soundproofing was outstanding, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

Breakfast exceeded all expectations: the variety was astounding, ranging from Chinese dim sum and a live noodle station to Western pastries and baked goods. I especially recommend the local specialty, freshly pan-fried potstickers; I was awakened by their delicious aroma every morning.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, and it offers exceptional value for money. My only suggestion would be to perhaps add more fresh fruit options. Overall, it far surpassed my expectations and will be my top choice for future stays.
