The hotel has an excellent location. The slow check-in is a negative. We showed up at the hotel at the time specified for check-in. We got one room right away, and for the other we had to wait 2 hours, which is unacceptable. The breakfast food is varied, tasty. Sometimes food runs out, but it is replenished shortly. The restaurant needs to have a little more seating. In general, the hotel interior needs to be refreshed. The price-quality ratio is good.

Citymax Al Barsha At The Mall is a good hotel for me. The location is vibrant and convenient. The amenities are quite new and very clean. I especially appreciate the spacious gym.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The service was really good, especially the shuttle bus staff—they were very accommodating and helpful. The restaurant hall also offered delicious food, and the staff there were friendly and attentive. The pool area was welcoming and relaxing as well. Overall, a pleasant experience and definitely worth recommending.

I booked a single-bedroom studio for a 2-night stay at Asma Al Barsha Hotel Apartments, mainly because I saw attractive swimming pool views on social media and was looking forward to using both the gym and pool facilities. At the time of booking and even during check-in, the reception staff informed me that these facilities were included in my package, which I was already aware of. However, they did not mention the pool timing restrictions. As it is the beginning of summer in the United Arab Emirates, I planned to swim around 9:30 PM when the weather is more comfortable and ideal for photos or videos. Unfortunately, only after going up to the rooftop did I see a notice stating that the pool is open only from 9 AM to 9 PM. This timing is not practical considering the high humidity during daytime in this region. Additionally, the gym is managed by a third party, which was not clearly communicated. After check-in, basic items like slippers are not provided immediately—you need to call reception and wait around 20–30 minutes. Regarding parking, it was mentioned that parking is available. However, I arrived using an electric scooter, which is quite common and practical in areas like Al Barsha. There were no facilities to charge electric scooters, and I ended up wasting more than 3 hours trying to find a solution. Another inconvenience is the lack of designated smoking areas within the building. The property has 6 floors, but there is no smoking room or zone on any floor. Guests must go outside the building to smoke. This becomes especially inconvenient because the room access card is required to operate the lift. If one person leaves with the card, the room loses power, leaving the other occupant without electricity. On a positive note, during my stay, I interacted with three different receptionists. Among them, a Sri Lankan staff member working the day shift stood out for her genuine hospitality, friendly attitude, and prompt service. Overall, while the room and basic facilities were satisfactory, there are several areas where management can improve guest convenience and communication.

Wonderful experience! Soft, plush towels, down pillows, and duvets. All essential amenities are provided, including an iron and ironing board. There's a rooftop pool and a 24-hour gym. The reception staff are very pleasant. The breakfast offers a great variety of dishes. It's a 5-minute walk from the Insurance Market metro station and 15 minutes to Mall of the Emirates. The hotel is also close to the Burj Al Arab, near which you'll find Souk Madinat Jumeirah.

The guest rooms are in a standard business minimalist style. While not overly spacious, the layout is practical, with a wide and functional desk. The bedding was clean and soft, and the soundproofing was good, allowing for a quiet rest after a long day. Room hygiene was impeccable; the bathroom was dry and tidy, with powerful hot water and good water pressure. The free Wi-Fi was stable and fast, perfectly meeting the needs for online meetings and work. Breakfast was a Western-style buffet, with a rich variety and consistent quality, perfect for a quick energy boost to start the workday. The hotel also offers essential business facilities like a 24-hour front desk, free parking, and simple laundry services, showing thoughtful attention to detail. To find such a hassle-free, comfortable, and high-value express hotel in Dubai is incredibly business-friendly. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip to Dubai!

The hotel is situated in an area which is newly developed. Without travel jam or crowded transportation, it is easy to transport yourself easily. We arrived quite early becasue our flight arrived at six in the morning. After checking in, we lucily met a gentleman, whom we believe he belongs management personnel, who kindly provided us a room immediately for our convenience. It is fantastic. The restaurant for the breakfast is full of holiday mood while you may find it a bit uncomfortable when all the guests take the meal at the same time.
