"I had a 6:55 a.m. flight and planned to take the 5:30 a.m. hotel shuttle. When I asked at the reception beforehand, I was explicitly told that no reservation was required, so I relied on that information.However, the shuttle did not arrive until approximately 5:35 a.m. When it finally arrived, it was already completely full because it was carrying passengers from another hotel. As a result, I was unable to board the shuttle even though I had been waiting on time.This service failure caused extreme stress and forced me to urgently book an Uber to ensure I did not miss my flight. If reservations were required, or if the shuttle had limited capacity across multiple properties, guests should have been informed in advance."

"Cleanliness needs to be improved. Maybe it’s just our room but there was big stains on the chair. Otherwise cleanliness is fine. Breakfast was excellent; great price for value. Checkin smooth but the guy at the counter was expressionless, a simple hello or smile could go far. Checkout the next day, the girl was in much better mood. To fellow travelers with small kid: mall playground located 5 minutes walk from the hotel, location is excellent for young families."

"Really great stay. Def a 10/10. Had the King Bed room and the room was huge!! Was even able to check in at around 130pm which was really great. Highly recommend staying here. 10ish mn drive to downtown ottawa and around 30mn to Gatineau."

"I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities, the size of the room, the view from the window, everything! I arrived at 1 o'clock in the middle of the night, so I was worried when I headed, but I was able to check in immediately because it was directly connected to the airport. It was fresh to see the plane from the big window of the room, and I enjoyed it both at night and in the morning. I would like to use it when I go to Ottawa again!"

"Nice easy location, a nice box breakfast and a shuttle to the airport at 4:30am The pool was empty and not able to be used so that was disappointing. "

"The hotel is a little old and the elevator is slow. Then when he booked, he said it was a standard room, but when he checked in, he directly allocated the standard room, saying that they arranged it like this. Everything else is fine, there is a Costco around, and there is a takeaway Chinese food, which is very convenient."

"The hotel is not far from the airport and T&T Supermarket, both are a few minutes' drive away. The room is OK and acceptable for staying for one or two days. The parking lot is large. It is a typical old-style motel. The front desk staff is Indian. I guess all of them are low-end hotels acquired by Indians. Overall it's OK, I'd give it a score of 3.5. The only unpleasant thing is that they collected a deposit of 200 Canadian dollars for only one night's stay, and it hasn't been refunded for three weeks."

"We had a wonderful stay at this property! It’s conveniently located near the Ottawa airport and downtown, and if you’re looking to unwind after meetings or conferences, there’s a casino on-site. Our room was super clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable."

"The hotel was convenient to the Ottawa airport and had free shuttle service which was our reason for choosing this hotel We were in town for a family wedding and had a 2 night stay. Room was comfortable and quiet at the end of the corridor (at our request) We were disappointed that $275 per night did not include any kind of breakfast or even a discount coupon for the restaurant inside the hotel so we were glad to be able to have the choice of several restaurants more reasonably priced less than a five minute walk for dinner and 2 breakfasts."
