So it turned out that on the day of our evening departure my mom was bad . And she could not physically evacuate at 12:00 , leave the suitcases and go for a walk . The hotel staff listened carefully to our problem and my request to extend the room for half day . And said we can stay until 3:00 without problems ,forgive me that no more , just the hotel is full and your room is settled . From us not taking money , said that you rest your health mom may be something else to help . I cried from such care and kindness !!! Crazyly thank you ! Come back to you more than once ♥️ You have warm and delicious at home , clean and quiet ."

"I definitely recommend! Stayed for 2 nights. Good location! Overall the center. 10 minutes ”Cascade.” A delicious restaurant with local cuisine ”Taverna Yerevan”. Also recommend Lavash restaurant (in the center). At the entrance, the lacquer is kindly met, opens the doors, helps with the suitcases and escorts to the resepschen. Resident administrators are inhabited. We were very pleased to have been in the room category above. We lived in 802. Very spacious room, everything clean and neatly. Decent breakfast. What kind of windows. Mount ”Ararat” as on the hand! Specially liked the cream with meat and tomatoes. You can also ask for omlet or eyelid. A delicious coffee."

"This hotel is right in the city center, so everything is easily accessible. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly attentive. My room had a lovely view of the mountains ❤️. And breakfast? Let's just say I rolled out of there like a little dumpling, it was all wonderful! 😂"

"Great location, only a five-minute walk from the main square, and there's a supermarket nearby which is very convenient. The hotel room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast spread was fantastic. Overall, a very pleasant stay."

"It wasn't the first trip to Yerevan, so I realized that in the hotel I would be longer than before, tc I saw a lot. I was surprised they had a spa! And I didn't put out a swimsuit purely by chance)) so I rested there. The number even took a photo - everything as on their photo!! The room is clean, everything is nice, still new. If you keep everything in this state, it will last for a long time. The view from the room is very beautiful! Soft and comfortable bed, though not big. I always stay in ibis just because of their beds, I didn't expect, but Carat didn't let it down!! It is not long to get to the cascade! The staff is welcome! The window opens!!! The air enters) there are hotels where you can't open the window.. kind of pure conde.. I am satisfied as an elephant! I will come again and now exactly only at you!) Comment, purely for guidance: 1)The ugly film of the glue is not necessary to hang in the bathroom... it is a shit that spoils and looks and feel. 2) Breakfast is necessary to organize the Swedish table.. let it be easy, but English is not for you) ordering the standards of coffee in the room would also be not bad. 3)Your alarm must be somehow discontinued, he called in the middle of the night, I cut it straight out by pulling out the battery)))) I am not critical, but someone it will be out)))"

"Excellent location and convenient infrastructure The hotel is located in the very center: all the sights, restaurants, and cafes are just a stone's throw away. Nearby is a wonderful park and pleasant streets, perfect for strolling at any time. Cons: No minibar or room service The hotel has everything you need, but there's no minibar, and you can't order cola, juice, or ice to your room. However, there's a cafe on the ground floor where you can buy all of these items. Plus, across the street is a small market with fresh fruit and berries. Don't hesitate to book a room without breakfast. It's best to skip the hotel breakfast and avoid overpaying. There are dozens of cafes and restaurants nearby serving incredibly delicious syrniki, scrambled eggs, and other dishes. The prices are very reasonable (one might even say cheap). The selection is so varied that it's overwhelming. Bottom line: excellent value for money The hotel is wonderful, the surroundings are beautiful. I definitely recommend taking this room - the price/quality ratio is 100 points!"

"The hotel is located well, close to many restaurants and shops. The breakfast was quite good with a generous selection of eggs, meat, cheese and desserts. The only two inconveniences we had, was that the walls are super thin. We can hear the people next to us speak in their room. The Internet in incredibly unstable, the reception drops a lot. It was so bad that work calls was unsuccessful since the Internet drops and eventually doesn’t even exist to continue the call. Livestream platforms such as Amazon Prime and Disney couldn’t livestream. Do stay here if you want to be close to all amenities but not if you need good internet for work etc."

"Title: Wonderful stay in the heart of Yerevan ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing experience at Royal Plaza. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, cafes, and main attractions. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Facilities were excellent and well-maintained, making our stay even more relaxing. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Yerevan!"

"We stayed with our family (2 adults + a child), a double deluxe. We were greeted wonderfully upon registration and arrival, but during check-out the guy was constantly distracted and delayed us significantly. The hotel design as a whole is in the ”expensive and rich” style, luxurious mirrored elevators, marble staircases, the air is perfumed. The room is large and clean, one large king-size bed and in the second room two single beds, the view from the window is onto a quiet courtyard with some ruined sheds. But above them, on the horizon, you can see Ararat! There is a desk with a lamp and a coffee table with a sofa and an armchair. The furniture is beautiful. The Internet flies. There is a tea and coffee set with bottled water and a kettle. The refrigerator is empty. There is a safe, but it does not work. The beds are terribly hard, the pillows are watery. In some places, the wallpaper is torn off the walls. The bathroom is spacious, with a smell of either mustiness or sewage. There is an electric heater on the wall opposite the jacuzzi - very dangerous! The tiles on the floor are broken, there are no towel hangers at all. The jacuzzi is broken, there is black mold where it meets the wall. The drain plug is missing, the water flows directly onto the floor and floods everything around. The floor in the shower slopes away from the drain grate, so you are constantly standing in a puddle, there are cracks in the doors of the cubicle through which water splashes out. The foot towel is a torn white rag. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious with a large selection. There are many tables, everything is beautifully served. Guests are served by some strange shaggy young man in a stretched out sweater. There are no teaspoons. Overall, the hotel is very tired and very carelessly maintained - paintings, mirrors and signs hang crookedly, the carpet in the corridors is worn out, some pieces have been crookedly replaced, the wallpaper is torn. I can hardly rate it 3 stars. It clearly needs repair and attention."
