AAni M.Mövenpick Hotel Yerevan is a very good option within its segment, especially if you appreciate fresh, newly opened hotels.
The hotel has only recently opened, and you can really feel it — everything is absolutely new, clean, and fresh, from the rooms to the common areas. The rooms feel modern, comfortable, and well maintained, which makes the stay especially pleasant.
The location may be slightly debatable depending on what you are looking for. It is still very central and within walking distance of basically every major point in the city, but perhaps a little farther from the main walking and leisure areas compared to some other central hotels. That said, this is Yerevan — “far” here means around a 10-minute walk, so it is all very relative.
What really stood out was the staff and service. Everyone was extremely welcoming, attentive, and genuinely willing to accommodate guests in every possible way. They truly try to help and make the stay comfortable.
Overall, a very pleasant impression and a hotel I would definitely consider staying at again.

AAlinynokExcellent studio-style hotel with a kitchen. Great central location, we walked to all the most popular spots. Housekeeping isn't intrusive every morning; instead, you schedule it for the days you want, and it always happens during lunchtime. Friendly staff and a reasonable price. We'll definitely keep this in mind for the future. We didn't opt for breakfast as there are plenty of places to eat nearby.

GGuest UserGreat location and good breakfast. However, there's only one lift, so expect some waiting. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which makes it a bit messy and dirty.Hopefully, it will look much better once the work is done.
I recently booked a private tour through hotel to visit Khor Virap, Noravank, Tatev Monastery and the Aerial tramway. While I appreciate the arrangement, I wanted to share some concerns about the experience.
The driver did not provide any information about the destinations and only drove us between locations. Additionally, he dud not wear seatbelt, which led to a police stop and issue a fine. This was quite unsetting for us. The trip was cost AMD 99000.00. The driver never offer or stop for lunch and break.
We hope the hotel will take this into consideration to ensure future guests have a safer and more comfortable experience.

BBasharJust checked in and wanted to leave my review now since tomorrow’s my last day in Yerevan and I’ll be busy. I booked one night through Trip.com — everything is exactly as described. The room is clean, cozy, and has some nice extras: a sofa that turns into a small bed, an extra cabinet, a bidet in the bathroom, and they even offered welcome tea and water. The bed mattress is super comfortable too, which I really appreciated.
The staff are very welcoming and polite. There’s no elevator, but they’re happy to help with your bags and anything you need.
The location might be a bit tricky to find the first time since the hotel is inside a residential block. But once you get there, it’s easy to reach again. Just look for the small road right after Armeconombank, follow it all the way to the end, and when you reach the backyard, look to your right — you’ll see the building.
This review comes after changing many hotels over the past week — and honestly, this one stands out for its value, comfort, and service. Definitely booking again on my next trip to Armenia.
وصلت لتوي وحبيت أكتب تقييمي من الآن لأن بكرة آخر يوم لي في يريفان وراح أكون مشغول. حجزت ليلة وحدة فقط عن طريق Trip.com، وكل شيء كان مثل ما هو موصوف بالضبط. الغرفة نظيفة ومريحة، وفيها تفاصيل جميلة مثل كنبة تتحول لسرير صغير، خزانة إضافية، وشطاف في الحمام. كمان قدموا لي شاي وماء ترحيبي، والمرتبة مريحة جدًا وهذا شيء مهم بالنسبة لي.
الطاقم محترم ومتعاون جدًا، ما في مصعد في المبنى، لكن يساعدوك في حمل الشنط بدون تردد.
الموقع شوي مربك أول مرة لأن الفندق داخل مجمع سكني، لكن بمجرد ما توصله، بتصير الأمور أسهل بعدين. فقط امشِ في الطريق الصغير اللي بعد Armeconombank مباشرة، وكمل للآخر، ولما توصل للباحة الخلفية، شوف على يمينك وراح تلاقي المبنى.
أكتب هذا التقييم بعد تجربة وتغيير عدة فنادق خلال هذا الأسبوع، وبصراحة هذا الفندق كان من أفضلهم من ناحية الراحة والسعر والخدمة. أكيد راح أحجز فيه مرة ثانية إذا رجعت لأرمينيا

GGuest UserHotel in price-quality is optimal. Close to the airport. Near the park and shops. In the room is a slippery teapot. The window opens. Minus - there is no elevator, but I am not critical. The more luggage helped deliver. There are swingers for adults near the hotel very convenient.

YYaoyaoThe hotel is near the Republic Square. We drove by ourselves and there was a parking space in front of the door, which was very convenient for travel. The hotel facilities are complete, the lobby is spacious, the room size is decent, there is mineral water, and the breakfast is rich. The front desk staff is kind, warm and friendly. The hotel is cost-effective. We stayed for 4 consecutive nights from September 27 to October 1. It is recommended to stay.

GGuest UserThe room was huge and looked great. Furniture was comfortable. Internet was excellent. It is close to the circus and the Mother Armenia Monument, but not walkable to other tourist sites. One issue I had was noise isolation. The door unlocking is quite loud and there was a kind of large gap under the door, which I think let sound carry more from the hall. I also heard heavy footsteps from other guests some nights. If you're not a light sleeper and don't mind driving or taking a taxi, I'd say it is really good.

MMilenaamoreExcellent spot for a layover! I booked for one night, checked in at 10:30 PM and checked out at 12:00 PM. The staff were very kind, everything was clean, and the bedding was fresh. They even offered me a large bath towel completely free of charge! There's a separate shower and restroom for women. The kitchen is large and convenient. I highly recommend it! It's a great location, right in the city center. The bus stop is right by the road. I got here from the airport on the 201 bus for 300 local currency in just 25 minutes! Fantastic! There are banks and ASA stores nearby.
