I really liked this hotel. The rooms are clean, and they change towels if you leave them on the floor (there's a sign in the bathroom explaining this). The breakfasts are excellent with a good variety of cheeses, vegetables, and pastries. There's also a lean towards Indian cuisine, but Europeans won't go hungry either. The pool is clean, and they provide towels. There are tennis courts on the property.

The hotel is a convenient 10-minute walk to the airport, which is great for transit layovers. However, we stayed during a tennis tournament in February, and the walk to the tennis courts took about 12 minutes. The metro is about a 15-minute walk away.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We stayed at this hotel with my best friend as their location is very nice. Our experience was not the best as we in our bathroom you can fe feel cigarette smell although the whole hotel is non smoking. They tried to fix and the next day it was the same and we think it comes from another room from the a/c. So many kids and one night some kids ring our doorbell when we were sleeping, the people staying the next door had their door open and people were running and screaming, when we called the receptionist they came to help with this but not straight away as we had to call twice. Not possible to swim in the pool as so many kids were not only in kids section but everywhere. Breakfast is fine but not exceptional, dinner is quite boring. Rooms are quite old too, so don’t expect it will be as on their photos as they definitely need to change them. For this price I would pick another hotel. Everything I liked about this place is their location.

This hotel not far from Al Nasr sport hall. 10 minutes walk. We had competition there. That’s why we chose this location. Airport Dubai also not so far. 
Hotel is old, many rooms have smell. First we got room with broken AC, it was like sauna. Good that they gave us another room, we had choice between 3 rooms(only one of them was without bad smell).
Bed was very comfortable. I especially liked the down pillows and blankets
There was a lot of Indian food at breakfast. We stayed 5 nights and 2 times we had indigestion, after we stopped eating this food, we ate only tea with cake.
In general it wasn’t so bad and staff was friendly and helpful but I don’t think that I will come back to this hotel.

Was very disappointed with the state of the room for such a good brand hotel. 
I didn’t bother reading any reviews. I just booked it because it was a known brand. 
unfortunately on arrival the room was in a state. It was very dusty and dirty very dated and just not nice at all. The room was not cheap costing nearly $170 plus so I expected a cleaner room it was 1 o’clock in the morning when I arrived and I was just so tired that I didn’t want to kick up a fuss so I just stayed the night and left in the morning 
had it been during the day I would’ve insisted on a refund and changed hotels. This is my true experience with this hotel on may not reflect the same for other travellers.

I'm very satisfied with both the price and the cleanliness of the environment. The staff are even more conscientious and responsible. I'm extending my stay for a second day today, and I'm definitely writing this review. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure vacations. I'll choose this place again next time, I really like it. Highly recommended! There are also many restaurants downstairs, and it's very convenient to get a taxi. It is a good hotel. The rooms were large and comfortable. The water pressure though, was a bit disappointing. 

The f&b was average although the desserts were to die for. The breakfast layout was intuitive for me.

Overall not a bad stay and can recommend the hotel.

I needed a place to rest, and this hotel exceeded all expectations! The staff were incredibly attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Check-in was quick and smooth, which made the start of my stay effortless. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking truly mind blowing.
A special shoutout to Rubel, who went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. He was kind, helpful, and attentive to every little detail, making my stay even more enjoyable. I can’t recommend this hotel enough! Thank you!

Very good overall and would visit again.

Likes :

-clean large room with large bed and sofa with 2 TVs and very clean modern bathrooms.
-3 swimming pools very clean, gym is good too
-clean fresh food for breakfast but lacks variety. 
-Good location, close to JBR and Emirates mall with some shuttle service.
-very nice kind staff


Dislikes:

-The paid extra child bed was old, small and very uncomfortable, sleeping on the sofa would have been better

- Very uncomfortable pillows.
 -The children pool was old and lacking, could not intetest my 5 and 10 year old, maybe 3 year olds would like the splash zone 
-The breakfast was just ok.

The hotel is very close to Dubai Mall entrance via Chinatown Dubai Mall, just between Vida Mall and Address Residences. The good thing is we avoid Downtown Dubai traffic when we travel to other Dubai attractions while staying close to Dubai Mall / Burj Khalifa. Hotel cleanliness is superb, staff is helpful, 2 bedroom apartment we stay is fully furnished with all utensils and kitchenette are fully working. Special commendation to Madhuri who is very pleasant to us. Thank you for everything. Recommended hotel to stay in Downtown Dubai.

I really loved this hotel! The fantastic spa area is included in the price, which was exactly what I needed after a long journey. The spa being open until 10 PM is also a huge plus. It has a jacuzzi, a pool, a hammam, and a sauna. The interior design is very appealing. The room was also large and spacious, with many thoughtful touches – even a nail file in a box! 

Breakfast was a whole other level; there was everything you could imagine and more, all fresh and delicious. 

Its location is very convenient, just a 7-minute taxi ride to the airport for 250 Lira. Viaport is also nearby, perfect for some great shopping. There's a lovely area close by for walks, with fountains, cafes, and evening lights. Plus, there's a large Migros supermarket nearby.

Close to the congress we attended. Tram line close to the hotel was a life saver. We went to the congress venue with 2 stops. 5 stops to bus station and last stop was Eminönü which is a central attraction. Breakfast not included and view of the back side rooms was not so tempting  but overall clean and convenient stay for us. If I had another congress nearby, I would prefer the hotel again. 

Movenpick hotel on Marmara Sea is new hotel with beautiful design, comfortable room and perfect lobby. There is luxury restaurant with Turkish food on top floor with amazing view. Underground they have spa with sauna and nice pool. Bedding’s and everything is very clean. Shower is very good. Enjoy your stay on high floor as we did. Only one thing - please pay attention there connecting room, so if you like privacy ask no connection room before on reception. Room service 24 hours food is tasty food with vegetarian variety. I highly recommend this place to relax away from city crowd.
We try Movenpick ice cream and coffee on lobby bar.

The staff proactively brought my luggage to my room and introduced it to me. The room, which didn't have a view of the historical building, was quiet and comfortable. I really liked the Mövenpick toiletries; they weren't slippery and the cleaning power was just right. It's also very close to the food street and pedestrian street—just one underground passage away. The convenience is quite good. If you couldn't book a bay view room at the last minute, you can try staying here.

Excellent hotel, conveniently located near the metro station. The breakfasts are good, and the Italian restaurant on the 21st floor offers a great selection of Italian dishes with an extensive bar menu. Do note that on the top floors, you can feel a draft from the windows during strong winds, so some window adjustments might be needed.

I had a very pleasant stay and overall a great experience. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The hotel facilities were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout the stay.

The location was also very convenient, and the overall service quality met my expectations. Breakfast and food options were enjoyable as well.

I stayed 12 days in Movenpick , cleaning service is really good and staff attitude very nice . The problem is not any restaurant or fast food around, only have one supermarket close to hotel . I’ll definitely back there next time.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately the repeated experience turned out to be worse than the first one. We were offered a two-story room on the first and basement floors. The room itself is very large in size, with 3 bedrooms. Nicely decorated and furnished. There are all the amenities, a kitchen, a wonderful living room. The hotel provides water and tea and coffee sets daily. However, the excellent quality of the room could not compensate for the discomfort of the stay. There were 2 problems:
1. The ventilation and air conditioning system did not work, so the rooms were very stuffy and the temperature was +25. In one bedroom, where there was no window, it was very uncomfortable to sleep.
2. Directly opposite the windows of the other two bedrooms there will be a booth with 2 dogs that bark non-stop. Very loud. Day and night. Therefore, even earplugs did not provide a comfortable sleep.

At the same time, on the first day of our stay they told us that the next day they would change the room, but when we came to do this, they said that there were no rooms available.

The hotel breakfast has improved and we really enjoyed it.

Fitness zone is nice but the pool has very cold water and it is uncomfortable to use it.

Overall I was satisfied with my stay at Movenpick  residences. There were some things I think could be worked on.

Cons 
1. The wait time for the buggy to go to the hotel side was too long. Sometimes the drivers also refused as they were dropping off people at the villas. Walking wouldn't be an issue normally but during the rainy season it was a bit of an inconvenience. 

2. On three occasions during breakfast times my seat was taken by others or my food/drinks were cleared away whilst I was getting more food to eat. Staff assign tables to guests but I observed on many occasions people just walking in and sitting down by themselves. 

3. The location is quite far from the shopping area/markets. However if you plan to relax with a beach on your doorstep this is the place. 

4.Good choice of restaurants and bars but prices can be quite expensive. As a result of the location there isn't much options for lunch and dinner elsewhere unless you take a tax.i

Pros 

1. Facilities are very nice and well maintained. The gym was excellent as well as the spa facilities. Seems to be a lot of options for families too which is great

2. Having the private beach area withing walking distance from the hotel is excellent. 

3. Great choice of food for breakfast and different options everyday for variety. The quality of the food was also great. 

4. Chocolate hour is also a nice tough with a good selection and variety of snacks. 

5. Arranging transfers and shuttle buses to various places was very convenient.

Stayed for 3 nights. The two queen beds provided ample space for our family of four, and the ocean view was absolutely stunning. While the room was cleaned daily, the pillows had a persistent musty/sweaty smell that was quite unpleasant throughout our stay. Also, the air conditioner occasionally made loud noises, which was disruptive, and the drain in the bathroom was slow. I wanted to request a room change but decided against it to avoid the hassle. It felt like this room had been used a lot, and overall, it was disappointing. The pool water quality was also poor, making proper swimming impossible. However, the Saturday bubble event was a big hit with the kids!

I just wish they had stuck to the event times. The chocolate hour wasn't something we felt the need to use daily. The breakfast restaurant was very crowded, and the food was just average. I walked to the main entrance once, and it took about 15 minutes. Note that the buggy service stops running after 6 PM.
