Facilities: A bit dated. Cleanliness: Just so-so. Environment: The surrounding area is quite beautiful, with a villa district. Breakfast was very rich. Service: The front desk staff wasn't very enthusiastic. I asked to borrow a charger, and she said they didn't have one and told me to buy one at the convenience store next door.

The hotel was clean on arrival and check-in was smooth. However, the room was smaller than shown in the images. I asked for a room change but they refused to upgrade unless we paid extra per night. Breakfast was good, with fresh omelettes made to order and a nice selection overall. We decided to add the evening meal, which honestly worked out better with the children. The spa was nice, clean, and included in the booking price, which was an added benefit. There was no kids’ club as mentioned on the website; however, there was an outdoor play area, which worked well if you wanted the children to be outside. The location was far from the city centre, though it was convenient for visiting the Butterfly Garden and the National Aquarium.

I had a very pleasant stay at Gravity Hotel. The rooms are modern, spacious, and kept exceptionally clean. Staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any request. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The hotel provides good amenities and a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. Housekeeping and maintenance teams are attentive and professional. Overall, it’s great value for money and perfect for both short and long stays.

Our family had a pleasant three-night stay at VOGO Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa from 29 December to 1 January, enjoying the comfortable facilities and beautiful golf course surroundings. Overall, it was a positive experience with a few areas that could be improved. The hotel provides valet parking, which is very convenient, especially when traveling with children and luggage. Most staff we encountered were polite and helpful, although service quality can feel inconsistent at times. One minor disappointment was the check-in experience: the receptionist shook her body in a dismissive way while speaking to us, which did not match the professional standards expected of a five-star hotel. Our room was spacious and generally clean, with the highlight being the lovely golf club view from the window, which made our stay feel relaxing and resort-like. Cleanliness was acceptable, with housekeeping keeping the room in reasonable condition, though not outstanding compared with some other luxury properties. On the first day, the pump of the shower gel dispenser was not working, which was inconvenient after a long day.After we left a note for the hotel on the second morning, the issue was fixed promptly, and the dispenser worked properly for the rest of the stay, showing that the team is responsive once informed. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options including Middle Eastern and international fusion dishes that suited both adults and children. A special thanks to Ms. Getrude at the restaurant: she was very caring toward our child, spoke to her warmly, and even remembered our daughter’s name on the second day, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. Overall, this resort offers a relaxing golf-view environment, convenient valet parking, and a good breakfast selection, making it a comfortable choice for families. With some refinement in front-desk attitude and more attention to small in-room maintenance issues, it has the potential to deliver a consistently five-star experience.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of comfort and room to relax. Everything was spotless, reflecting the high standard of cleanliness maintained throughout the property. The service was truly exceptional—every staff member went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience, always greeting with a warm smile and readiness to assist. Additionally, the food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of flavorful dishes that catered to different tastes. The combination of friendly hospitality, cleanliness, and great amenities made my stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Everything was great, and my mom and I had a wonderful stay. ① Location: It's about a 10-15 AED taxi ride from the Grand Mosque. There are taxis readily available downstairs, and the staff will help you hail one if you ask. I found these to be cheaper than ride-sharing apps like Uber. ② Room Facilities: Clean and tidy, with excellent hardware and software, including hot water. The hotel also has a private beach, and many people were sunbathing there. ③ Overall Service: Excellent. The front desk kindly upgraded our room and was very enthusiastic about explaining all the services the hotel offers. It's a shame we didn't have time to experience the abra (water taxi) for sightseeing.

I just want to thank all the Staff from the front desk for helping and comforting the guests they were very professional, especially Mr. Eslam, Mr. Surya, and Ms. Koshilea they provided an Excellent room with a fantastic gulf view, everything was amazing, and the room is cozy and very clean, also, Thanks to Mr. Mark, Ms. Michelle and Ms, Lovely from Sevilla restaurant the dinner and breakfast were amazing, and too many choices. my kids were very satisfied with the Swimming pool and slides and also kids club.

The hotel is close to a supermarket and bus stop. Clean and has kitchen utensils and a washing machine provided. (studio room)

Amazing stay! Staffs are all very polite and friendly. Intensive care of each guest by remembering our names every time arriving at the hotel. Room was facing the pool with balcony which it was really nice to have this view. The lobby was soooo beautiful and it always smells good like all other ritz Carlton. Breakfast was good but the Doha Ritz Carlton was slightly nicer. Very clean room and it doesn’t feel like the age of the hotel. Daily cleaning also great. Highly recommend to try the Lebanese restaurant in the hotel. Nice food nice shisha and excellent service. We went twice during outstay. Specially shout out to Ransit he looked after us so well each time. Right opposite of the white mosque which it was beautiful but if you are looking for loads of shops and restaurants this isn’t the case. For us we liked the quietness and we uber everywhere easily from the hotel

I can't recommend this Shangri-La enough! The hotel is directly opposite the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque 🕌. The evening sunset, with the mosque visible across the water, creates an absolutely breathtaking view! While I've witnessed countless sunsets in many places, this one still managed to leave a truly profound impression on me! We were traveling as a family and had booked two rooms. One room had a good view, but the other was unfortunately facing a rocky, undeveloped area. After discussing this with the front desk, the staff member, while not overtly warm, was responsive to our questions. The issue was then escalated to a manager who swiftly offered a satisfactory solution: an upgrade to a suite! The view and spaciousness of the suite were truly unbeatable! Considering the price we paid through Ctrip, it offered incredible value for money.
