"The hotel is located very near to the pedestrian street Vitosha and the city center- they are in a walking distance. The room was comfy and spatious, the mini bar is all payed you have no complimentary cofee, tea or water. The parking is payed as well, the hotel charged us 17 euro for 1 day on a public parking even thou it was a holiday -and you do not pay for parking on holidays. The breakfast was basic and very dry, everything was like it was cooked the day before. All in all ok for a one night sleep over."

"Had an Amazing experience. The hotel was located right next for the metro station. The staff was friendly, helpful and kind. The rooms were spacious with great facilities like towels, shower gels, kettle and tea, and many other things. Comfortable beds. Very nice breakfast as well with good variety. And the view from the hotel was amazing as you can see in the pictures."

"Hotel is good, service leaves much to be desired. We arrived at the hotel at 2 p.m. and asked on reception if the room is ready (normal check-in at 3 p.m.). The answer was that the room will be ready by check-in time (3 p.m.). We came to the reception at 3 p.m., our room was not ready. The reception lady asked ask to wait 10-15 min. We came to the reception at 15:30, the room was not ready. The lady apologised and asked us to wait 15-20 min maximum. We came at 16:10 - the room was not ready. On my question “when will it be ready?” I’ve got the answer “I don’t know”. I asked the lady to call to the floor responsible/cleaning supervisor and clarify. The answer was “ I already called them, they also don’t know”. I got angry as nobody could tell me when we can expect the room ready. After I applied to their manager, the key was provided to us in 5 min. The room was not so bad, but in the bathroom there was strong sewage smell that stayed in the room for the whole night."

"The hotel is in the city, with convenient transportation and living areas around. I checked in late. The hotel view is average, basically nothing. I looked for it for a long time before asking. The accommodation experience is average"

"In general, the hotel is very good, close to Vitosha blvd and city center and clean, Standard Double Room is spacious enough The continental breakfast is sufficent but is served in the lobby and it is very weird, also it is overpriced to my opinion (15 Euro/person) Hot water in the rooms on the higher floors starts after several minutes of waiting after opening the handle of the faucet I would rate it as good 3 star hotel rather than 4"

"I traveled to Sofia as a solo female traveler and chose this guesthouse because I love old houses with character. This place not only had the best location but also many lovely touches. It was clean, with tea, coffee, and snacks in the kitchen for everyone to enjoy. I didn’t sit in the garden since the weather was cold, but I was delighted to be greeted by the cats whenever I went out or came back. The friendly neighborhood also made me feel very welcomed. I look Asian, don’t speak the language, and traveled alone, yet at no point did I feel unwelcome or unsafe. I’d definitely stay here again if I visit Sofia in the future."

"The hotel is not far from the city center, and all attractions are within walking distance. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful with luggage. My flight was delayed, so I arrived very late, but the front desk was extremely welcoming and helpful."

"The attitude of the receptionist was unprofessional, rude and unacceptable. For one hour, the whole hotel didn’t know how to charge my credit card, as their credit card machine doesn’t follow EU rules for 3D security, thus jeopardising clients’ private data. I wasted a full hour on the phone with my bank, only to find out that the hotel doesn’t follow rules on how to securely handle credit card data. The management kept telling me that it’s my fault, despite the fact I never before have had problems with card payments before. Breakfast food was decent, with a choice between a couple of set menus. The hotel was clean, rooms were quiet, and it was situated and in a convenient location, within 3-4 minutes from the nearest metro station. Some of the photos on their site are dated, as the interior is different now."

"I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sofia for their vacation, as it is very close and walking distance to the popular tourist attractions and also you can travel easily to and from the Sofia airport. Moreover, the hotel allows contactless check-in and checkouts which are very easy to plan, but you should check your email about the instructions from the hotel near to the booking time. The hotel also has good customer service and is very willing to help."

"Very friendly service,excellent location, walking distance to station 5min,direct train to airport for 0.80cents. Plenty restaurants and bars around. Room was basic but cleaned,coffee tea facility. Room got very hot but you can open the window, only downside was not hot food available for breakfast as bemmari was broken. Good selection of ham and cheese which was enough for us to start the day. Will be returning as location was the key for us. Regards, R&G"
