"The hotel has a very good location, close to the train station, making transportation very convenient. There were no toothbrushes or slippers provided, so guests need to bring their own. It would be better if the bathroom had a shower stall instead of a bathtub, as water tends to splash everywhere and make the bathroom wet. There is also a tram stop right in front of the hotel, so it can be a bit noisy early in the morning. However, if you are tired after a full day of sightseeing, the noise probably will not affect your sleep too much. Overall, the stay was quite comfortable and convenient."

"The staff were incredibly helpful and patient, truly outstanding. The water pressure and temperature in the shower were excellent, and the hairdryer was pretty powerful. This Ostello Bello's bar being connected to the accommodation can get a bit noisy, but they provide earplugs which helps. I stayed right above the bar, and while there was some noise, it wasn't too disruptive. And even though there weren't curtains on the beds, it was still fine."

"The hotel is very close to the train station, but it feels very safe. The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was absolutely charming; he heard my husband was learning Italian and chatted with him for ages, which really made our day! Our room faced the courtyard instead of the street, so it was very quiet, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast spread was extensive, and I'd say it offers excellent value for money in Italy. We're very grateful for the hotel's service and ambiance, which made our two days in Florence truly enjoyable."

"Hotel was good. Close to city center. You can walk to bus C2 that takes you to everywhere in city center directly, we did that. It has a tap system with your payment card. Only thing we wondered was a construction worker in the room beside us working until 23.50 with vaccum cleaner and banging. We were up, but if you would had to sleep, it would have been alot annoying. But everything was great, good service. And it was clean."

"This hotel's rooms are incredibly beautiful and clean! They provide a wide array of disposable amenities, including slippers and body lotion, which is quite rare for European hotels. Our room even had a small balcony with a lovely view of the pool downstairs and the surrounding trees. While breakfast wasn't entirely to my taste, the variety was impressive, even featuring honey with a honeycomb. The front desk offers complimentary luggage storage, which was very helpful. A thoughtful touch was the free long-handled umbrellas available for guests, especially since it happened to be raining during our stay. The only real downside is that, despite being close to Florence train station in a straight line, the walk from the station to the hotel is actually quite long. Plus, exiting the Florence station involves going down a set of stairs, which is very inconvenient with large luggage. This made the walk to the hotel feel even longer, especially with intersections where poor signal made maps unclear and it was easy to get lost. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this hotel. The internal environment is very well-maintained, and the front desk staff are patient and polite. If I have the chance to visit Florence again, I would definitely choose this hotel. The price is truly excellent value for money."

"Exceeded all expectations! I thought a hotel in an old building would be run-down, but the room was beautifully renovated. It was small but had everything you needed and was very comfortable. The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful. She let us check in early as soon as a room was available, and answered all our questions throughout our stay. The breakfast room offers stunning views of Florence, with the cathedral dome and swifts that have migrated back from Africa after winter flying by the window."

"This is a fantastic hotel with an excellent location. It's less than a five-minute walk from the train station, and we had no trouble at all with our luggage along the way. The hotel staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, were all incredibly nice and provided great service. I was initially drawn to their outdoor dining area, but since it was winter and quite cold, we opted to dine inside the restaurant in the evening. I accidentally broke a wine glass, and the staff handled it wonderfully, which left a very positive impression on me. The room wasn't particularly spacious, but the facilities were new, and the bedding was comfortable. The room diffuser also had a very pleasant scent. Just a short walk from the hotel entrance, there's a bus stop with a direct route to Piazzale Michelangelo at the top of the hill. It's definitely worth visiting for the panoramic views of Florence. Overall, it's a superb hotel with a great location, and the breakfast was also quite good—I particularly enjoyed the fresh kiwi. The transportation is convenient, making it very friendly for train travelers. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time."

"At first I was frustrated because of the location. When I checked with the reception, only we know there's tram can direct from train station to the location, as google map never show this to us, and we walked at least 20mins with our luggage. And also we booked for double bed. When we checking in, the staff told us was their mistake so unable to provide us the double bed, and promised us to chg to double at second day. Ended up they didn't chg for us. I understand that requisition cannot guarantee but since the staff promised to us so ended up we quite disappointed. Other than those above, everything was great. Would come back to this hotel again."

"We had a fabulous stay in Florence and the hotel’s location near the train station was fantastic both for when we arrived and departed (by train) but also for the three different tours we went on. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel like family, the breakfast was substantial with plenty of options, and the tiny lollies at the front desk were a sweet bonus. Would definitely recommend!"

"The hotel is in the perfect location, right on the Arno. I scored a room with a view of the river, with the Ponte Vecchio bridge to the right and Ponte Santa Trinità to the left. I could walk to all the museums and the Duomo and the train station. The breakfast buffet is pretty decent and the coffee strong. This was my first visit to Florence, and it was marvelous! I'll be back."
