The hotel offers good value for money if you’re looking for an affordable 5-star stay, but it didn’t quite deliver the level of service and experience I expected from a luxury property. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, although fairly basic in terms of design and amenities. One of the highlights was the nice view of Qasr Al Watan and the nearby Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental. The gym was well-equipped, while the pool and beach areas were decent but not particularly memorable. Service could be improved, especially around staffing. The towel booth often seemed understaffed, and in general the hotel appeared to be operating with limited personnel, which affected the overall experience. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it to travelers seeking a true luxury resort experience. However, if your priority is finding a reasonably priced 5-star hotel with clean rooms, good facilities, and attractive views, it could still be a suitable option.

I requested a late check-out for my late flight the next day. They happily accommodated my request, which was a great help. I hadn't eaten Japanese food in a long time, so I went to the sushi restaurant they recommended, and it was delicious – I polished it all off! 😍

Spent at this hotel 4 days, everything at this hotel is worth every penny. Good sized rooms, specious bathroom, clean all over, customer service is excellent, reception is very helpful and friendly, the cafe and restaurant area is excellent, the foods and beverages are also excellent. The pool is great and looks like fun but we didn't get the chance to use it due to the heat. The gym is ok, it can be a bit improved considering it's a 5 stars hotel, but it's more than enough for your average workout. Everything at this hotel is excellent. The only bad experience we had it was nothing to do with the hotel but our next door neighbour for only one night they were on the balcony at 2 am and talking loudly and laughing loudly too. I had to call the reception to get them quite and into a normal civilised hbehaviour. It's just luck, you get low class people in a high class place which it proves that you can't buy class. Would I book here again? Absolutely, in fact I'll book again at this hotel in a couple of months.

Wasn’t very happy with my toilet . Shower wasn’t working well . Parking facilities are very poor and service to bring the vehicle to reception was very very delay . Shortage of staff. But location is good , rooms were decent and pool was goods

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Khalidiya branch. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. We especially loved the excellent service and the delicious breakfast, which offered a great variety of options. The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and always willing to assist, making our stay even more pleasant. The only minor suggestion for improvement would be to provide slippers and dental kits in the rooms. We hope these amenities can be included in the future for added convenience. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and we had a great experience. Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others. 😊

The room was great, and the price was very reasonable. The bathroom was also good. The location is decent, with a Chinese supermarket and a small Chinese restaurant not too far away. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and even upgraded me to a suite for free. It was a really pleasant experience overall.

Great stay as always. Have stayed at this hotel a few times previously and does not disappoint. Clean, tidy rooms, great location in the centre of town and friendly staff. Great place to stay as a base in Abu Dhabi.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area,up on my arrival is was received very professionally,the valet gentleman guided me to reception ,the gentleman that assisted me at reception was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing ,my booking confirmation didn't take long ,the valet assistant escorted me to my room . To be honest ,the room was not properly cleaned as it still had dirty dustbins in the room and toilet,didn't seem like the beddings was changed as I was scratching the whole night and since I booked for only one night ,I really didn't have the energy to call housekeeping to change my bedding,the room had carpet and it didn't look like the carpet is regularly clean,the room had an unpleasant smell The bathroom towels were dirty and unchanged so I opted not to use them , the bathroom floor was filthy as well. The air conditioning kept blowing dirty air so I opted to switch it off to avoid getting sick , don't know if the air conditioning is regularly cleaned or maintained. Since my car was parked at valet and I want to drive out so I went to reception gave my vehicle ticket for the valet assistant to bring my car ,at that moment there were many people checking in , instead of him bring my car out ,he insisted that I go get my vehicle in the basement,I told him I don't even know we're the basement is but he was aggressive and said it's easy in a loud voice,just go to the basement you will see your car,that was very strange however I continued to do that,that was very unprofessional from the valet assistant. I realized that this valet assistantent was different to the assistant that initially assisted me up on my arrival . It's strange to have one person determine the Review of the hotel but I also have to be honest to avoid this from happening nxt time.

The hotel is clean but it is like a condo or flat type of hotel…but it is nice anyway. The food is so yummy with a lot of choices. For the location, it is about 15-20 minutes walk from Al Wahda Mall & so, it’s a bit far. Better to ride a taxi if you have a luggage because it is very hot outside esp. during the mid day. It is near anyway, in all the tourist spots of the city. At night as well, you can hear the music from the bar and also the sound of cars passing by outside. The staff were so friendly, helpful & accommodating. For the service, I find it excellent. We had a pleasant stay in this hotel.

We booked this hotel knowing we wouldn't spend a lot of time in it and it would be a place to sleep. We found the things we wanted to see in Abu Dhabi were pretty spread out but this was central enough to it all. The hotel is located about 30 minutes from Zayed International Airport and Yas Island and about 15 minutes away from the Saadiyat Cultural District with all its museums and the Galleria area. There are some dining options and smaller stores nearby but it is a short drive away from some better options. We booked a room with a king bed and had a good stay in it. The room was small but considering the price we felt it was well appointed with a mini fridge, coffee/tea station, small TV and a closet. The pillows were pretty comfy and we felt we had a good night's rest when we stayed. We booked a non smoking room and so did our cousin but it seems that despite what our booking website showed the smoking is allowed in many of the rooms. They did spray our room with a deodorizer before we got in and we felt it helped. There are enough plugs throughout the rooms and there was enough lighting even though it only came from the table side lamps. The area is very active and late into the night and my wife found it a bit noisy, had issues sleeping and needed to use ear plugs but I found it was quiet enough and had no issues falling asleep each night. We didn't need AC during our stay in February because our room was the right temperature for us but there was a thermostat on the wall. The bathroom had lots of room and a good sized bath tub. The shower felt great and offered good pressure and plenty of steam. They had shower gel, shampoo and body lotion that are restocked each day. The ventilation could have been a bit stronger because the condensation from our steamy showers left the floor damp. Thankfully there is daily housekeeping to help with this issue. There aren't any amenities at this hotel other than a small business centre. There are some restaurants nearby to grab a quick bite but we had to drive a bit to go to places we wanted to try. The parking nearby is all paid but is free between 11:00pm-8:00am and we were lucky our first night getting a spot right in front of the hotel with Unais' help but the second night we had to park about a block away. Parking costs 2 AED per hour but there are special rates for longer stays like 24 hours. We felt this hotel was convenient for our stay in Abu Dhabi because we didn't want to spend a lot on a place we wouldn't spend much time in. This met our needs perfectly.
