"The hotel's location is fantastic. It's right outside the T8 exit of the Central Station, within walking distance to all major attractions, and surrounded by numerous dining options. The staff are incredibly friendly and even allowed us to check in in the morning since a room was available. There's also a water dispenser downstairs, and the room itself was clean and well-equipped."

"The hotel is located in the bustling Park Avenue district, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the activity. It's next to a green plaza and a shopping center with a supermarket and Chinese restaurants. It's super convenient, less than a 10-minute walk to Broadway Shopping Centre, and directly opposite the University of Technology Sydney. There are plenty of bus stops nearby, and it's less than a fifteen-minute walk to Central Station and about ten minutes to the University of Sydney campus, making it easy to get anywhere. The room is large, quiet, and well-equipped. Breakfast is Western-style; the selection is standard but filling. The only minor drawback is the shower room, which lacks a door, leading to water splashing out. The staff are enthusiastic. Otherwise, everything else is excellent."

"If you want a reasonably budget stay within Sydney city centre or near Chinatown , I would recommend this hotel as it really close to Chinatown with walking distance within 5-10 mins . 15 mins walking distance to central. It also has self service coffee machine at the lobby."

"The hotel's location is super convenient, just about a 10-minute walk to the ICC, and right near Chinatown with tons of dining options. Dennis at the front desk was really helpful and friendly, and he even managed to get me an early check-in. The buffet breakfast had a great variety and was very satisfying. I stayed for a total of 5 days, and on the third day, I found the mattress a bit too soft. I mentioned it to the front desk, and they sorted it out for me very quickly. Overall, I have a great impression of this hotel, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Sydney."

"Our first room was quite disappointing. The walls had a lot of stains and marks, and the room just didn’t feel very clean or well maintained. Because of this, we asked if it was possible to change rooms. The staff were absolutely lovely and very accommodating. They were understanding of our concerns and helped us move to another room without any hassle, as well as give us a partial refund for the night. The second room was noticeably better and made the rest of our stay much more comfortable. The customer service was definitely the highlight of our stay, and I’m very grateful to the staff for how helpful and friendly they were. Unfortunately, the condition of the first room let the hotel down, and I think the rooms could do with better maintenance and attention to detail. If the cleanliness and upkeep were improved, it would make a big difference."

"Pros: Fantastic location. Even though some reviews mentioned the bed being too soft, it was actually the most comfortable hotel bed my kid has slept in for years. I usually have trouble sleeping in new beds, but this one didn't give me any insomnia. The front desk service was relatively warm and welcoming. The in-room capsule coffee machine worked great. Nice view from the window. Cons: The duvet cover situation was really odd; there wasn't one. The duvet insert was just sandwiched between two sheets, and it would come undone as soon as you lay down. The room was quite small. Every day, inexplicably, dust would settle on the bed. Houskeeping seemed to be inconsistent: one day the coffee wasn't restocked, another day the trash wasn't emptied completely, and some days we got an excessive amount of towels. The room was small."

"The location is great, quite close to the train station and the city center. From the hotel, you can walk through Hyde Park all the way to the Sydney Opera House. The scenery along this route is beautiful, making for a very pleasant walk. The room is a bit small, but there's enough space for one person and a suitcase. The soundproofing isn't very good. Across the street is a police station, and there's a Japanese breakfast spot in the alley downstairs that's very popular every morning."

"The hotel is super close to Central Station, just a straight walk from Exit 27. It's incredibly convenient, only a few minutes' walk to any kind of public transport. The room size is decent for the price range, and the front desk staff were very professional. I loved that you could pre-fill check-in and check-out info online, which saved a lot of time doing it in person. The luggage storage is also a thoughtful touch. The only issue was with the air conditioning. Even when turned off, it would automatically switch back on, which made it a bit noisy at night. It was also strange that the AC and the ceiling light seemed to be on the same system – if I turned off the AC, the light would eventually turn off too."

"Check-in and check-out were both smooth. The room was spacious and clean. The location was simply excellent. Central Station is right nearby, and everything from restaurants to supermarkets is within easy reach. I was also able to walk to the University of Sydney and the Opera House. It was reassuring to have Japanese-speaking staff available."

However, as it's an older hotel, the soundproofing isn't great. There's a bar next door, so be prepared to 'party' with them until late at night."
