The room was excellent: spotlessly clean and stylishly furnished. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to the subway, with an abundance of local eateries and large shopping malls nearby. Seriously, everything you need is within easy reach. The customer service was outstanding.

The ambiance was great, and the location was excellent. However, we arrived at 3:30 PM, and our room wasn't ready as it was undergoing deep cleaning. This was quite disappointing. Otherwise, everything else was pretty good.

This was my first guesthouse stay in Kunming, and I couldn't be happier! Overall, a truly delightful experience!

I stumbled upon Yonghe House Designer B&B by chance, and it absolutely blew my expectations away! It was a perfect experience, offering a beautiful blend of artistic aesthetics and authentic local charm. One of the biggest highlights was the local farmers' market right next to the B&B! If you're a fan of immersive travel, you absolutely cannot miss it. The market was bursting with genuine Kunming local life. The fruits were incredibly fresh and cheap, there was an array of unique vegetables and mushrooms, plus authentic local snacks and cooked food stalls. We ended up buying a huge haul of fruits to enjoy back in our room – it was pure bliss! This experience was far more engaging than visiting any commercial street.

The room was spotless, and the two projectors were a fantastic feature. The location is superb: there are two shopping malls next door offering a wide variety of restaurants, and the fruit shop across the street was both cheap and delicious. A bus stop is conveniently located right outside, and with easy access to two subway lines, getting to high-speed rail stations and airports is incredibly convenient.

The location is fantastic, making it super easy to catch a taxi right outside. There are also plenty of great food options nearby. The room itself was lovely and very clean, and my kids absolutely loved it.

The property is beautiful, large, and spacious, perfect for families traveling with children. We initially booked three nights at an All Seasons hotel, but the room and beds were too small for our two children (one in elementary and one in middle school) to comfortably sleep in. So we decided to switch last minute, and to our surprise, it turned out to be a wonderful unexpected find! The location is convenient for getting around, close to several large shopping malls and plenty of dining options. Plus, parking is free. We booked two rooms simultaneously, which had different layouts but both were very charming and true to the pictures. My daughter absolutely loved the style.

Customer service was incredibly prompt in their responses, and their attitude was fantastic. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Kunming's clouds are breathtaking! Dianchi Lake is an absolute must-see; it's truly beautiful. Although there are no seagulls during summer, the scenery remains incredibly stunning. Our room was very comfortable, and the surrounding area offers convenient shopping.
