Mostly terrible hotel ever! No Wi-Fi signal in the room, room dirty and have a lot of dust, service is awful. Sink pipe did not work in bathroom and we ask receptionist send someone to us to repair it but no one is came!

staff were nice and friendly. rooms had lots of space. the price was fair. the only thing is a little far from LA, if you would visit universal studios, UCLA.

The room could of been cleaner, there was good crumbles on the floor. There were strands of hair in the shower and on the towels. The bathroom door didn’t close correctly and we were unable to lock it.

My stay was great! It was quiet , clean and very peaceful. The view of the pool area was so pretty. I would definitely stay here again for sure . Thank you Vanllee 😁

Clean and comfortable rooms. Location was apt for our needs.

The room is big, a little old, and a little hard to find, like a maze. The breakfast is so shabby. It's hard to find food around, you have to drive 1 minute to find it.

The hotel is located next to the highway. It is really too noisy. I couldn't fall asleep at night and could only sleep on the sofa in the living room. The breakfast staff was indifferent and the breakfast service was average. There was a problem with the hotel elevator. There was a serious jam when going up and down the elevator, which was a bit scary.

The environment is OK. The hotel has its own style, but the facilities are a bit old. There is even water leakage from the upstairs in the bathroom. There is a swimming pool, but the water does not look very clean. The service is quite satisfactory and not very enthusiastic. The breakfast is OK, not rich, but enough, and worth the price.

The service is too bad, the room facilities are old, the breakfast is too bad, and the bed sheets and bathroom supplies are not changed. I will never stay here again in my life.

⛔️⛔️⛔️☢️🪧There are too many problems with this hotel, so I won’t list them one by one: 1) The exhaust fan does not work and the smell is too strong; 2) The air conditioner makes noise but has no cooling effect; 3) The facilities are old and messy, stuffy and the space is wasted; 4) The front desk is lazy and perfunctory; 5) There was no cleaning during the 3 days of stay; 6) There was a problem with the door lock; 7) For the other 3 days, I paid the room fee and notified in advance that I could not check out. The hotel agreed to deduct one day’s room fee, and the hotel would not refund it; 8) There are many homeless people staying inside; At 11:47, a man in a black uniform knocked on the door with a pen and a registration book, saying that I would check out immediately. I said I was packing and would check out immediately! The other party hesitated and said it would take no more than 10 minutes! What’s wrong with this hotel? I have been traveling in the United States for nearly 20 years, and I have rarely encountered such hotels! I strongly recommend that Ctrip cancel its cooperation with this hotel! So as not to let Chinese people spend money in vain!

The hotel has a classic charm, the room is spacious and old, the bed is a little soft, it would be better if it were harder. It is equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, which is very convenient. If this hotel can be managed by better management, it will be very good👍It's a pity now~ The breakfast is not delicious, the restaurant is dirty, there are no vegetables and fruits... But in short, it's okay, I stayed for a week and got a discount.
